Pretty simple actually.... it's training material for the NSA crypto class. It's based on Lambros Callimahos work who was Crypto teacher at the NSA for over 20 years. He used this made up "ET signal" in his crypto classes. Campaigne (also teaching cryptology) many years later picked up on it and added some new stuff to it. That's all there is. That stuff was never even classified to begin with, which would be pretty amazing for the single most important event in human history - the receipt of a message from aliens.

Other than that.... now that the leftovers are all gone... I'm ready to eat again :-)) haha

Speaking of Salmonella... did you ever see that Facebook post of the guy who said he ate some raw chicken on a dare... one of his friends responding.."dude..you'll get salmonella for sure"... and he replying... This thread could be used in a thesis of how people have selected reading/hearing. The utter lack of even attempting to read what people respond with is absolutely laughable. Its no wonder there is so much disinformation out there.

That is right on. Few read anything but the OP post before they pull the brass ring.
This exercise has been on ATS at least 4 other times that I have counted, and each time it started out
the same way. Mod's should pull these posts when they become so redundant, and blatantly incorrect in the
original assertions.

As I said a few posts earlier. FORGIVE ME! This is not what I accessed. I was looking at something TOTALY DIFFERENT!.....Yes you and the other above are correct....it is a classic case of GEEKDOM!

This has NOTHING to do with E.T. at all. I have to go back and find out what the hell I acessed? It looked like a description or paper on decription of an OLD SOVIET SPY SATELLITE!

I like this find, star and flag for a thead ive enjoyed reading, i feel that its just some deflection on the part of the goverment. All that is happening in the world and within the united states its makes for a good rouse, sure im probably wrong but I cant see an agency dishing out this highly classified information, if they are going to release this information then why not make whatever is secret at Wright Patt and Area 51 available to the public?

Actually....it is agents of the COMPANY or CIA....and only certain employees of....that can be refered to as SPOOKS.
