Here it is told that on the 23th Oct Sunday (the day that Van EQ happened) Russian HAARP (its name is SURA and its close to the Blacksea) has recorded anomaly on the heat of the atmosphere and vibrations around, he put the screenshot of the data you can see) on his post today (Here) he told that the same heat anomaly and vibrations are started to happen in Marmara region, where Turkey's biggest city Istanbul is, also the major fault line which is expected to be broken in 20-30 years or so..He says that he got the data from SURA, and now he's waiting for another anomaly or something that he will blog rightaways..

I'm not telling that its HAARP or anything, I'm just the messenger. Please don't 'wuuu its alienssss, its haarrpp, its government, its secret weapon' to me sarcastically..
