while i agree shes a lil rude, i kinda like rude people. i dont find "swear" words offensive in any way. swear words are not child abuse, if a parent can bring a child to a movie with a swear is anyone charged with child abuse? its not child endangerment either. going to an english footy game might be, footy might be child abuse(joke) as well but nothing in this video is. no need for an arrest. hope she wins millions in law suits

to all those who claim shes a racist or child abuser etc shes not racist for saying a black person is black. its not racist to claim the black woman wasnt english it might be splitting hairs but her statements are simply facts stated rudely maybe she was angry had a point/reason. now please explain how i can tell you to go and be fruitfull with your self but i cant use the f word did you know which word i meant?? did you understand what i meant at the begining of that question? is it the sound? the meaning? i cant pass air past my vocal chords and shape/create any sounds i want? can i say deficate? poo poo ? doo dee? doo doo? oh so can say #tzu?(wow unFing buhlievable this site wont let me use the name of a japanese dog) dont forget the zoo!

I think that's brilliant, nowt wrang wi't keepin' t'old dialects and accents alive, once they're gone that's it.

I've often thought there is a lot of similarities between Yorkshire and Cumbria, which outsiders tend to notice a bit more, but I have heard them.

Iam a Manc living in Yorkshire and I love the Yorkshire accent and find them quite funny.

This woman is a vile piece of dung, however she is allowed to say what she wants. Freedom ain't pretty sometimes, we have to accept it warts and all.

Teach your children about these types of people, and why it's wrong to go off in public like this. They will hear plenty worse at school, we need to stop sheltering children from reality.

Well unlucky for her what she did was against the Law so she got arrested, In a decent modern society people should not have to put up with this abuse.
Kids were on that Tram and heard this being said about there mum or dad, it's out of order and Iam glad she has been arrested.
Iam all for free speech but one goes about it in a better manner than this.

I'm literally on the Lancs/Yorks border and I'm sure most on Corrie have Yorkshire accents - I haven't watched it for about 5 years though

She won't win anything in lawsuits because her actions are illegal on several counts.

Nobody cares about her use of swear words. Swearing in public in the presence of people it offends is rude, but hardly a crime against humanity.

It's funny how you can only say what they want you to say. If you say something they don't like then you'll be arrested.

Just like you cannot say, "fire," in a movie theater (if there is no fire), you cannot get on a mass transit vehicle and start speaking in the fashion this woman did...It is not a good policy to allow people to say whatever they want, just because they "feel," the need to say it...

There is a big difference between speaking out against the government and verbally attacking someone because of their race, religion, sexual preferences etc.

Freedom of speech is great, but it shouldn't give people the freedom to insult others and make their lives uncomfortable.

Sticking to the topic, the issue is should you be allowed to behave and act and speak in the manner the woman did in the video...a conservative minded individual would NOT behave this way...

The point is you CAN speak out against the way the government operates and conducts its business...as a matter of FACT, you can participate in the process UP TO AND INCLUDING running for office in an attempt to influence the outcome to a greater degree...that is a fact...
