I used to be in your shoes as well. And I'm sorry you feel this way. In regards to your stand in politics there's one man you can count on that won't betray you or any other American and his name is Ron Paul. Vote for him instead of these money whores and immediate flip-flopper, and war mongers. Give him a chance. If you don't like what he puts on the table you can do what you wish. Just merely giving my suggestion.

Government is the prison bully who gets to marry anyone he wants.
Now that prison bully can be GOP, DNC, progressive, or a damned alien!

What we need to do is weaken that prison bully. Through votes, elections of the right people, shrinking government, we can make the prison bully OUR b$&@!!

I just dont seeing it being possible until it is too late. Like I mentioned earlier my coworkers have no idea about any of this. There is just too much control right now. Although I agree with you I just dont see it being possible right now.

Of course Obaman won't veto, he is a center right politician.

I don't get why the Republicans don't like him as he gives them everything they want W/O ever once calling them out and holding the line on the things that they do which only benefit the few. 'Fore I'm called out by those on the right about that for examples, every Republican bill placed before Obama to rubber stamp was written for their core constituents (folks with $), EVERY bill. But again, I don't know what he needs to do to show him that he's theirs?

If there is anything good to come from Obama's wave of chope this is it. A massive chunk of duped constituents have been shown the reality of American politics in such a blatant and offensive way through his actions that maybe, just maybe, real change can occur.

Perhaps that was what "change" was all about? Him being a sacrificial lamb to illustrate the total tyranny of the United States government all-inclusive dems and reps. Nah, nobody is that altruistic.

It's us v them alright. Just not the us v them the people have been sold since 1794. It's the us v them that started in 1794 and never let up.

I can only hope your'e right. I can say that I have had a veil lifted from over my eyes. It wasnt the first one but there is a new understanding in my head that wasnt there 3 years ago. I suppose I always suspected it to be true just never honestly believed it.

It plainly says in section 1032:
"The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States."

What will it take for you libs to realize that the Obamination has been exactly like every single politician in modern times? Corrupt, evil, and too much compromising!!!! No real change is coming from him sorry! I would respect him if he at least stuck to his principles, showed some backbone, and stood up for what he believed in. We need a strong leader to protect our most fundamental rights, and he isn't it.


Oh and this doesn't mean that the bill will pass, Just Obumer is ok with it, now...
