So, does that get any of you Obamites nervous? Think that BC is going to hold up in court? What do you think they'll find in his college records?

I CAN'T WAIT!!!

All it proves (yet again) is that he is scaring the establishment.
Those total bs laws are an act of cowardice, not wanting to run
against him in a general election. So they have to resort to underhanded
tactics again and again. Figure it out! He's the best anti-establishment candidate
and the proof is every step he takes there's a new law,new anti-Christ
claim the republicans are toting. etc etc etc.

Not an antichrist. I'm not a Republican or a Red Neck, just an independent Human Being. N or real business to pile stuff on Liberals or Leftists, but I want to continue to live my own life the way I want, and I'm not sure that Obi is along the same lines. I believe he is inept, along with about 99.9% of the rest of the American assemblage we call government.

Bragging on how great Obama is as opposed to the other candidates is like saying that your loose sister is better than every other of your friends sisters, because she only slept with 20 of your friends instead of 25 like all the others. Or You're more of a man because it only took your friend six beers to pass out and it took you seven.

Being cool is always relative and sometimes not so relative to anything you'd really brag about if you thought for a moment. For example, I see lots of youngsters on the streets these day, male and female, wearing their pants halfway down their cheeks. I guess they think that's cool, but that particular cool is only really relative to the desire to show everyone else that you have a butt.

Kinda like the politicians... I hope you get my drift. Obi can barely tie his shoes, but that doesn't make him all that much better, if at all, to the politicians out there, who can barely get them on.

I don't understand the American obsession with Obama and his birth certificate etc..

I get that it is about whether he's "allowed" to be president etc.. but honestly, it's too late. You can't turn back time, and the alternative president of choice would have been just AS bad as Obama is.

It is POLITICS.

PUNKED!

Why do people still follow a woman named "Orly Taitz"? It sounds like a bad character name from a third-rate sitcom.

if the governator made a run for office i would dismiss him as well. cuz he is Austrian of course.

*sigh*

But Obama isn't an Austrian. He isn't anything but an American. A black American. To you, that's the same as being a known immigrant. How is that not racist?

Obama going to a "kill whitey" church for years is the only racist thing I can see about all this. I think a lot of people just don't like his politics. Get over yourself.

In this case, the race card is justified ... the man's term is over, he's been president ... running this campaign, is just another mud slinging campain.

Oh come off it people, it comes from Orly Taitz, who's bat# crazy. Every time a judge blows his or her nose in a court case about this ridiculous silliness, Taitz announces that it's big news!

Nervous? Hardly. The only thing that makes me nervous is this will make the GOP as a whole look even more ridiculous and vicariously hurt Dr. Paul's chances. This BC nonsense is a proven hoax. PROVEN. He has provided everything the racist hillbillies have been asking for. It's only making themselves look like racists. There are no other grounds on which to accuse him of non-citizenship other than his ethnicity. I would almost guess that this is a ploy by Obama to make the msm-right look even more cartoonish than they already do.

I am quite tired of the argument, but I understand and support those that continue to fight. As for he has provided everything asked for, no, not even close. Every record of his that he could get sealed was sealed. College records, tax records everything. I love that no Democrat, well, almost no Democrat can argue this without bringing race into this. I think the Dems are ashamed of their black guy more than anyone else. Dems are the ones constantly bringing up race to try to shut down the argument that he is a terrible President. He didn't fit the bill to serve as a Senator and wasn't qualified to acquire a clearance due to his association with a known terrorist that wanted to overthrow the government. Which by the new NDAA is also terms to have his citizenship revoked. You may have thought Bush was a terrible President and that is why Obama can do no wrong, even when he does so much worse than Bush ever did.
The only thing I will agree with you on is that it could be a ploy. However, the republicans don't need help. Just like last year, the candidate selection is embarrassing. It's almost as if this is done by design. I do like Ron Paul and will be voting for him, even though I just don't see him getting the nomination no matter what.

Should the courts prove his ineligibility to be President, would that invalidate his NDAA and SOPA efforts? *Hoping*!

