Apple screen shot is " command +shift+3 or 4" as for the pc guys well the key is located in the top row of your keyboard slightly above the " backspace or delete key" , Then simply open a paint program and paste it. Then you simply upload to a file hosting site , copy the url for forum posting and your done.
