Put simply, I think it would be the US, NATO, EU, UN P5, Commonwealth and MNNA vs. everyone else. Particularly with Presidents like Reagan, Bush, Obama and Trump, most of the world is pissed at the US, their empire, and those who enable it.

Well considering US and UK sub launched ICBM will most lightly be the first strike weapon of choice i imagine the UK would be your biggest allies down to our naval bases and radar facilities.
