Read around on the site, saw nothing about SMITHS.

the link works fine the other posters must have some other issue... its a pdf, open with adobe, read it, save if you wish.

I don't have time right now to read it but it appears to be a comprehensive study done in 2010 on the chem/con-trail technologies and programs & is attributed to people by name and signature... adding to its legitimacy.

at the least it is worthy of your attention and its baffling this thread has received so little attention... guess there weren't enough pretty pictures of trails...

Thx. for posting on the Belfort Group - I had somehow missed the other threads on this topic. 300 pages of reading is rather extensive and video of the symposium in 18 parts of 15 minutes each is also daunting. Here is a short overview :
