Just for fun I opened up the good old forged birth certificate and moved everything out of place so you all can have a good look and see what it consists of.

I followed the BC controversy closely for a while. some thoughts:

1. Taitz is a dual citizen US Israeli. She revealed a Kenyan birth cert, signed by a doc, with a little baby obama footprint right on it. While in Israel. Plus there is an official certified copy made in Kenya 4 years later.
So some aspects of the BC story are under Mossad control. They bring it up when they want to tighten the chain a bit.

2. The PDF BC on the White House dot gov site is so clearly a forgery (I opened it with Notepad++, found 9 layers, each preceded by text similar to "image layer" followed by the scrambled characters indicating actual jpg encoding.) it is simply a middle finger extended to all those who researched the BC issue...
nyah nyah nyah, you can do nothing.

3. Adobe Illustrator shows the layers, but you can zoom in and see parts have different resolutions... indicating the layers were not scanned from the same source. Plus there is that cute but tiny smiley face on the registrars signature.

4. I had not seen the BC filled by Granma, earlier in thread, showing birth in Kenya. Might be real.

5. If the judge in Georgia goes ahead, it will be because he has AIPAC approval, and there is an AIPAC and Bibi
approved candidate waiting to burst forth to confront the Republican that would likely beat Obama..
Could it be Hillary ? Biden??

There is another one of her being spanked by Barack Hussein Obama, but i would say it is as much a photoshop as the PDF BC.

My conclusion is that Obama does not have a legitimate BC indicating US born, and was selected in part for that reason. TPTB like to hold the cards that they can play and eliminate the President, without the prior nastiness involved in eliminating Lincoln or JFK.

I think the frontrunner of the republican party should use the birther thing as their focus for the campaign. It certainly resonates with the people

Don't disappoint me and brush it under the carpet. Force your politicians to demand to see the erm..super long form with footprints and erm..stuff.

If you scan something there is no need for editing it.

uh it was a microfilm, and it had a security background added by the DOH, of course it was edited, did you read the billizion other stupid "pdf is fake!" threads on here or what?

If you scan something it comes in it's raw form. Which would be flattened and contain no layers. It would also come in the form of a jpeg or other image format.

that depends on what scanner you are using and this was scanned from a microfilm!

Edit to add: and no Illustrator does not separate anything to layers at all. Each new thing added to a document will become a layer.

by the way i wasn't talking about illustrator creating documents that open in layers, but other software produced documents opened in illustrator do.

Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.

this has been hashed out already, posted a ton of times that OCR software when opened in illustrator comes out in layers.

If the motion to Dismiss was not denied i'll agree with that arguement and so will most if not atleast be somewhat satisfied. But if the motion to dismiss was denied as the op stated then why. Why would an educated judge entertain such a stupid notion when we won't? I think most are on the fence with an opinion for or against. Once a seed is planted the mud sticks until proven otherwise, doesn't make a difference if there was any truth in the seed.... It may not be fair but call a teacher a rockspider with no proof and he won't work again until he clears his name and even then some mud will stick. Would you be comfortable with your kids under him/her. The innocent till proven guilty clause doesn't work in certain circumstances. Society has shown through all types of media that skeletons in the closet/gossip sells regardless of thruth not nice happy stories.

because even judges fail in their judgments, remember that judge who judged a man right in beating his wife according to shar'ia law? being a judge doesn't make you super human only in charge of carrying out judgement according to our laws.
i think we have lost our way when we find innocent till proven guilty is somehow not justifiable in our country,
it just proves we would rather have vengeance for perceived wrong doing than justice when we know the wrong-doing was done.
yes, smearing a persons reputation sells, it sickens me personally. it shows how shallow and easily manipulated we are, no longer does someone have to prove an allegation against someone, it is now assumed!

When is this all going to end? Why can't we just start a revolution? Oh yea, we are a nation that can't get along, or agree on anything. If we have no founding principles, what can we base our system on? Our current Govt. ignores the constitution, so where are we to turn? It's impossible to make changes to protect the constitution because of all the hidden hands in everyone's pockets. Not to mention the many flaws in the election system. Even if we boot out Obama, the billionaires still have their influence over policy making. Maybe the answer is to redistribute to wealth better. Rockefeller, Soros, Rothchilds. How much money is in those 3 families alone?

I'm not saying being a judge makes you super human by any means but here in Australia to get to that job isn't easy and generally "common sense" prevails, alot more so in court than in an ats forum (no offense anyone). We have had many situations where it hasn't, one i remember where a aboriginal elder 65yrs had sex with a 14yrs girl but because they have different laws than us although in the same country and she was a promised bride all was good. You can see the common sense there obviously NOT. The world in general is in a sick state of affairs as most know. I was always tought by my mum that before making a decision make a list of the pros and cons and go with what feels like the right thing. Works for me but my point is that when has anyone heard of any good Obama has done or for that matter the good Bush did, never its always the dirt coming out as it sells and gets interest. I'm sure if anyone looked properly instead of jumping on the bandwagons they would both have impressive lists of pros. Pros don't make for juicy reading or good gossip. I know it's not right but people are interested in this for the drama and excitement of whats gonna happen not the long term implications or the truth.

It's clearly a fake but by the time this gets to court (if it ever does) I'm sure the one they see in person will be a much better fake. And I doubt it'll go to court. We know he's not the biological son of Obama Snr. And I've always had reservations as to whether he's really the son of Ann Durnham.

I found this article that also questions whether Barack Obama really is Ann Durnham's son. I'm just not so sure Barack Obama is biologically related to Malcolm X as this article hints but the idea of this "Bari Shabazz" being the same as Barack Obama could ring some truth and explains the scar on his head.

One thing I am 100% sure of, Barack Obama is not who he says he is however I do believe he is in fact American born, not in Hawaii either but on the main land.
