And other than that I wouldn't say I have had no problems whatsoeverer!

Perhaps I could be a tiny bit brainwashed enough to take a rifle from the gun-security cabinet and open fire on any intruder who happens to come acrosss my stuff and and property?

No - seriously man! I'd try to help any fellow man that I find, and especially someone who needs help!

Once again from an European perspective, try to help first - shoot later - but always stay frosty and be prepared for anything!

I wouldn't call shooting someone who breaks into your house brainwashing. That sounds more like common sense. I make it obvious to passersby that I have two dogs for the same reason.

The ones in the chairs are now flying the drones, in Fort Brag.
They are been assimilated into the borg, none thinking killers who revel in zooming in on the target, never mind about the young children asleep in their beds.
They do as ordered, and target whoever is TOLD to them is the enemy.
They are murderers.
gravitor

FYI: Drones aren't piloted at Fort Bragg. They are either operated in country or at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.

Fort Benning has the the atrocity factory also known as the School of the Americas, but that is at the direction of the government more than the military (most military personnel aren't even aware it exists.)

They don't pilot drones that fly in the Middle East at Fort Bragg. Army drones are small, unarmed, short range devices that are launched in or immediately around the battlefield for reconnaissance.

We do have people like that in America, and they're usually affiliated with the Neo-Nazis in some way. I would not trust a group of socially, religiously, and ethnically homogenous rednecks with little more than a GED to make the sorts of decisions that a military unit has to. Tellingly, they also have only a small number of actual military veterans. I'd much rather have someone join the military since at least there are rules and consequences in place, not to mention the rigorous training required for someone who has to make those sorts of decisions.

Military training isn't just running around shoot targets. There is rigorous psychological, teamwork, situational analysis, medical, leadership, and legal training that everyone in the military gets. 'I didn't know', 'I didn't mean to', and 'I was following orders' aren't tolerable excuses for misconduct in today's military. You are held accountable for not only your actions, but those of your peers and subordinates. You are required to do everything you can to stop an illegal or unethical situation. To ignore something of that nature means you are held equally accountable even if you didn't pull the trigger.

Everyone in the Third Reich was constantly bombarded with eugenics lessons, not the mention that they were being deployed for Lebensraum. They were also socially, culturally, and ethnically exactly alike. The inhumanity of the people they were conquering was also constantly reinforced. Even then the Germans only barely managed it since many of the Einsatzgruppen personnel developed severe psychological problems. That is most definitely not the case in the modern US Military. If anything they refuse to shut up about the Laws of War. Makes for boring Powerpoint presentations every couple of months, but it also leaves you with no questions as to how you are expected to conduct yourselves.

I don't celebrate Vicker's Vimy fourth of July parades Celebrating Democracy and Freedom. We are regressing and going downhill. And I heard that the U.N. already has America divided into six "Zones" for the final blow to our Republic. I hate to say it, I am not a hippy, and I don't want to go to the zone of the hippy flower kids when that happens. I believe in the good conduct of the American fighting spirit. Americans are not as bad as Europeans who are protesting High-Speed rail projects that would create jobs. Don't want to upset the order of the old stone shrines of Catholic saints.

The Saudi's caused significant damage to our Capitalistic liberties they were the ones onboard the planes. And we love that government over there because they have resources. The British created those states, began signing the truces with the ruling Sheiks in the 1800's before the time of your and mine grandparents. Before aviation and before modern warfare. We are seeing the patriot act and symptoms of Imperial deals done before our Charlie Brown time (Bush Sr.) I hate to think of our troops as disposable toys there for monsters who are signing secret deals.

Iran-Contra the Olly North Reagan knowing deal. Flip the channel and there was Christie Brinkley in a hot swimsuit showing off her buns. Flip it acrobat-buns again and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Many of us would be better growing up in an impoverished third world country. Windy and gray Civil War scenes of dead and decaying bodies laying on the ground.

The City of God is definitely is not D.C. They are working on new Good looking terminators to make certain less American boys go to the morgue. Lyndon Johnson said "We are not about to send American boys 9 or 10 thousand miles away from home to do what Asian boys ought to be doing for themselves." I don't know much about guns but I just know that it is interesting the post that George Soros is buying American gun manufacturers. Washington D.C. is symbolic of everything that is going wrong with Earth. Government has sold its soul to the forces of evil.

