So did our government just admit it's dumber than every other government which has officially admitted it has evidence, and released some of said evidence, such as Canada, Brazil and Mexico?

Don't forget France, Spain, Germany, Great Britain, Russia, Japan, and Israel.

The government must think we're incredibly stupid, to give such a response. Sounds as if some staff members 5th grade son wrote this. Zero insight or acknowledgement whatsoever.

They don't see it as a political risk, because they can just say it was soviet or Japanese craft and hallucinations. It doesn't harm their reputation and if something does pop up, they can just say that didn't know.

You need an alien to tell you that they did. But you see our government is actually thriving off our distrust.

The sad thing is many are just as stupid as the government thinks. Reality is getting to be extremely depressing. Government is just toying with us.

Well it kind of is, rather it is depending on our lack of trust to keep it self in power. If we want to get rid of this institution in its current behavior, we need to replace it with a new institution. Elect the Draneian party, the very first political party sponsored by extraterrestrials and actively cooperates with extraterrestrials for the benefit of human beings under the principles of mutual coexistence. We'll spill the beans where the Democrats and Republicans have failed and we fear no one, not the CIA, FBI, MIB, NWO, you name it we'll beat them up to an inch of their lives and piss on them like the turds they truly are and we mean that.

Well, whether or not some U.S, government people know of hard evidence for who is behind the phenomenon or not might hinge largely on what really happened in the Roswell case. The Ramey memo is pretty illegible, but "VICTIMS OF THE WRECK" can be read and seems highly suggestive.

I've had my own sighting of a genuine ship confirmed by one other person, and another person saying the say soemthing as well.

So to me, this is BS and more stonewalling.

I Knew this whole "We the people" petition crap was going to be a dead-end. The response to the one about Marijuana Legalization was full of lies.

That is why you should join the Draneian Party. We support the legalization of Marijuana as well as anything that is organically grown. After all, the best Marijuana is that which 100% natural without any dangerous pesticides or herbal enhancements.

You mean Cro Magnons. Well some of them are Cro Magnons. Cro Magnons created Atlantis and Mu. They control our whole banking system and the Republican Party. They are the ones responsible for the behavior concerning Wall Street and our government.

But some of them are extraterrestrials.

Oh, sure. And that beats out some of the other theories going around. I enjoyed listening to the dolphins in San Francisco in a tank with external speakers from which people could hear their chatter, even though I wasn’t able to pick up their language. But there could be some advanced society in the seas of a species about which we know nothing.

Einstein once suggested they could be descendents of humans who were already in space 20,000 years ago when the earthbound population was knocked back to the Stone Age by some natural disaster or war.

We would normally scoff at either notion, but the evidence for something going on in our skies is compelling enough to consider such options if we don't know who or what is behind the phenomenon.

Thank you for signing the petition asking the Obama Administration to acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence here on Earth. The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public's eye. However, that doesn't mean the subject of life outside our planet isn't being discussed or explored. In fact, there are a number of projects working toward the goal of understanding if life can or does exist off Earth. Here are a few examples:

It's hilarious to think that 5000 or so people signing an internet petition, would sway the government into releasing sensitive information about life existing anywhere else in the Universe.

I would go as far as to say, every person who thought this would make a difference, is an idiot.

I guess you must have missed the part of my post where I stated I have given up trying to persuade anyone of anything. You either see it or don't.

Sure, and Stephan Bassett said it would have to go viral, through media attention, to get the hundreds of thousands of signatures necessary to get any serious consideration. He said he was hoping for a spot on the Daily Show or something that would give it some momentum. Still, he says he's going to try again.

i read that book - UFO's generals pilots and govt. officials go on the record... it was the first book i read on ufo's and what started me on the hunt for more information...what a xxxxx that guy is. i guess i just feel for the author...it sucks when people act like it's a big joke - and so are you. i guess he was just awkward dealing with the possibility himself.

anywho - thanks =)

the problem , IMHO with most responses to this thread - and others like it - is that :

1 - people have an a-priori belief that the govt is hiding " something "

2 - no answer given will be accaptable unless it validates the persons prior beliefs

What makes anyone think that the regular government would know anything about aliens? The president does not have the clearances or, if he does, the need to know is a wild card often used against him/her.

I believe there are aliens here. I don't think they're in bed with humans. They would have to be like us, aggressive and selfish, in order to achieve anything. The last alien that operated openly on this planet was Jesus and they nailed him to wood to get rid of him. They'd do the same now to any alien who tried to teach peace.

If there were hostile aliens in America we'd see it in our politics. We'd see things like neo-cons and NWO and losses of freedoms. Hey wait... We are seeing those things.

Well, we already know that the US Government are the biggest two-faced liars in the whole world. Freemasonry essentially keeps all this stuff secret from the general public, and all of those crooks in Congress are part of the same club.

And you wonder why the layout of Washington is designed in a way to mimic the Orion and Pleiades Constellations with a hint of Pagan symbols like the pentagram (Pentagon) and Egyptian Obelisks.

Ofcourse, its all coincidence, and any serious investigation into this will make you branded a "conspiracy nut".

Nothing to see here, folks.

Move along now.

As far as I'm concerned it isn't going to make a difference at all. They could get hundreds of thousands, if not millions of signatures, but that doesn't mean the government will be strong armed into releasing such information. A legitimate spacecraft piloted by a legitimate ET could land smack bang in the middle of a major American city in front of millions of witnesses and I'm sure the U.S government (using them as the example considering the petition origin) would deny it, or attempt to cover it up somehow.

They aren't gonna spill it.
Who needs em.
I will say this though...
Knowing what you've come to learn about Humanity throughout the course of your existence, all the ugly things you've witnessed...
Would you offer that knowledge to everyone... anyone?

I don't see how they are feeding us BS. They are simply avoiding the question.

It may be that the POTUS simply doesn't know anything.

Not every president is in the know, at least IMO.
