Based on all I have ever learned about the description of a 'grey', this image seems to have the most going for it in my book.

The story behind the image was that there was to be a test to see how the public would react to the image of a grey so this one image was used in a marketing campaign for an American company, possibly Polaroid.I captured the image years ago before anyone was too internet savvy. I did not think to save the url or the original post of which this image was the subject. Subsequently, having read probably many hundreds of descriptions of greys, or j-rods', this image seems to be as close as any I have read of. Note the circular feature on the side of the skull. This sort of feature...in my opinion...is not the sort of thing one includes when constructing a doll or puppet for commercial use. I would tend to think that such a feature would be regarded by many as a defect in the construction and that efforts would be made to remove it from the image. I wish I had an image of the full body as there is another important feature to be found on the legs which is very, very rarely reported upon.

I know it's been debated, but I still feel the background information is very solid.

Yeah, but how do you know it's "alien?" It looks an awful lot like the Project Silverbug saucer that was being worked on by Boeing and Avrocar about that time.

This case made big news in Turkey and in other countries as well, but western news never did any coverage. It also started a great debate between the official members of the Turkish scientific community. Other analysis were done by video specialists and special effect companies from Japan, Russia and Turkey, all ending up with the same conclusions that it remains unexplained.

The Turkey UFO remains "unexplained" because it's so foolish that nobody wants to deal with it. If you look at all the footage, you'll see that the photographer is using an external telescope held up to the camera lens to get the image. What you're seeing in the video is a reflection of the distant light (probably from a boat), refracted on the inside of the telescope. That's why it always looks kind of the same, and why it shifts and changes shape when he moves. Really one of the dumbest examples of "aliens" ever presented.

Hi thanks for giving it a shot. The Turkey video has been proven authentic by several special effects experts and even by the Turkey government.

The explaination you came up with has been dismissed as (not likely) and (not plausible).

The video has been proven real
and you forgot the 12 witnesses.

I am Glad I could help you!

Nobody has been able to debunk the Turkey UFO video, not even on ATS.

After 4 years of not being able to debunk a UFO video I would think that you would finally give up move on to another case. I guess the fact that you cannot debunk the Turkey UFO video is hard to accept.

Dig a little deeper. You've find out that it's all nonsense with some very shaky definitions of what people call "experts" and government verification. And as for the witnesses! Hah!

I have done a ton of research on this and you failed to debunk the Turkey UFO case.

That was easy!

So far 0 people have been able to debunk it.

Not so. I debunked it plenty. I debunked it by making it so easy all you have to do is look at it with your own eyes and the new explanation and see what's going on with it. Of course, you can continue to resist the debunking, and continue to support the bunk. It's natural, since you've invested time and energy into convincing yourself of its authenticity. But it's debunked. Done and done. Bunk all the way.

You just haven't accepted it yet.

Apparently your superior "detective" work doesn't even include a simple 5 second search on ATS. This thread by Chadwickus shows the most plausible explanation- a ship.
www.abovetopsecret.com...
You saying that you have done a "ton of research" doesn't really prove anything to anyone.

I always thought this one was pretty revealing!

Looks like they had too much fire water though.
But in all seriousness, the one shown earlier of area 51 leaves me scratchin' my head, and this one too:

Monkey? The dna test results are intriguing.

With so many alien species, how is debunking even remotely possible?

Upon opening this thread, here's one that came to mind:

What you know about Pine Gap?
Ah, ATS can really disappoint me sometimes...
