The "see through" kid **PICTURE**

I did not read all of the comments but a good number of them. This kid must be special, because he can make cotton transparent also. Something is going on with the camera, his shirt is also see through. Debunked, sorry

OP, if you had taken the time to research a bit on traditional photography technique, this is a very ordinary phenomenon called "double exposure".

When your camera is set to a slow shutter speed and you are taking the pic while a kid is moving, it'll give the effect of seeing a "ghost kid". Photographers have been doing this trick for decades to create all kinds of SFX... like the lines of light in nighttime urban landscapes, made by moving cars, as an example.

Move on... nothing to see here!

This is dangerous wishful thinking. There are several explanations of the cause of the photo phenomenon before your post. Ask yourself which is more likely: Photo conditions have altered the outcome of the picture, OR, they are phasing in and out of visibility due to an overload of spiritual energy.

I conclude from your contribution that you believe there is more evidence of this being a spiritual overload from their soul.

Spiritual overload - do those words belong together? Spirit is Spirit you can never overload Spirit - at least this is what I have been taught. The Child is evolved - his Spirit is pure- clean - full of wisdom.

I have read through the technological opinions. I have asked one poster for an example - having cited that it happens with her Children all the time.

I have studied the photograph and am including my original thoughts because as yet - they cannot be discounted. It is also about the energy that comes from looking at the photograph. Science teaches us all about energy in our world - but the minute a person talks about energy in an esoteric sense - it is all piffle and the people insane.

Funny that - what's that old saying - same s**t different smell.

I have not dismissed anyone - photographer - expert or otherwise. It is perhaps your arrogance that sees you unable to answer my questions and only to attack my opinion because it does not suit your frame of mind and you feel intimidated.

Okay, time for some background on the child.
He is 4 almost 5 years old, diagnosed with ADHD. He has had a birth mark on his stomach from birth and in recent years, it has grown to about 3 inches across that doctors are doing tests for melonoma on.

His mother says that since he was able to talk that he talks to a 'man' in his room. Now that could be simple imaginary friends, but at this point shes not ruling anything out.

So now I present the picture for your explanations

His mother knew nothing of ATS and she said she wants to get any ideas of why he is see through. She will probebly be starting an ATS account in a few days to answer any questions anyone has.

So.......any ideas?

No, I dont think so.
Thats what I assumed as well, but thats just the design of his shirt.
Looks like seams from a hooded shirt.

As well as no other part of the boy looks like a double exposure.
I also dont understand the smudge around his head.

Im not saying this is paranormal, I just dont think the explanations match what we see yet.

The kid is not transparent. It is just a bad photo.

Those are not my photos, but I have used this technique a lot [as well as a few others in here, I do photography as a side job] and particularly when used at night, it gives off a neat effect. Just by looking at it and not even reading the thread I could tell what it was. After reading through everything though I am a little surprised at the responses, I have to say!

1) birthmarks don't grow 2) I do not know the science behind it, but I've notice this "phenomenon" in pictures ever since digital cameras have been used.

This is the most ridiculous thread I have found on here yet. Most are pretty entertaining to say the least. The OP or woman that took the photo must have seen this in other photos of children in general. I get it a lot with my kids. Notice the left child is the object the camera has focused on and also has the most light, anything else moving would have the same "spooky" effect. Try changing the ISO setting and you can duplicate this on any camera.

Please me mindful of the topic & each other.

Snarky and rude remarks are not a requirement for discussing the potential causes of the OP's photographs.

Please refrain from attacking each other, or discussion each other at all, discuss the topic and each others information.

Very interesting. The Children at left and right are clear and show none of the same characteristics as the Child in the centre. One Child is drinking and shows no apparent blurring - as with movement.

There is a seam at the top but there are similar seams in other bricks to the left of the photograph. The eyes of the Child in the centre are different colours - are they different colours or shades of a similar colour? I do not see any photographic anomaly but would like to see someone demonstrate the negative of the photograph.
