Just for the sake of argument, and not really trying to cause trouble, but what if that snake were in nature? What if it were hunting for food? What if it found none and slowly starved to death? Would we like that better?
In my opinion, if the snake was in nature and was starving , I have no problem with it running across and eating a cat (even if it is a house cat). If the snake dies from starvation while out in nature, survival of the fittest. The snake will be food for some other animal or insect. Yes, I love all animals and insects, (and I feel sad when I see a dead animal) but its just natural.

He even filmed it, which adds more to the case of this just being another sadistic act by an individual that needs to be castrated so his genes do not further contaminate the gene pool.

I didn't find it sadistic. Seems like a number of other people here didn't either. My point was that watching a snake eat is cool, and that filming it does not automatically mean a person is sadistic. Ever watch National Geographic?

We're talking about a 20 year old something, that's not a child.
2nd. He filmed it, in which my opinion adds more proof that this was done out of pleasure that he probably got out of watching the snake kill the cat.
3rd, People that keep snakes as pets feed them mice....why? Because jungle rules do not apply here.
Also, the Snake did nothing wrong here and should not be blamed. This was just all the work of a sadistic psychopathedit on 12/4/2011 by muse7 because: (no reason given)
I am proud to add you on my rival list.

The replies here are just...wow
The guy in the video had no reason to be feeding a cat to that snake. I'm pretty sure that there is a pet store in every city that sells mice and rodents specifically for the purpose to be fed to snakes so that snakes do not feed on dogs or cats, which are looked at as pets and are domesticated.
What if I feed a baby to a snake? Would you all have a problem with it? After all that cute little python has to eat something doesn't it?
So are you agreeing?
You cannot swing a dead cat by the tail in Ohio without it hitting another dead cat.

Oh my god..you are one of those guys who REALLY, REALLY is not able to see a difference whether something "is in a movie" (or computer game)..or whether it is real?
Then i HIGHLY recommend some treatment for you because you lost any sense of reality...probably the next columbine killer in the making right there because you don't care whether you are playing CS or whether you bring a Glock to your school, right..it's the same thing for you?edit on 4-12-2011 by flexy123 because: (no reason given)

Do you all seriously don't see whats wrong with videotaping a TRUSTING DOMESTICATED PET being fed to a snake?
