The bible was written for all who seek answers. It was written so that all who live knowing that love is the way to know that Christ lives in them. You think that the bible says you must believe in Christ to prove that you should be saved.

What the bible really says that everyone who lives by the law of love prove that Christ lives in them. Everyone would accept this message if all Christians understood this. You see there is nothing to convert to. I am not telling them they need to do anything. I am telling them that they prove that Christ is in them because they are searching for love.

This is what the bible says. Do you see this is why Paul asks, why do you call yourself a follower of me or Titus or any man. When clearly all who live by the law of love prove that Christ lives in them. Once someone accepts that we are all connected by love, and that the source of love is Christ, then they should read the word for themselves. Allowing the very sprit of God to teach them.

Don’t you see what I am saying, causes no separation or judgment. What I say completely agrees with Christ. What you say, since it leads to hate, clearly contradicts Christ.

All the immorality that you see in this world will disappear over night if you would just stop judging through your own limited world view and found a way to open your heart to the fact that these are PEOPLE. Friend, what I posted is from your Bible, and if you cannot look it up and read it, I did post where in the KJV it can be found, then there is something wrong with you. I do not make "interpretations," I look at what it says. How do you read it? Does Jesus read it to you, and tell you what it means, or is it a preacher that does this?

But you see you that, I am not assuming anything. You say it in your own words. You tell people that the church has the only right to translation and then you say that your church has the right interpretation. These are your very own words. By your own words you have claimed an exclusive right. You think that anyone who does not follow your church, and does not accept Christ the way you have is in danger of going to hell.

So not only do you claim an exclusive right, with an exclusive interpretation, you actually condemn those who don't believe what you do. No one wants to read a book that says believe me or you go to hell. Thank God this is not what the bible says.

What the bible does say Gabby is that all who desire to follow love prove that Christ is already living in them. It is once they accept what the bible says is true that they can understand that they are the temple. Once one realizes that they are the temple than they should feel compelled to shed their sinful nature and follow Christ.

The whole point of the message is for people who have already heard it and believed to not give up on those who have not yet believed. If I go to a home and I talk with them and I find that I have met a loving family I know Christ lives in them. If they reject my message today I should leave them in hugs and prayer. Then I will pray to God that the next time I come I am more successful because I know that Christ lives in them.

Do you know how many people believe that everyone should live the way Christ did? Even Autowrench thinks that it would be good if everyone demonstrated love like Christ. If someone believes in the words of Christ than they have rejected Christianity not Christ. It is the churches fault for teaching a doctrine of judgment that leads to hate and separation. The true message in the bible is quite simple if you follow the law of love you prove you have Christ in you. Once you accept this you should read the book that teaches you about him.

Gabby it would be impossible for someone to love if Christ was not in them and they were not in Christ. God is the source of all love and Christ living in us is the source of love within us.

For Autowrench, I apologize if my calling you out offended you. The language I used was meant for Gabby. I believe if you live by the law of love that you too have Christ in you. You simply have listened to the church institutions damaging interpretation of the scripture. And thus rejected the message. Someday I hope the door to the message is reopened but honestly I do understand if that door remains shut. In that case follow Christ by simply living by the law of love that is in you.

He taught the Kingdom of Heaven, which is ruled by God.

There is a law which Christ brought that unites all Mankind. That is to love one another.

He taught it, he exemplifies it with his life, and he showed the power of it unto death.

The work that Jesus did on the cross did fulfill prophecy, but it was to provide atonement for the sin of ALL mankind. "By His stripes we are healed." By the shedding of His blood and the breaking of His body and His crucifixion, it has been made possible for us to be forgiven and reunited intimately with our creator.

vogon42, your question is how do you have a loving relationship with your mother who believes and teaches something that you know in your heart can not be true. The first thing you need is the truth. The truth is simple Christ is in you. I know this because you love your mother enough to ask this question. You do not have to believe what the church teaches to follow Christ. It would be good for you to read at least the New Testament and allow the Holy Spirit to interpret the word, so that you may better understand both the truth and the church.

I am going to show you something that the church doesn’t understand. Read the verses below.

1 John 4:20 If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen

John 13:34-35 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Matthew 10:34 “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.

Luke 14:26 "If anyone comes to me and does not hate his father and mother, his wife and children, his brothers and sisters--yes, even his own life--he cannot be my disciple.

Now you see the verses above teach a contradiction so here is the way the church interprets the contradiction. Love everyone but if they don’t accept Christ than they won’t be going to heaven and God hates those who won’t accept this message of truth.

Now for the correct interpretation. Love is the only command. So why does Jesus tell you to hate? This is because if you understand the message of Christ that I am sharing with you than you see why you hate your mom’s interpretation. So it is possible for you to unconditionally love your mother even though you disagree to the point of hating what she says.

I don’t like the term love the sinner hate the sin and here is why. You must understand your mom has been deceived. The bible predicts that all will be deceived by fine sounding arguments. She has been deceived by the church just like most other Christians. Because she has believed a deception this does not make her a willful sinner.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Remember the verse above when dealing with your mother. Also I urge you to read the bible and listen to your heart. Somehow I believe that when I say Christ lives in you, and you prove that by the love you show for your mother, you not only want to believe but you actually start to believe.

If you want to help your mother, read the bible and learn for yourself. Reject the doctrine of judgment, hate, and separation and listen to the doctrine of love, patience, and fellowship. In this way you may be able to correct her through your thorough understanding of scripture.
