I know you don't nor does the rest of the World. You ever stop to think why the Holy Bible is hated so much? Well, its because the God that wrote that Book is HOLY. And yes, God was directly responsible for the Holocaust...and worse is yet to come.

The stranger does not necessarily mean Muslims, but any person who was not part of the Jewish community. Last night I was reading again the story of Joseph in Egypt and after he had already been in Egypt for a long time and was the governor of Egypt under Pharaoh, he made provisions so his relatives would have land. The land was paid for in Egypt for the Jews to live, but subsequent pharaohs would not recognize that. Their land was taken from them.

The Jews had no problem interacting with Egyptians, but if you read it carefully, the Egyptians considered it an abomination to eat with the Hebrews and they thought shepherds were an abomination. And in more modern times, what amazes me was how God did indeed work for Israel to have a place. Read the Battle of Beersheba, it is so interesting.

In that battle, the Jews had 3 battalions, no one was killed and 120 Egyptians were taken prisoner of war. How many times do those numbers keep showing up in the Bible? 120 singers in the temple of Solomon when he dedicated it, 120 witnesses at the upper room. 3 men who came to Abraham, and the three is countless times.

We must remember this, the blood of Jesus was spilled in Jerusalem, and it cries up to God even to this day. His blood spilled from the first moment He was hit, it spilled on the rocks and from the crown of thorns and it spilled in the whipping and it spilled all the way down the street as He fell under the staggering weight of the cross and it spilled down the cross onto the ground. Water and blood came from His side as He was stabbed by the soldier's spear. The blood is there to this day, crying out to God.

This is an interesting topic. What we will be surprised to see as this unfolds is obvious: What would change the entire world tomorrow? What single event would bring the most meaning to the minds of all men from every faith?

Consider the fact that Muslims already believe in Jesus as a person and divine servant from God. Consider that the entire world knows the story. Consider that there are some men on this earth that would rather go to hell than serve God. Which groups will fall on their knees when faith becomes fact? When the enemies of God are made his footstool (servants), the true captives are set free. Those who are placed into the bondage of sin and death are ruled by masters. Those authorities today will be the footstool of Christ later. The lowest will be greatest among us. Those who put themselves first now will be last then.

Matthew 20:16 "So the last will be first, and the first will be last."

1000 years of peace is just that. There is no more war. The judgment against those who are against God will take place. What remains will inherit the land for 1000 years. Faith becomes fact. The single thing that changes it all is Christ returning in victory. Different from what we see in Israel today, the Fig tree when Christ returns will be ready to bear fruit. Anyone born into the family of God through Christ will be part of this inheritance.

Jesus said, "You must be born again." When Christ returns, the dead in Christ will rise to new life. Who is denied this honor? Remember that Baptism is the symbol of birth into the water of reality. Death is the refusal of rebirth.

7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to where he was baptizing, he said to them: “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the coming wrath? 8 Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. 9 And do not think you can say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham. 10 The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.

That is a lot to consider. I believe we will see peace in the Middle East; but, I believe it will be short lived. Peace.

It seems like scripture suggests that a peace treaty will be signed. 3.5 years later, it is dishonored and this is when the final 3.5 years of tribulation happen. This is the event I am looking for shortly.

Responsible is a word that would not be accurate. God allows evil because free will demands that choice must be infinite in scope. To say God is responsible would suggest that he designed this destiny. Although this may be accurate to the defeat of evil in WWII, the evil has little to do with God's destiny for man. God allows evil when good can come. The evil itself is not a design of God, but a provision for the greater glory of what can come from the allowance of free will. All things work for the good of those who belong to God. For those who do not, another destiny awaits.

Death is not final. Jesus said, "You must be born again." From the dark pages of WWII, who is reborn into life and who is sitting in hell in the final judgment? Divine justice works the evil of man for the good of those who suffer at the hands of evil. God is ultimately responsible for justice and never evil. We are born again to overcome.

Agreed. This faith becoming fact will happen at the second advent. (which also means future salvation will be by WORKS and not longer faith...but that's another topic) Then the 1000 year millennium begins which is the setting of this topic and the thread in general. As for right now, I too hold to a 3.5 year peace treaty followed by the 3.5 years of great tribulation.

Agreed. The fig tree must first be planeted (1948) in order for it to bear fruit. As of today, Israel and Jews are enemies to Christians for the Gospels sake, but they are still beloved of God and will get their land.

"The meek shall inherit the earth". While Christians will be Kings and Priests.

I was thinking this peace will come about because Gog and Magog will attack Israel and Israel will defeat them. Then the anti-christ will have to move fast to stop Israel's future Military advancement. But these matters are grey at best as many are not sure to when this battle will take place.

But one thing is certain. You don't make peace with a Country unless they are beating the fool out of you....or you are beating them.

I think the peace treaty allows the building of the temple. Of course, the temple was never the building. The temple is the mind of man. We use the temple vessels and implements with water to make the sacrifice in the wilderness. The tent is our body. The vessel of the temple is our body and mind. The implements of the temple are our tools of eyes, mouth, arms, legs, ears and so on. We cleanse the temple by sacrifice of the animal and then cleansing of the alter with water. All of this is a symbol of a life (or lives) lived.

Jesus said that if they destroyed the temple, he would raise it again in three days. A day is 1000 years. In other words, if they killed him there, he would come back to raise the temple again in the last day. Not only His, but ours. In other words, go ahead and fulfill your destiny of evil, but it will be no use. I will reign and you will be my footstool. This was basically what Christ told the Generation 2000 years ago.

For the Christian, the beast of sacrifice is the same as the one mentioned in Revelation. 666 is the mark of mankind. 6 Electrons, 6 Protons and 6 neutrons. Carbon is what we are made of and this is it's atomic number. 666. Nitrogen is 777 and Oxygen is 888. The breath we breathe are these two gases. We overcome the beast with the breath of God from His Word, as applied to our lives. In gematria, 777 is God and 888 is Christ. The Spirit is Consciousness.

God completes this process in one week with his three persons.

Adam to Abraham is 2000 years Father
Abraham to Jesus 2000 years SON
Jesus to Today 2000 years Holy Spirit

1000 years. Day of Rest is coming.
