Make light of the situation.
You should make a scare crow big foot and tape them running into it. Make the big foot call to make them go to that area.

You should really go out and return fire. When they shoot, you shoot up in the air, and then make the bigfoot call yourself!

Im with GetReady on the return fire except you and your buddies need to dress up as bigfoots or would they be referred to as bigfeet (plural) I dunno??? . Anyway, you guys dressed up as BF's with your rifles and the obvious upper hand of knowing the area makes for a great story.

I don't know where I fall on BF. I am however very open minded and in being open minded I can not dismiss the fact that there might be a BF. If they do exist I do not think shooting at them with rifles is the best way to go about gathering evidence.

Maybe get some footage of these all-stars in action???

From past LE experience, I would always encourage people to call.

If local law enforcement is not aware of the situation, there is no possible way they can act upon it.

If you make them aware, at least then they have the opportunity to act on it. They may, or may not act, but not informing them, is not even giving them the chance.

Does not need to be any big dramatic what ever, just call and explain.

Show me a Sasquatch /Bigfoot carcass that has been proved real , while I understand the folklore surrounding the mighty ape man etc in the US , no bones , no DNA........no proof . BUT no one EVER has provided any concrete proof , wake up people , forget the Indian tribes going back centuries , start back 1967 after the footage was shown, 44 years and no bones ...smell the coffee

Point taken. I'll call to just report drunks shooting guns in National Forest, give them area location and leave it at that.

This time of year, a lot of vacant vacation cabins get broken into, though none of those near me. I'll just let them know.

But I will not mention Bigfoot. I value my peace and quiet up here

Cheep portable stereo and speakers,bought from Ebay,Craigs List........

Check.

Recorded Bigfoot calls,that hunters are using.

Check.

Walk a mile away or two from your home,and set stereo and speakers up,to play continuous loop of Bigfoot calls.

Leave note on stereo.........

Hopefully they are gone after this weekend, if it persists, call the game commission. They would go out and find these guys, especially if they are night hunting.

I would call the DNR and tell them some one is spot lighting deer close to your home . The DNR rangers love to catch spot lighters I should know dang remote control deer.

if you have people with guns looking for big foot right near your home, i'm not sure if your place is that ideal bug out location anymore

imagine if they were looking for food and water or worse, you'd be like priority target number 1.

you know,back in my youthful redneck days,a buddy of mine came up with a "gun" made out of soup cans,duct taped together, you would put an empty beer can in it,fill the chamber with hairspray,ignite it and it would shoot that beer can a few hundred yards into the woods.

A can relate to the yahoos,cause being from South Carolina,there ain't nothing but alot of rednecks.

Every deer season we do get a couple of headlight hunters up here. Yes, DNR does a good job of catching them. The truck-hunters are usually too drunk to get away fast...or they get stuck in the mud...