It would invalidate everything, to include the vetting process. He would have invalidated everything he did as a senator as well, even though it wasn't much. This is exactly why it will never happen. The president will just declare executive privilege and be done with it. The attorney general will get involved as well. Nothing will come of this because there is too much at stake.

OK I read the whole thread and what I have to say is not really important but I got quite peed off. I live in the UK and I know about the controversy about Obama's BC. From where I stand it is all politics. Not racism. I couldn't care less about his BC, if it is fraudulent [and there is a possibility because I have not heard anything concrete from either side] then it hopefully will come out. If not, then it will also come out. What really bugs me is that some here think it is for racist reasons.

US [and all other] politicians, especially Prime ministers and Presidents have always had to battle with accusations, regardless of their skin colour. Some were proven right [Clintons BJ for example anyone!
] and Tony Blair's lies [from reasons for war to keeping estate quiet]. All of these people were dragged through the mud by media and people alike. Big time. However because most of them are white, nobody ever shouts 'racism'.

Then a black guy comes along who gets voted in by the majority of people and disappoints most of them by doing a crap job. The accusations of skeletons in the closet start to emerge [just as it would for anybody else] but in his case we are not allowed to doubt him because he is black?

Come on, seriously? Have all those who voted for him despite him being black now turned suddenly racist?
Is it racist to doubt someone because of his inabilities or do black people have a magic shield that allows them to get away with anything because doubting them would be racist?

Listen, blacks can screw up just like anyone else, it is their right and if they are found out and have to face the consequences then I call that equality.

Obama is a disappointment and I don't care if he is green or purple, people should be able to say so without the tedious and frankly biased call of racism.

It never crossed my mind. Not once. Maybe it's because I don't live in a rural backwater with a homogeneous populace but I don't question a person's citizenship based on a name or ethnic background.

what odd stereotyping you indulge in oh enlightened one

You tell me. What made him stand out compared to the last four or five you mentioned?

Was it his accent? Nope... Bush was the one with an accent.

Was it his name? Nope... Bush and Clinton are from England and Reagan is Irish and they weren't questioned.

Was it

his policies? Nope... Clinton's were pretty similar and he's not foreign.

Gee... what other characteristic of Obama's could people have been skeptical of?

how about naming me any of the recent Presidents having relations who have stated, whether mistakenly or not that he was born in the country of his father- now which one of those recent Presidents had a father born in a foreign country and had relatives that said that, come on, which one oh enlightened one.

So yeah, for most of us (I have no doubt some are racist) it is not about colour, and I would apply that same criteria if a future Presidential candidate had a white Russian father and similar comments from relatives

I don't care about the election, and if he will make the ballot, If he is proven to be ineligible I want to see him executed! Along with his wife and anyone else involved. I am not an advocate for the death penalty, but in this case I would walk to D.C to see it happen!!!

Many folks smell a rat, and they want to pull at the dangling thread from this falsified coat of "fabrication and setup." It has little to do with racism, or any suggestion that an Obama alternative would have been any better. It has little to do with any expectation that one could turn back the calendar or clock.

Barry came from comparative obscurity, most of his achievements and activities are incredibly (intentional use of word there) shallow and vague, and he appears to be a pseudo-fabrication of handlers and promoters. I think those wishing to push the birth certificate issue, incessantly, are wanting to get to the bottom of a very deep shadow of questions yet unanswered. If we actually had an investigative journalistic presence in this country, so many things would fill a hundred new cable channels dissecting and exposing components of "conspiracy theories" as factual and likely deepening the rabbit hole.

Remember, the last person you want in charge of anything is the one who wants to be in charge. Romney appears to be a sell-out willing puppet too, as you can plainly see him waffling on most issues depending upon his immediate audience and the MSM theme-of-the-day. He wants the job too much.

Investigative, in-your-face journalism from people who nut-up instead of shutting-up, is what we need and thankfully what is coming. People like that army supporter of Ron Paul's last night are starting to pop up all over, deviating from what they coyly agreed to say to the camera/reporter, once the On-Air light goes red.

