CBS GOP Debate tonite

Why is everybody in this thread so surprised? CBS's logo is the all seeing eye for crying out loud.

Also, I can't find the poll in the link provided. Did they take it down?

That's the main reason these people want to hit Iran in the first place. It's not about nukes, it's all about Iran wanting to trade oil for Euros or gold.

That's the same reason we invaded Iraq!

I just witnessed people who want to be President of the United States say COVERT OPS, TORTURE TORTURE, KILL, KILL, then gang up on a man who stands for The Constitution, due process, human rights, and peace.
We are doomed as race my friends. How someone can applause torture on another human being, let alone when not given due process? Are we animals? We denounce terrorist tactics but we're just as bad if not worse!
That was the most despicable thing I've witnessed and maybe we need to blow ourselves off this planet.
I'm not debating this. I'm still in shock and hope football tomorrow will help me forget what I saw.
I do know this...when the primaries are over, I'm changing back to Independent. The Republicans can kiss my ass!

I'm just curious... how is their logo the all-seeing eye? Is any eye drawing considered the All seeing eye? I'm not arguing, I am very disappointed in CBS right now, but I wasn't aware that their logo represented the all-seeing eye?

Man I was thinking some of these people - especially Newt- are just vicious- and he's moving up in the polls?

I'll vote for Ron Paul for president or no one. I WILL vote republican but only if he gets the nomination and I wil voteo only for him in the primary.

I'm a democrat, but I don't really like them either much anymore. I never thought I'd see the day where I considered myself a moderate. lol

My thoughts exactly... Very disappointed at the end of this one. Questions weren't very evenly spread among the candidates, bad quality stream online, a poll that didn't even work... And moderators that brought the hammer down annoyed me also (No booing? wtf?).

Every time Paul spoke, Bachmann wanted to rip his head off ("Can I interject again?!"). Bachmann, Perry, Cain, these people would lead this country straight into the ground if elected. Huntsman, Gingrich, they are ok. That tall grinning fellow continues to disturb me for some reason. I look for the person that seems the most genuine, the most truly interested in repairing damage done to this country, and almost all of them are not it.

Watching the stream of twitter/facebook comments during the debate was very enlightening to me, and may explain why that poll was not even functional. Every other comment was Ron Paul related, mostly positive. Hmmm.

Thanks neo for opening this thread before the debate.

watched this tonight. must say alot of the things some of the candidates stated made my jaw drop, while others made me smile, more jaw dropping than msiling though i must admit

It really irked me when, I forgot exactly who but you know they all think it, "we should sanction Iran's central bank, which would shut down their entire economy"

The ONLY reason they want to do that, as well as the only reason they have a problem with Iran in the first place, is because they don't have a rothschild controlled bank.
