I understand your point my friend. However, If they order the U.S Military to fire on American Citizens, Then they will have their wake up call. You know why? Because we are the Militaries former brothers in arms, Friends and most of all, their Families. These carpetbagging maggot puke bags in D.C don't understand that the men and women they will be giving orders to have families who might be included in any such order. You can't expect a gutless, draft dodging elite politician to even comprehend what goes on between real people within the real world. Best wishes ~SheopleNation

I just left both people involved with the incident that took place in the last few days. The soldiers do not want to pursue this matter any further, in any way shape or form. I was advised that the situation is being dealt with in-house and there will be internal investigations into the conduct of certain ‘officers’ who started the poll and ordered certain persons held.

The person allegedly being held was only there for a couple of hours. No punishment will be handed down to any of the soldiers involved. I cannot give any further information as to names dates reasons units or places. This is in respect to my friends here. If this upsets anyone I am sorry but this is the way the soldiers want it.

You have my deepest apology and I truly wish I had never spoken about any of this with my friends here on or FB. I will be posting no more information of this type due to the repercussions which could come from this.

Thats just incredible, I can't believe hes sitting in jail. Shows what some people are made of, I would have done the exact same thing. You see people like this, then you see others beating their own for almost nothing. Its ridiculous. Things better get better for this guy, he did what every other man should do in the military/Police.

the thing is, lots of people don't like to be put in jail. so they'll just comply. This is what happens when you have good little robot killing machines. Fair play to the man in jail. I hope the SCUM that put him there rot in hell.

All the National Guard needs is 1 guy.

They can drive around and zap citizens with the LRAD or the other weapons to kill Americans.

The founder of this group is a lawyer and ex-paratrooper. He is very concerned that the "War on Terror" will be used as an excuse to wage war against American citizens.

What I am getting from this is that someone decided that the question was out-PR (no kidding!) and basically a mistake. Well, was it? My bet is that this story does not get touched by the mainstream unless a lot of people shout very loud.

I fear this is a question they should not have asked in the first place. To even ask such a question is opening up Pandora's Box and we all know that's not a wise idea. If the Government wants to start losing it's Military forces en masse, Way to Go!

Why not just ask "Would you be willing to shoot your Mother if we told you to under orders?"

BTW If any soldier answered that question with an "affirmative sir", they would be put in a paradoxical situation which is just dumb to do and a waste of time; because you won't ever get a real answer. ( They should already know the answer to that question )

ALSO Please Note *** It is against the law to leak anything involving troop movements and orders, so Please people be careful in what you say or you may be getting yourself and your friends into more trouble...

Of course I understand this was all probably a hypothetical situation and therefore probably not based on actual events. If it were True though, I would say HooRaa for that Patriotic Soldier and a Big for the administrative people who decided to ask it! ( Face Palm )

This included ALL NCO’s, STAFF NCO’s and SENIOR NCO’s. The only people left in front of the original formation was 3 Capt’s. 2 Lt’s and the BN Commander who was so upset he started having chest pains from yelling and screaming about court martials and disbandment of the unit into other units.

Epic. Every soldier in the US army needs to do this and tell the fascist gov to stick their illegal orders where they belong.

EDIT : WTF is all I can say!

I just heard from Devon. He was TX’d by his Plt LDR and advised that the Specialist Who first layed down his weapon is being held in county jail by the Bn CMDR, awaiting a hearing under the UCMJ.

Still believe the government wants to be friends with you? The guy shouldn't be in jail, he should be given a medal.

.... MAINSTREAM.. RIGHT... THE MAINSTREAM HAS YET TO CARRY THE WAY THE USAF JUST THREW THE REMAINS OF 274 BODIES IN A WEST VIRGINIA LANDFILL.

I dont believe this story at all. Sorry to be the skeptic, but as a current active duty military guy, we do surveys like this all the time. Granted, they are not in regards to shooting American citizens, but we do conduct command surveys, sensing sessions, etc at least quarterly.

If I for some reason got offended at a question, and got up and left the room, I wouldnt get in trouble. If anything, the new military would "cater" to my hurt feelings (since they are very politically correct now a days). And these surveys are usually optional as well as anonymous, so why would the command be there enforcing this crap.

Also, "he placed his weapon down and stepped out of formation", or whatever the post said. Why are National Guardsmen even walking around the compound with weapons? Unless this was on a deployment, an annual training, or they just HAPPENED to be doing weapons maintenance while conducting this survey...

The whole scenario just seems made up....................

It's called a confirmation bias. A group of people want desperately to hold a belief that they can find no evidence/proof/logic of so they decide to start agreeing with each other. It is through agreeing with each other that they feel their irrational thoughts are somehow proven correct.

Example:

Five people are convinced that the sky is green and that all of humanity is color blind except themselves. They will not listen to any amount of evidence or proof of a blue sky despite the overwhelming scientific proof that indeed the sky is blue; so they say "well since you and I agree it must be true" and by doing so get to cling to their foolish ideas.

Oathkeepers have always struck me as just another facet of the "sovereign citizens" or "free men" so it does not surprise me that Oathkeepers made up a story and then backed down once the holes in the story were shown. I can almost guarantee you that the next update to their site will encourage others to seek our the truth of this matter on their own because even though the Oathkeepers could tell you the truth you need to find out for yourself. (This would be SOP for BS people like this)

I really want to believe you but we need more documentation. I will believe your story for the benefit of the doubt. But others should report this scenario if it is becoming common place.

I'm certain the uprising of Americas poor is going to be met with brutal opposition.

Does anyone else remember the survey from Twentynine Palms from 94?

This incident reminds me very much of that one, and that one was true.
It involved a survey that asked the question :

#46 The U.S. government declares a ban on the possession, sale transportation, and transfer of all non-sporting firearms. A thirty (30) day amnesty period is permitted for these firearms to be turned over to the local authorities. At the end of this period, a number of citizen groups refuse to turn over their firearms. The following COMBAT ARMS SURVEY was sent to Geoff Metcalf by a U.S. Marine, with a (non-anonymous) note explaining that the survey was given May 10, 1994, at the Twenty-nine Palms (CA) Marine base, to a number of Marines from different units which had participated in either: Operation "Just Cause," "Desert Storm" or "Restore Hope."

The July 11 New American ("Police State Update", p. 10), discusses a telephone interview with the marine, who said that he was not aware of similar surveys being administered at other bases and that his impression was that the survey was research for a [Navy] commander's master's degree.

The marine also reported an article in the base's weekly newspaper, documenting a March '94 "high-profile tour" of the Twenty-nine Palms base by a delegation from the Council on Foreign Relations.

The following survey questions, except for the last one, were not reprinted in the July 11 New American article. They were forwarded by the magazine to the New Jersey Conservative PAC (NJCPAC, 2 Thornton Lane, Piscataway NJ 08854-5044 ph/fx:908-463-0797), which also reports that preliminary fact-finding at the base indicates that the "surveys came through the chain of command." The questions are reproduced here with NJCPAC's permission.

Well I don't think that American Soldiers would do anything to hurt the country that we love. Even though our government is messed up internally I personally don't think the superiors have that kind of power to wage war with us.

Damn right! I'm in the regular army. I haven't got this yet but can't wait till I do so I can do the same thing!
