I need your help with two images

hmmmm seems like this is all that we are going to get out of Skeptic O.
I'm sorry but I do think that it's a bit odd that this was moved out of RATS without the head honcho's say so. Sorry to be so mistrusting S.O.
Also the mods are noticable for their absence, I think that Gazrok's is the only mod post that I've noticed, though I could be wrong. Perhaps when he posted he wasn't aware at the time that there was a game going on.

Anyhoo I guess we can all assume by now that Ranger is in on this (no offense Ranger that's just how it looks) considering he's now referred two pages of information that look like they were recently made.

Also safe to assume that Dr.Jim and Simon and possibly Ranger are the same person.

This is most likely a game.

Here's an odd thought...there are encryption programs that hide a message within a picture. Could it be that these photos are encrypted messages for a new game? If so does anyone have a program the can decrypt(?) un-encrypt(?) these photos.

Sorry not my area of expertise but I know I saw a piece about the picture encryption program on a history channel special about technology.

I know the program your talking about, but I don�t have it, apparently you can send a text message that looks like a picture if you don�t have the decoding software, I seen it in a movie of witch I can't rember

I just think if we can be 100% sure about the 3 questions DrJim wants to know that we are half way there, also DrJim said he would also like to know the originator of these images.

All 4 questions must link together somehow,although if we get all abc right thats probably all they want to know,maybe as i said before it could be to test our skills.

There are alot of things that dont add up.

Why would someone that seems an intelligent person (DrJim) want to know certain things about an image that most of us agree is fake?

This is the main reason i think this is either a test or a game.

Also DrJims profile says he has 25 post when infact he has only 4, are the rest of his posts in RATS or something cause if they are il spend my points to see what else he has said.

I dont think ranger is involved as he got a warning and if you look at what he got a warning for it doesnt make sense that he got a warning for that post.

I have RATS access and when I selected the 'posty made by member' thing it listed only 4, including the ones in RATS at the time....

As for ranger, well not sure there but if he is part of the game (if there is one) then he might have the warning in order to throw us off the scent.. IF you see what I mean....

Found some software, but it says it only works with .bmp and .pmg files. Maybe you can convert the jpgs images into a bitmap and find something. here is the link:

Sadly there appear to be a number of programs.
I am downloading one at the moment that apparantly is the best free piece of software to do this.
I think it said it was called SecurEngine or something. When it finishes downloading on my slow dial-up connection I'll tell you all what it is.

I don't think converting files after they are encrypted will work btw due to the nature of how the software works.. Don't ask me to explain because I can't...

Nah. it doesn't support JPG anyway.. I'm too tired to bother with this any more tonight... see yall tomorrow!!

Seems quite funny that Gazrock and Heelstone havent posted in this thread.

Normally they are all over pictures such as these, no matter how fake they look.

I have not heard from Jim since his last post. It is somewhat odd that he has not followed up here.

This is the first I've seen the images he intended to share, and I agree with Skeptic's move to bring this out of RATS. Even if these images are faked (odd that he would share such), I'm certain he has a good reason for asking for our help.

Tried using that program from the stegano site, but with no luck. The only information I could find in the images were the file names. Mind you the program is in German and I'm not known for my abilities as a translator, plus it's getting late and it's too hot to be spending ages seeing if I'm doing something wrong. Better luck the rest of you......

it is a eurofighter typhoon they are based all over europe but not being used yet which is why its fake, and also two aircraft should have been in the picture but one picture has a aircraft being shot down, so there was multiple craft but its fake, and ranger learn how to type dude. this game is getting frustrating,

Wow nice work Agen Smith (see we're reading your posts) and everyone else looking into that.

My big question I guess is directed at Simon or someone with more knowledge than myself. That being that I am not a photo expert and they were obvious fakes to me, I would think Simon would have noticed the oddities in the photos that we did.

Or skeptic overlord or somebody would be able to tell they were "odd" before they even posted.

It's got to be a game neither Skeptic Overload or Simon has told us this is not a game/test, and with everyone wondering if this is really a game i would have thought they would of said something along the lines of "This is not a game" but they havent so this has to be a game until they tell us otherwise.

I'm sorry but I still have my suspicions , We start to round on S.O. asking about the decision to move the thread, and Simon conveniently pops in to OK it but doesn't make any confirmation that this is not a game,which if that were the case I think he or S.O. would have to stop all of the speculation.