As the frequency continues to rise during this year, more and more of the veil of secrecy and double-speak will be outed. When greater quantities of previously brainwashed masses wake up, there will be a reckoning. Cool time to be alive, eh?

If you would just study the New World Order's Agenda 21 it will all make sense to you. Do you really think the repubs are that inept? It is all part of a masterful plan. They will change Presidents to calm those who want a Republican. But we will be no better off. Sad but true.

Good for Orley.

Its so funny to see all the guberment paid shills and afterbirthers pop up on queue after not seeing them for a while.

And to see the race card pop so early is a riot, and the race card idiots outed themselves full bore.

He is not and never has been eligible. He is a criminal. Can you say Odinga? Kenyan race war? Obama funding of weapons as a senator? no...didnt think so.

The acts he committed in the past bar him from holding any office. Genocide is a crime. Funding genocide is a crime.

But no the Afterbirthers are now gonna get a slap down, and its a double slap down because its coming from Orley.

The one they released had layers, go back and re-read my edited post.

See, this is what happens when poster A has no knowledge of the subject, and relies on poster B to be telling the truth.

you do understand how documents are scanned correct? you do realize that when scanning to a pdf document, the printer often scans the text and creates text objects for them. This technology was built into my scanner from 2000. Scan a page out of a book with hand written notes.

Hand written notes are scanned as part of the background. Actual printed Text is scanned and converted into editable text objects within the program, once dumped out to your format (pdf) these are often converted to layers.

But of course, don't take my word for it, I was only trained with photoshop, illustrator, maya, lightwav, 3ds max and flash, so I obviously have no knowledge of the subject like such an expert like you.

See, i had to open the document, inspect the layers, play with some filters and contrast to see some of the artifacts, before I determined that the "discrepancies" don't exist as they are fully expected when scanning a document like this. It took me several minutes, actually, closer to half an hour, of checking the document.

That's no match for opening in and KNOWING it's fake in minutes.

So, friend, I've explained (like many others) why the document has layers. Care to explain the other things that make this obviously and immediately fake?

Actually don't bother, I have a better question:

Obama is the POTUS. He has access to the CIA, FBI, NSA, and secret service. He has unlimited funds to work with and arguably almost unlimited power.

Why provide a "fake" BC that so many of you EXPERTS decided was fake? What's the point of that when he could have just actually forged a perfect record? Why wasn't this BC card played before he got into office, when it actually mattered?

Why didn't the GOP pick this up and run with it, instead of letting the fringe go at it? And yes, before you start crying, you guys moaning over the BC ARE the fringe.

That said...

Sorry folks, it's not entirely racist to be asking this questions at this point. Sure, some are because of racism, and this ball got rolling because of racism (I didn't forget most of the people demanding a BC were also always calling him Barak HUSSIEN Obama) so lets not try to sugar coat that. But there is enough room left for questions.

The problem for me is, he's already provided what he was asked for and it's not enough. I honestly think a good 25% of the "birthers" have latched onto this to justify their hatred for Obama that is based on him being black and nothing else.

The other 75% have questions and concerns and are being fueled by misinformation. Just take a look at this thread and all the "facts":

Obama's grandmother said he was born in Kenya! FACT!
> false

Obama spent 900,000$ sealing his already sealed records
Obama spent 4,000,000$ sealing his already sealed records
>actually one of this is probably true, but not both

Obama refused to release his BC
>Obama released BOTH his long form and short form

This is the problem. There is a kernel of reason there, but it's being rolling in a pile of dog crap and the snowball effect ensures that it's impossible to get ACTUAL information from the birther side, it's all the same debunked claims.

Can we just calm down and wait for this document to be confirmed? Is there any point to all of this now? If this BC was a real issue, the Tea Party would have ran with it and Obama would have already dealt with this in court or before congress.

You seriously can't understand why Americans want an AMERICAN president - a president who is in office according to the rules set up by the founding fathers of our country - a president in office who doesn't come from an obscure fog-filled background that could harbor just about anything? Really? You can't understand that???
