That's a silly way to look at it. Abortion is seen as murder, poverty or not. You wouldn't approve of killing toddlers just because of those things.

That's just ludicrous I'm afraid. Abortion is seen as murder by those who are against it.

As to what I would or would not approve of, I would wipe out all the starving babies/toddlers/families in third world countries in an instant.

There is a fine line between good and evil. Thinking abortion is evil, but wishing the child to be raised into poverty is also evil. Two wrongs, do NOT make a right.

Big picture, not small minded approach. Thank fully not all the planet is full of religious bible bashing pro-lifers or you know what? You'd start to find real world food shortages. Now that's something to chew on, while I chew on my foetal nestle candy bar.

I never start my day without an aborted fetus protein shake.

Breakfast of champions!

So they can put them in our food but they can't do research with the stem cells that come from them? That doesn't make sense to me.

Please provide sources and evidence before we assume you are not being truthful.

Even if it were true you could bet the pro-choice bunch would have no problem with it.

Seriously!? I had a pepsi last night.
Is there a chance I might get pregnant?

I am disappointed in the pro-choicers who are against eating fetuses! You should ALWAYS eat what you kill. When my son started hunting last year, we explained to him that he is not allowed to kill anything he doesn't plan on eating.

A fetus is a person. Not saying this story is true but if it were only a sick person would support it. Anything for a buck. God will judge us all. You best be ready!

If you think in a New York minute, that any F500 company would risk it's reputation and product line by putting human fetus as an ingredient, then you will believe anything else that is crap on the internet. Many knowledgeable ATS'rs have already debunked this sensational garbage, and that should be the end of it. Perhaps the MOD should make a statement here that this is sensational BS, and even move it into the HOAX bin.

Sometimes you forget that this site is home to plenty of people who ... how should we say ... just aren't right in the head.

And this thread has certainly reminded me of that.

For anyone who actually believes that there are fetuses in our food . . . I have no words.

Ignorance is bliss I suppose.

As disgusting at this sounds! If you are going to make an accustion as serious and important as this, you better be ready to back it up with proof! Not "It heard it here; or read it there" Just the same, now I WANT TO KN0W..

. Thanks

But murder is still murder how would you feel if your parents aborted you and you couldn't do anything about it?

I would feel very sad. I would be crying with baby jesus, which is where I would be if that happened. Or, actually, I would feel great because I would be in heaven and heaven is awesome. No, wait, I would not feel anything because it's a very stupid question you are asking in the first place.

How does somebody that does not exist feel? they don't.

The central nervous system of an aborted fetus is nowhere nearly as developed as that of a chicken. How many pro lifer's are vegan or vegetarian? I thought so.

We humans are murderous. There is simply no denying that. We respect the rights of those who have a way to defend themselves or appeal to our sense of mercy. That's why war happens. That's why abortion happens. That's why meat happens.

Unwanted babies grow to be undesirable people (generalization, I know, but a very good one) How many people have you met you wish were aborted? last time you saw a homeless bum asking for "food money" did you give any? I thought so. That guy could have been aborted, now you ignore him.

Stop the hypocrisy.

I'm drinking a Pepsi right now as I'm reading this. I had my girlfriend take a look at the articles and she is mortified, I'm more or less indifferent. It's really just recycling, plus, I enjoy my SoylentPepsi.

You guys /do/ realize that they aren't actually putting fetal cells /in/ the products, right?

All they're doing is using fetal cells to TEST the products, not actually using them as an ingredient.
Do a little research first before you make assumptions about something.
