Paz - I was using sarcasm. I'm aware there is a Christmas market there.

The google picture was just to display that the "bus station" is elevated so makes a good point from which target people at the market, and what I assume is a Museum.

Firstly I was shocked by this, one of my good friends is a Belgian, is a co-founder of a technical forum and someone who I respect highly (an atheist and a Muslim, go figure...) so I was straight on my smartphone to make he (and others) were okay.

Did anyone in the U.S. notice if this was covered by the big 3, ABC, NBC, CBS, evening news? I was watching ABC and didnt see anything about it. Now I'll admit I was multi-tasking (fancy word for doing other stuff and not paying full attention) and did'nt see everything, so that's why I ask.
If it was indeed covered, do you all feel it was fully covered and the story told correctly, without assumption, slant or prejudice?

The report says the attacked was a North African immigrant. So we can add peaceful, beautiful Belgium to the every growing list of white countries being flooded with African scum who do nothing but commit crime. Why wasn't this guy deported when he was first arrested? If I were a coloured person living in Belgium I'd be staying indoors or getting out.

I suspect if nationals from western europe shared what's been in their national news last weeks, we'd find some similarities... As you've said before, the use of assault rifles isn't unheard of but still rare and for a month, there have been several cases.

There were even articles in the French press saying that the use of a Kalachnikov is commonplace now for gangsters.
I remember a story about an arrested Bulgarian bus driver who was transporting automatic guns and it helped unveil a ring of assault arms traffickers.
It is not new but I can't help to notice there is a very clear surge of these tragedies lately, at least it's my perception.

Africa is a perfect example of a country that has had thousands of years to develop into something worthwhile. It hasn't. In fact it has gone backwards at a rate of knots. Because people are poor should not make them murderous, raping scum, and yet that is what we see unchanged in these black nations. That's their choice, until they start to bring it to peaceful countries like Belgium. Leave the savages where they are. Colonialism never helped them. It only made them jealous of the advances made by white countries. Now these scum are flooding to white countries because they aren't capable of creating a 'civilised nation' themselves but are well practiced in raping, pillaging and destroying what has been made by others. And whites wren't the first to colonise. Coloureds and Asians were doing it to eachother for thousands of years before white expantionists got in on the act. It's just that whites make an easier target for all the whinging minorities to band together and blame.