The Alien invasion soon bred in underground laboratories like rabbits with tags. "Friends" who try to buy into your confidence don't go for the tricks of the limeys. Don't put on tatoos and be like Einstein (who didn't even have a tatoo). Backpacking is a tortured victim of American economy (directly from the Vietnam war.) Forty years ago marked mankind's greatest achievement (and it wasn't a war.)

An actual writer and he hasn't even submitted a book, we are no longer in his "cool." Drone planes are pretty, they fly to countries and they even get shot down breaking all the old treaties. Drones as a drain of wealth, to teach us British. Flying over craphole deserts of the middle east. Teach us the resignation of Chamberlain (a worthless bloke). And I have heard all from Bagheera (Kynge Of whom the Bretons speken grete) language of the Punjab/Persianization of the human race. Afghanistan is a war because "you are told" to go. Thank god that the casualities have been low.

Hoagland was on coast to coast and said the Space War between the E.T.'s and the Cabal is part of why American troops are being stationed all over the world (at Strategic places). It is a Code they are staging. The leaders trace their roots back to Atlantis and you can see it in the symbols they use, meds are how they keep the population down and out of knowing or caring. The Seperating the Wheat from the Chaff, and the wheat never been more cleanly separated from the chaff than it is today.

So the Code I guess I'm watching the news and keeping up on where the next important War is that the President needs to send the all- mighty American military. Kosovo, Iraq, Libya, Syria. Hoagland was cut off before he could elaborate fully on the Extra-terrestrial war. The military are pawns now in this book of Revelation drama going on. Hoaxsters deny such knowledge that is in plain sight.

YOu know, I cannot really comment on the military. I don't have any friends in the military nor have I ever had one on any notable level. I've certainly known of people that were in the military and in a few of the games I've plaeyd online the peolpe I played with were military and sometimes talked about it. For example, in EQ1 (2009-10) I was in Tosk and a fellow guildie told us how the sound of an A-10 flying low was exactly like he imagined a dragon would be. I always thought that was strange and so I remembered it. Additionally, in my raid guild probably half of hte members were military (active duty). But that's about the extent of my exposure to military men adn women. So I really have in the dark about it. Sorry to all of those people who might have served and feel drowned out by people who don't understand what the military is.

A Dragon, like the fictional Smaug from Tolkien's the Hobbit? I had a buddy to that came online named "A-10" but he said it was from A-Ton an aspect of Ra. Dragons probably did exist at least in our consciousness that goes back to the dangerous days of Medieval chivalry. It is amazing how fast plane technology has propelled from simple monoplanes of World War I, to the blackbird that came about fify years later.

We need to hold human life in high regard because I could not imagine seeing a buddy of mine dying or getting killed in front of my eyes. That would change my entire world. I like reading those diaries and journals of people who have fought in wars, I am reading one now called Diary of a Confederate Soldier, a man who fought in a big war. It is one really harrowing thing to read it is all real.

Did you not read my previous post? 'I didn't know' 'I didn't mean to' and 'I was just following orders' are not valid excuses, and will not get you out of legal trouble in the military. It doesn't work on petty offenses, and it most definitely won't work for war crimes.

An example: I was an Corporal in the Marines. That means I was in charge of junior enlisted guys. Sort of a middle management supervisor. If I was riding in a car with my fellow Marines, and they were ticketed for speeding then whoever else in the car ranked higher than the driver gets in just as much (if not more) trouble. It doesn't matter if I was in the back seat sleeping, I would still be held responsible. Same goes for uniform inspections. If one of my Marines failed, then I as their NCO would be in trouble right alongside them.

I can see how an emotional group of people who believe in a cause (or false belief of who they are) can degenerate into Tyrants. You can see it on this forum and it has nothing to do with rank. The sophists in the D.C. are controlling the actions of the military. They are probably already moved to the comfortable new headquarters in the rocky mountains. Do you know why the CIA has moved their bunkers to colorado? Most military and ranking intelligence would give the keys to The Pentagon for the proper piece of meat tells me all I need to know about our glorious government. It's a swindle and the American people (the poor mostly) suffer as they continue to fall for the lies. "I love the smell of napalm in the morning." Can't wait for the food shortages to begin here in America that is when the fun begins!

Thanks for serving in the military, but I continue my cynical views on the Government "War on Terror."

