Well my friend, I must say that a prophet is never welcomed in his own home. I know how you feel. I was telling everyone the US was heading towards what i termed Nazism from 1996 forward. The derision, scorn and hate heaped upon me was immeasurable. Needless to say everything I argued was supported by documentation and sound logic. Many people even denied Project Paper Clip.

Hitlers ideology never died, nor did it's capital and determined operators of global conquest desist from Adolph Hitler's vision. What we see in the world today is a result of that. A dark scary spot within me still holds the terrible realization that if Hitler's body or some part of it were saved present technology is close to or at the level to return him from the dead by cloning.

For a lot of us it isn't safe to take a walk through our own neighborhood any more simply for the lawlessness that has become to be the norm.

That's really a job for your locally elected law enforcement.
If local cops aren't keeping your streets safe, vote the higher-ups out of office and get new ones in there that WILL do their jobs and fire cops that don't.

Laws like this are passed because they have amendments that appropriate funds to pet projects and other pork BS.

The meat of this bill has been passed before, This does not apply to US citizens on US soil.
READ the bill and note how much funding is requested for various projects outside the meat of this bill.

It's all about the benjamin's baby!

Sorry, was a response to this:

On page 360, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following:

(e) Applicability to Citizens.--The authority described in this section for the Armed Forces of the United States to detain a person does not include the authority to detain a citizen of the United States without trial until the end of the hostilities.

Ahh.. ok.. yeah, should have spotted that myself, but not enough coffee..

Hostilities, apparently (personal opinion), means the end of the WOT... which of course, since it is a fake war, will never end.

This bill better not pass.

The temperature is slowly rising and this frog is noticing bubbles now. Soon we will reach the "boiling point" (tipping point or point of no return) where we will witness a "quickening" and even if the heat stops at that point the mixture will have been "fundamentally transformed".....it will be too late as you cant turn the oatmeal back to oats. That is there goal: to take millions of individual grains (of oats); roll them (destroying capital and making us all approximately the same and dependent on the government) and then boil those individual rolled grains and transform them into one homogeneous and gelatineous glob (like oatmeal). Welcome to the NWO.

To the Farmer General with "the golden helmet", yes, with Operation Paper Clip after the war and with the bank financing (Prescott Bush and Union Bank) of the Nazis before the war we must be cognizant of and vigilant against a possible Rise of a Fourth Reich. Thanks for the reminder.

Our basic human rights are being taken away one by one and without our knowledge. If this passes our Constitutional right to free speech and to gather will be, for all intents and purposes, gone.

I could be sipping a Mai-Tai in Costa Rica or smelling the odors of local life in Fiji or Tonga. I would certainly fall out of my chair with laughter and amusement.

I'm swilling Margaritas in Mexico these days because of just these reasons. I'm not laughing nor particularly amused, very concerned though. I knew it was coming to this. Very glad I made my move, and glad I sold my US home before the crash.

Expanding the enemy combatant definition to cover pretty much ANYONE they decide they don't like was a logical extension of what started after 9/11.

That seemed apparant when they used 9/11 as an excuse to invade Iraq. That's tantamount to invading Venezuela because Cuba's Castro flipped Bush the finger.

What was the reaction back then when those of us went hoarse yelling warnings? Oh... Ridicule and Derision. The U.S. would never do such things....

Exactly. When I announced I was retiring and moving to Mexico - with hoarse voice - I heard all that and much more. I have never regretted doing what I did and have no desire to set foot back on US soil. It's a much better life I enjoy here. I don't even need news like this to convince me I was right to make my move when I did.

That's part of the plan, and you can thank the War on Drugs in large part for creating that environment. Give the people enough lawlessness and they will beg for more order and police "protection" along with any law they want to pass.

Do you know who your Senators are?? Call them. Don't wait. Be Bold. Send them emails and tell your family and friends to do the same!

That is a good question. I am a US citizen though no longer a resident for a number of years now. It would seem I should have some representation in the government but I don't know who that would be, though likely no one. I feel some sense of concern for my native home, now as much as ever. It seems we are living in crucial times.

Maybe. But the police ARE militarized for all intents and purposes. Okay maybe not technically but I'm sure there is some Executive Order that takes care of that too.

Regardless, the spirit of this bill flies in the face of liberty.

Well its starts off with sums allocated to various projects, including High Frequency Satellite Space Vehicles 5 and 6 and deals with tha allocation od monies for B-1 retirements and B-2 bombers and the F35 and various other such projects. So far I have only got to page 45 so I jumped ahead to 362 and clear this is not designed to be applied to US citizens, unless of course they were involved in 9/11 or in supporting any factions involved in 9/11.

Guess you could arrest and retain Bush, Cheney et al indefinitely under this Bill, but not good ole American Joe.

Quite interesting stuff in there as well. Sum not to be exceed for these 2 x HF satellite space vehicles $3,100,000,000!

I may get back to reading it some time.

Exactly? I believe P.Traveler explained it to be March 28, 1861.
He's gone but he and the date aren't forgotten.. 2nd line

Are you referring to the FEMA internment camps? Great theory, been around since the 80's or before - at least the first I heard was from opponents of Reagan's Central American policies. In the 90's it was common among Alex Jones followers, then 9/11 and now opponents of Obama. What about the videos and pictures? National Guard training camps as well as Kim Jong Il's labor camps.

Yeah claireaudient , the FEMA facilities and the like , if these places are standing vacant as we have seen all over the USA , what gives. Money has been spent regarding security at these establishments.........for what purpose.
They exist for some purpose in future days , I mean the US must have vast amounts of empty buildings due to the economic downturn all over the place. Yet these places get tax payer dollars spent on securing them , to what looks like a high standard.

After reading National Defense Authorization Act , this was the first thing that popped into my head ie internment of US civillians. I hope I am soooooo wide of the mark on this and have got my wires sooooo crossed , feel free to shoot me down in flames, just a thought , the bill will most probably not be passed [ I HOPE ] .

Gotta disagree with this statement. People know what's happening but are either too lazy, apathetic or brainwashed to do anything about it. Let's not forget fear and the desire to stay under the wire for the fear of being spotted as an agitator.

People know...

Ha ha , yeah I watch The Alyona Show broadcast from DC every week night on RT [ Russia Today ] in the UK and boy does she lay into the Obama / Democrat , Republican waste of tax payer dollars , the financial figures are hard to comprehend being in the UK , vast trances of bucks going on the military while 47 million Americans are below the poverty line WOW !! just read people are now raiding the trash bins for second hand cooking oil to sell to people who can refine it back to good oil , this I stress is only where cooking oil is used ie food outlets that use it to cook with....shocking. Man hole covers are being taken from the roads and sold to metal dealers arghhhhhh
never ending.

Er.....Fiji IS already a military dictatorship, complete with a compliant media and censorship (military censors in all newsrooms!).

Tonga is a nominally a constitutional monarchy - but the the king directly appoints 12 of the 33 members of parliament (10 members of the Privy Council & 2 Governors), and another 9 are elected by the chiefs - leaving 9 to be elected by the commoners - so effectively the King has total power and the "parliament" is run by the royal family.

Costa Rica may be your best bet....but of course it is in the Aamerica's so if you're looking to get out of US control/influence it might be a bit close......
