Why would there be ''far right cells'' across Europe? Anders was a left wing Zionist and he detested far right groups because he was pro Israel while far right wing groups aren't.

The far right aspect is the simplest label to categorize it under. While Anders may be considered a left wing Zionist, he still had clearly defined nationalistic motivations, which is another aspect of the traditional far right.
But as said, not everything is simply black and white, a nut case can take numerous political ideologies and mix everything up into nonsense to justify their insanity.

the Interior Ministry later confirmed only one was involved, adding the incident was not terrorism-related.
Belgium’s prison service said Amrani had been released on bail last year after being put behind bars for arms and drugs offences, but was not aware of the killer being monitored by a specialist national terror threat agency.
He had previously been convicted for drug dealing and illegal arms possession, as well as for holding stolen goods and other crimes, said Daniele Reynders, the public prosecutor for Liege.
In September 2008 he was thrown behind bars for 58 months when police uncovered a weapons arsenal in his home.
They found 10 firearms and 9,500 gun parts along with 2,800 cannabis plants, but a prison official said Amrani was granted early release last year.
A weapons afficionado, he was said to be able to dismantle, repair and put together all sorts of weapons but was never linked to any terrorist act or network.
Reynders said there had never been the slightest hint he was unhinged enough to mount the kind of deadly attack he launched in Liege.
“At no moment in any of the judicial proceedings against him was there a sign of a disturbance,” she told a news conference.
Amrani had been summoned by police on Tuesday morning but never showed up.

Nice one. I didn't have a good relationship with the village priest as a child. To say it in Dutch: "Hij had een pik op mij"edit on 13/12/11 by Staafke because: (no reason given)

I was thinking about it. Have you heard the news coming from Italy lately ? Far left factions have made headlines recently. They have made headlines in Germany too. Yesterday, the embassy of Greece in Paris has received a letter bomb... posted, mailed in Italy.
During the last weeks, southern France has suffered a serie of violent robberies with AK-47 and Uzis and several killed in the process.

if we go with the multiple attackers theory, then what is the motive and why the cover up?

I live in Belgium, here are some facts
33 year old Nordine Amrani was the only shooter, he was convicted for growing 2800 canabis plants at his home and weapon posession in 2008 and a sex crime (no more details about the last), he was sentenced to 5 years in jail of which he did a third. Since his release he's been on some kind of parole (best way to compare it with US law system).
He had to report today but didn't show up. In stead he threw 6 granates in a crowded x-mas market and started shooting around.
His motives are not known yet.
There are 4 people death of which two are teenagers, one elderly woman and the shooter who shot himself.
About 123 wounded.
on a side note,
this is headline news in Belgium
and the article on second place today: 'Belgium hits the world news!' (tss tss so typical)
are those facts from the msm that also reported 2 3 or even four gunman?
or were u there to witness it?
how are these facts?? is what im trying to say here really...
