We dont know but war and fighting was very common. It is my understanding that tribes were fighting with each other more than they were friendly to each other.

Put simply, you didnt want to be out on the plains by yourself.

I am sure there were battles over resources between certain tribes, they were of course humans. But implication that they were more warring than friendly with each other is broad statement and would like to see the source of that please.

Are you implying I have no brain because you made a broad statement and fail to provide any real proof of it? And the only example (or "source") that you gave was a wiki article on a South American empire (hierarchal and hardly a tribe) even though we were speaking about Natives in North America. Not trying to sound harsh but I not to fond of people spreading info like truth if no real substance can be attached to it, especially when dealing with cultures.

I have been around awhile. I remember the truth. Don't let the media or anyone else, rewrite history. We have the internet now and there is no excuse for people to not know at least some of the truth! Document everything, because someone will surely try to rewrite history, as has happened in the past, and the people who remembered and were there, are gone.

As a Native American myself, I see truth and see things for what they are. Todays Palestinians are not the Palestinians of ancient times. Just as Israel of today are not the jews of ancient times.

In ancient times. Current Israel was split into 3 areas. The northern kingdom was Israel/Israelites, the southern kingdom, (including Jerusalem), was Judah/Jews. The Gaza strip partly in Egypt and partly in Judah was Palestinia, (those people are scattered throughout the world as the ancient Israelites are today, not ancient Judah/Jews).

Current Jews, Judah of old, have claimed entire Israel. But, current, (so called Palestinians), are terrorists and want a piece of Israel, Gaza, that is a dangerous and important safety concern for the entire land of Israel. If that piece of land were to be given to muslims, within a very short period of time every non-muslim person would be murdered and non-existent. Research and you will see why it is important for Israel to be.

If in fact Palestine EVER becomes a country, I as a Native American would expect that the United States government give Native American land back to my people. Just saying...in principle!

There is no such thing as "native americans". If you want a country go back to asia where your people came from during the last ice age.

Natives were fighting over land and killing each other long before "white" people came here. Stop trying to get sympathy and just stick with your topic. Your analogy is dumb. The US giving native americans "their" land back vs another country giving their "natives" their land back. Israel was founded by using terrorism. King David hotel bombing for starters. Lavon affair..... And many more events. So the arabs are the terrorists?

OT: Honestly I wish we could just sink that part of the world, get everyone off it first and just sink it and say "See now its nobodies holy land!" but that would only create more problems.

To be blunt: Native Americans have reservations. Granted, I think that the acreage of the reservations should be increased.

Besides, it's completely different. Native Americans were conquered. Unfairly and unjustly and a genocide was committed, but they were conquered nonetheless. The Palestinians, on the other hand, were instrumental in taking down the Ottoman Empire in the first World War. For this, the deal was that they would get the land that is now Israel. They basically got screwed over in a deal with Europeans, the same ones who instead set Israel in place.

the palestine's land was taken from them in the modern era. And have been fighting for it back ever since. Similar in some ways? Sure. Different in so many different ways that it makes this argument redundant? Absoultely

Native Americans immigrated from Asia to North America anyway... and before that they immigrated to Asia from Africa.. just like everyone.

Take a look at Gaza for instance, does that seem like the Palestinians are out of there?
They have been fighting non-stop for over 60 years for their land back, then the opinion was the Jews were persecuted in Europe, so move out or we'll destroy you. Now the general opinion is that Palestinians lost a war, you make it seem like two equal sides.



The US cries and imposes the 9/11 tragedy in all our faces, but why are a million Iraqis not remembered? I'm sorry but are you also desensitized to "terrorist blood"? Is their blood cheap? How about the hundreds of thousands of Palestinians? How about the 1,417 killed in Gaza of whom 926 were citizens?

And the other 5,000 wounded?
The only tragedy here is, that even with tools like the internet, with websites like ATS, and amazing amount of evidence, we still have a huge number of people of your intellect, who claim that God is some real-estate agent, and that since colonization happened back then, it should be allowed to continue.

How would you like it if that happened to the US? And don't tell me about how Palestinians should go to neighbouring countries because they share similar traditions, and have the same language. That's like the Zionists throwing out all the Americans, and 60 years later, saying that Canada is the second largest country in the world, they speak English as well, and their population is only 30 million. There's a massive difference.

The slave drivers (yes most "settlers" were actually slaves or given little choice on coming here or not) conquered the hell out of the native tribes using outright genocide. This is verified in historical record.

Israel refuses to admit they are conquering and it's not politically correct to question why they don't admit it.
