this study simply couldn't refer to 20% raped. even if you added all "sexual assault" (something as tame as a smack on the ass, or groping. pretty much all of which is unreported), it would still be far fetched.

Rape does happen. It is a horrible thing. But it doesn't happen to just women. And I find it amusing that the same women who cry they where raped, and the same men who scream OMG INJUSTICE HAS HAPPENED! Still laugh and think prison rape is "justice" and "funny".

And all the white knights who jump to defend gal's at the drop of the hat come out with outlandish justifications whenever a little boy was raped by a grown woman. Saying "he should be lucky". So by that token you find rape of girls and women as a bad thing because they are nothing more then property?

I doubt it matters to many, but most men who rape women, where themselves raped as little boy's by grown women. And a lot of guy's who are promiscuous had sex way to early. seriously gal's, you know the guy's in your life who sleep around. Casually ask them when their first time was. All my friends(friends that are male) that are promiscuous have in common is they had sex at a way young age(8-11).

My guess is it has to do with the persons neurological type. A more sociopath to normal person would become more prone to being promiscuous, a psychopath could easily become a rapist, an empath.. Probably drive them to suicide(pure hypothesis).

And sometimes there is a grey area between consent and non-consent. And that grey area is just as painful, but it is not the same thing. But it is not rape and shouldn't be treated as rape. Nor should the person be belittled, they should be helped. Society ought to be more understanding.










You have to understand that feminist's are trying to eventually outlaw heterosexuality(technically all heterosexual sex is rape if you follow a strict interpretation of the US Constitution[the interpretation that say's you don't have the ability to surrender or waive your rights(As sex leads to children, children leads to Child Support, child support is a form of peonage and violates the 13 Amendment. Since Child Support is almost unanimously forced onto men[no women in jail for not paying only men, and women are often not required to pay it at all] it is a system of enslaving men. As such men cannot consent to becoming slaves/peons, cannot consent to giving up the right's as describe in the 13th Amendment, thus cannot give consent to sex and every woman who engages in heterosexual sex is a rapist)]. I'm not sure. If we assume that women and men are 50/50 population wise, and say the number of women raped is 20%... then at the very most 20% of men would be rapists. Rapists are generally repeat offenders though so the actual % of men that rape/have raped is probably WAY lower than 20%. Assuming that a woman is raped by only one person that is.

seriously. even if you added up every case of inappropriate groping as full blown rape, you would barely get these numbers.

men aren't as sexually perverse as we're made out to be. i've never cheated on any girl, but i've had girls cheat on me before. i've never made a sexual move towards a girl when she wasn't literally asking for it, but girls have done that to me. i don't use my body to get things, or lead people on for attention, though that seems to be standard for girls nowadays. i haven't lied about how many people i've been with, but two girls i know have. i've had a girl literally beg me to rape her. she wanted to be forced down, smacked around, and choked.

i don't understand where the myth of males being perverted, and girls being perfect angels came from, but it has caused a lot of damage in the world.

Don't know what to think on this thread, but the adage of "why do they put in the joke ones, with the real ones" comes to mind, not saying the number is exaggerated just that this whole thing is leaving out way more then it's putting in.

If anything it misconstrues the real cases of rape, and really It's kind of hard to believe females when they seem to...Well lets say not look for such situation, but at the very least they seem to gravitate toward such situations and dudes. If anything actions speaks louder then words and that in itself say's more then any statistic can.

But the situations are limitless and so to would be the differences were rape would occur, but one thing seems to be true and that is that it is done by those they have a trust in, more so then the typical stalking and preying rape cases. And if that is so then it seems more along the lines of your not so typical relationship problems were people are not on the same page...at all....Were as the stalking and preying/drugging seems to be a pretty clear cut definition of rape in most peoples books. Just to name a few situations but probably the most common.


But I will give it the benefit of the doubt and believe that there are a lot of cases of rape going on, which knowing some dudes that I have known and seen. I can believe that to some extent, but if anything they and the females they get with seem to deserve eachother for at the very least they seem to gravitate toward eachother.

Also what the f*** is up with all you females saying "oh we keep silent about it, so the number is likely way more" forget that # if you got raped and are silent then not only are you inhibiting this behavior but your in a way perpetrating it with your silence. And if it is real then you best make some noise about it, because all in all I have seen more joke ones and manipulative goings on then the real deals......And its kind of hard to take somebody serious when they cry wolf all the time, because one of these days it will be real and no one will believe you.

Lets just say i am cynical on some of these numbers, but whatever...I will believe them till they prove themselves otherwise that is.

Almost 53% of male victims experienced some form of intimate partner violence for the first time before the age of 25. Some 25% of male rape victims were first raped when they were 10 years old or younger, the findings show.

That seems to be a lot of males raped, and I dont think they are counting prison. If anything I think that to is exaggerated a bit...Or at the very least I know of no dudes who has been raped...Not saying it does not happened, just that something is not right with this poll.

I have had to call 911 on at least one occasion when my neighbor in the apartments I was living at at the time was being raped. I know another person who was raped on 3 different by 3 different men occasions as a teenager due to the types of people her father kept as friends. Another friend of mine raised the child of her rapist spending his entire childhood trying to keep the secret from her. There are other stories I won't even mention here because I am sworn to secrecy even though this is an anonymous website.

Hence why no one believes you. And if they did go to the cops it would show up in the statistics. The reason why I don't believe this is because this rhetoric will be readily used to further dehumanize me, and disenfranchise me because of my gender. The laws are in place to deal with rape crimes, want a cookie?