Oh, believe me I am already beyond cynical about the wars. We mistakenly invaded Iraq, and the country is now in sectarian turmoil. Afghans are still mostly living like they're stopped progressing after they met Muhammed. I'm pretty jaded about the government in general since it was a long line of commiephobic and colonialist politicians that directly led to the severe instability in the region. It's frustrating to have spent 10 years at war with nothing to really show for it beyond wounded or killed soldiers and civilians.

I just like to make sure people understand that you don't go after the military because you're unhappy we're at war. The military does not create policy: bureaucrats do. They are still human of course, but I feel the important difference is that the average soldier joined because they want to do good things and want to better themselves. Your enlistment means you more than likely face some profound hardship and self sacrifice. I am against the wars, but I am proud of my friends and my service. All at a pretty meager return of course: low pay, long hours, missed holidays, deployments, etc. The most an average politician has had to overcome is traffic on the Beltway.

Of course it's wishful thinking, but I've always thought that if America goes to war then every politician who voted for it has to have a close relative enlist and have to get deployed doing some crummy job that everyone hates

"I WAS TRAINED TO KILL"
www.cbsnews.com...

Well of course he was trained to kill. That's pretty high on the military's priority list. If what he says is true then it's an obvious failure on the part of military medical and the Veteran's Administration. You don't just instantly wake up one day and suddenly have murderous flashbacks. These things build up gradually, and if you are taught to recognize the warning signs and have readily available treatment for PTSD then you stand a good chance of fixing the illness before it snowballs out of control.

I am not suggesting that he shouldn't be held responsible for his actions by whatever legal or medical is deemed appropriate; however, someone in his command clearly dropped the ball with this guy. Bureaucrats should bear a good portion of blame: starting and sustaining two wars with frequent and length deployments, spending outrageous amounts of money on useless weapons systems that leave important personnel services perpetually underfunded and understaffed, wasteful contracting, loading people up with meds to keep them deployable, and granting enlistment waivers for people who previously would never have even made it to past five minutes of talking to the recruiter.

For those of us who have served our country we know what it is to be a civilian and we have been soldiers. We can speak for both sides because it is a matter of experience and knowledge which gives us wisdom. Stop using terms like wet work you obviously do not have a clue about what a soldier is. I believe you have us confused with the character in a movie that you watch and for that matter the character must have been an assassin or spy and not a soldier. Wet work really? I don't think I have ever used that term or heard it while I was in the military.

I tell you what, there is a TV show called on bomb patrol Afghanistan it is the real deal. Try watching a few episodes of that before you chime again. Maybe just maybe you will get an idea of what it is really like out there. To be honest those guys are pretty lax but it is only because their job is so damn dangerous that they can get away with not being dress right dress.

Sorry I don't watch "episodes" on where we are bombing other countries in real time. That is where I get fed up with the "yank" sophistry. By the way reading the "real deal" on the news verifying the conspiracay buzz about a law for detaining American civilians is coming to prophecy. National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which gives the U.S. military the power to arrest, detain, interrogate, torture and murder U.S. citizens inside the United States, with no due process. Gitmo is about to be filled with Americans as part of this "war on terror," the destruction of the United States Constitution.

The troops coming back now from Iraq will probably be used for something like Rex-84 here in America (enforcing this new act). I am talking to a Marine online who is telling me to be careful and keep my eyes open on what is about to happen because this is all inevitable. The Bill of Rights and Habeas Corpus is caput. But television news is about athlete marrying models and ultra slick new toys the NATO (American) military forces is using to bomb other countries. Reading Confucius, he would probably not know how to "chime" in today's age, he believed that the nature of Man is Good. But if you see how we are out right destroying ourselves and now building predator Spy drones on American civilians, he would probably develop a new philosophy. Illegal detention of American citizens is nothing new, and nothing that can't be rallied against and overturned. Lincoln's Presidency is about as close to an Orwellian dsytopia that we've ever experienced. In the end common sense prevailed, and there are no jackbooted stoviepipe hat wearing thought police roaming about. A similar incident occurred involving corralling Japanese Americans into glorified cattle pens.

I am not saying this is right (the Patriot Act, Dick Cheney, and the Alberto Gonzales sycophants are sickening), but it isn't unprecedented. Nor is it an irreparable transgression.
