I can’t see it being balloons, it disappears and reappears. Its filmed in day light so even without the light reflecting of them your still going see them. And it looks like the light is coming from the object.

All this continuous balloon mindset reminds me of Galileo and the Inquisition. He was kept under house arrest for some 16 years after proving the Earth revolved around the Sun... instead of vice versa. Something the Catholic Church wasn't quite willing to acknowledge because it would undermine their religious beliefs... as do alien craft to some of you folks... eh???

Here's an idea: all of you who think this video is of a spaceship, go down to the nearest party supply store or florist, buy a dozen helium filled mylar balloons and let them go. Report back here with your observations.

I'm replying to this video because I seen something very similar to the object this morning. I, too, live in California, but on the Northern Coast. Also, I was curious to see if any other readers had vivid UFO dreams last night. I've spoken to a few friends and family around the country, and with the exception of my family in Iowa, the other six people said that they had strange sky dreams last night. God only knows whats going on with my sisters in Iowa, they are probably being bombarded with who-knows-what. Anyway, just wondering. Vote Ron Paul, Sisters...

The objects are almost constantly out of focus, which is why they appear and disappear. Also, if you zoom out the objects are too small to be picked up by the camera, just like in one of the vids of balloons posted on the first page by K1771gnorance. As I said earlier, not 100% convinced of balloons, but the most likely explanation in my opinion.

Did you see the reply to your posts on the last page? It showed that your reasoning for it not being balloons was woefully flawed. And why would you assume that this has anything to do with alien craft? Talk about a mindset

You can make assumptions about other people all you want, but that's not going to stop them from bothering to find the truth. I know that there are some genuine UFO sightings, (one of my favourite being the 1978 Kaikoura Lights). But that doesn't mean I'm going to blindly jump to the conclusion that every youtube video with UFO in the title is of alien craft. This just undermines the credibility of those who are genuinely willing to investigate UFO's to figure out exactly what they are.

Still looking on the previous page where someone claims that my reasoning is flawed. Did they specifically address me???

Ahhh... here it is.

Contrary to popular belief... someone else receiving more stars doesn't make MY reasoning flawed. Let him believe what he wants. As it stands... neither of us are in any position to prove anything... so why even continue to debate???

Stars don't make your reasoning flawed. Common sense and the evidence presented does. There were videos posted on the first page which show a bunch of balloons, and of course, they are not synchronised and look very similiar to the OP's video, albeit with different lighting conditions and camera quality.

If you still believe that a bunch of loose balloons will remain synchronised, then you're right. No reason to continue to debate with you.

The other videos proved that balloons look just like balloons. Very distinctive. The OP was not the same... despite my "flawed" reasoning.

Oh, and you think blatantly denying they are balloons when they obviously fly like balloons, act like balloons, and look like balloons, is so original... right?

There are many factors which you are not taking into account. No two videos of these balloons will ever look identical because of these factors;

Camera type, camera settings, camera position relative to the balloons, balloon distance, balloon count, balloon size, balloon type, balloon altitude, balloons position relative to the sun and relative to the camera, how the balloons are fixed together, time of day, the weather.... much more.

If you understand these factors, you can easily see how the OP's video is just of mylar balloons at a certain distance, certain time, certain position, etc...

I want to hear your scientific reasoning behind the above quote. What do you think the difference is between a flashing light and a reflective light?

Size and shape. Anchoring and wind velocity. None of which can be determined from the OP's video. So all of us are debating something that NONE of us can prove. Including yourself.
