In your trial, did you demand, under the Constitution, to be able to question your "accuser?" Did you put the officer on the stand and ask him:

A. Who installed the Radar Speed Device in your car?

B. Who calibrates the device, and when was the last time it was calibrated, and by whom? (According to manufacturers of these devices, they are to be installed, and maintained, and calibrated by a "Factory Technician.")

C. did you check to see if the police station's FCC license was current?

If your answer was "no" to these questions, you deserve to have to pay the $120. Next time, do your homework.
My own daughter recently beat a speeding ticket because the Station's FCC license was expired. (she took a photo, and showed it to the Judge, who immediately dismissed)
I myself have beat three such tickets by asking these questions of the officer.

Wow, what a damn good thread... I went out of my way to create another inevitably banned account for this, because I love the direction collective consciousness is heading in this particular instance.
It comes down to reclaiming dominion.

Ever hear of Sovereign Citizenship and Trust Law?

How about the binding contract signed by the Government at your birth?

Want to put all of those Renegade Public Servants in their place?

Once you claim responsibility for all offices of your LEGAL PERSON, you have complete authority over the corporate processes they manage to suck us into. It's simply a matter of operating under the proper presumptions and titles. As you will soon realize, this system is based entirely on presumptions.

Here's a good introductory video lecture by Dean Clifford. This guy breaks it all down.

Follow the youtube trail... You will find plenty examples of this expanding movement.

yet more often than not, they drive over the speed limit knowing that 80% of the time when they get pulled over, they flach the badge and buddy system applies. Judges who sit on traffic courts also have been known to, after a day of generating revenue by handing out fines to people going 80 in a 70, proceed in breaking the same laws on their way home.

I work on the street, and often get almost hit by cars with drivers that don´t want to wait for 2 seconds, driving their cars across the sidewalk missing me by an inch while I have my back towards them doing my work.

I am somewhat used to it but I always go off on people when they do so.

Last week it happened again, only this time it was an off duty cop in his private car going home, I know because I recognised him, I see him driving a patrol car every now and then, and I know he lives in that street.

So as he drove by I flipped him off and such, he just drove on.

So 10 mins later I was in front of his house and he just stepped outside with his wife. I said aren´t you supposed to set the right example.

He pretended he didn´t hear me and even sorta hid behind his car. I was like WTF so I walked up to him and repeated the question.

He was like I have no idea what you are talking about. I was like ok reverse the roles. I said you know damn well what Im talking about, you almost hit me with your car, making an illegal manouvre.

All of a sudden he did seem to know what I was talking and said that he left more than enough room and when I tried to explain the danger of his actions while I was doing my work he basically said I was lying and tried to brush it off, that´s when I got really mad.

I was yelling how cops are all the same, big hypocrytes and have less respect for other people than most normal people have.

He was like you should be very careful now, I was like what, am I supposed to be scared cause you are a cop, what you wanna do?

He said I´m going to call your boss, I said go right ahead, I will make a call to the police station and inform your superior of your behavior.

He was lost for words, I effectively schooled him in front of his wife on his own property.

I mean come on, he was clearly in the wrong, he could´ve appologised and said he made a mistake, instead he chose to lie and tried to intimidate me.

Vey typical.

There has to be law and order, and it has to be enforced, the problem is that the police attracts megalomaniacs and sociopaths, for the sole reason of having power over another human being.

The problem is that police officers often are equally bad or worse than the people they are arresting and fining, in their personal life.

I speak from personal experience, they often have no respect and treat you as if you were inferior to them.

As much as I would love to pin the police as the number one enemy to a free society, because lord know me and my family have been screwed by them more than enough times to never call them up if were ever in trouble. I'm more inclined to reach for my gun then dial 911 now because I rather go down in fight then have them come by to just pick up my dead body!

Rant aside, the police are not the problem. Or rather the idea of the police. If they weren't so busy filling quotas busting jay walkers, traffic speeders and drug users instead of you know. Catching rapist, killers, and thieves. Then I would be fine with them.

its veeery simple to spot the Bad Man. he disguises himself in many different garbs, usually green or blue, but the way to recognize him is pretty simple...*he will pull out his gun and murder you if he is ordered to do so.*

He doesnt defend himself, he attacks others who are not aggressing against anyone.

The Bad Man *initiates* force against others.

Give your phony baloney tough guy anarchism a break. Unless you are highly trained in multiple forms of combat and well armed and have several allies with the same, you secretly want and need law enforcement. the mob will always feed on its own.

You state that people who truly want zero to do with police no matter the scenario are "phony tough guys" simply because of your own inadequacies, needs, secret fears, personal comfort level and/or lack of self reliance ?/.

The people you state are "phony" may find your statement cowardice and just as alien.

Try not to lower yourself to insulting other members simply because you find something incomprehensible.

There are ways you can tell the police to # off, with them not being able to do a thing about it. It's called reclaiming your sovereignty. That's a big word... s-o-v-e-r-e-i-g-n-t-y.

2 questions:

1. Who are they honestly serving?
2. To what extent will they serve said entity?

A big STAR for you, friend. At least there are some that understand what it means to be a Sovereign Freeman. I myself have used some of the same tactics in court several times. In my own town, the city police are on notice, I do not recognize them as real police officers, but as policy enforcers, and will not, under any circumstances obey their orders without pay for a service, at $200 per order. At a DUI checkpoint, I say to the officer, "I am a Sovereign Freeman with political power, why do you detain me, and am I now free to go?" 90% of the time, the officer wishes me a good day, and tells me to be on my way. I never, ever pay traffic tickets, I fight each one, ask for all resources available to me, change of venue, special judge, jury trial. I never, ever hire a lawyer, they are but officers of the court. I have had several judges leave the courtroom, leaving the prosecutor with a bewildered look on their face. I have often challenged the jurisdiction of a Criminal Courts Judge presiding over a traffic court. All this takes is education a working knowledge of the laws, and a complete knowledge of who you are. I am not a 14th Amendment "Citizen," and I have a name, and a family name, and I write that name in upper and lower cap letters. Any "legal" document that has my name in all caps is not me, it is the "strawman me."

The 14th Amendment made you a "U.S. citizen" - as opposed to an American Sovereign or a citizen of one of the 50 states.
•Having a birth certificate
•Using a social security number.
•Registering as a voter.
•Having filed a federal tax return.
•Having a driver's license.
•Having a vehicle registration.
•Having a government marriage certificate.
•Having children in a government school. •Having registered as a voter. •Having received a professional license (attorney, doctor, architect, engineer, etc.)
•Being a director of a corporation.
•Etc.

Do you understand the difference between laws and statutes?

does it register in your brain housing group the concept of enforcing statutes which are the antithesis of what the nation and th constitution stand for?

do you realize that america has the worlds largest prison population?

do you not think that bankster elites have seized control of USA and hide behind the law?

Once again Enabling, benefitting, profiting, discretion, and honor.

and in closing as we seem to just be riding the merry go round, may i ask whose side would you have taken in the 1770's, the kings agents or the patriots?
because my friend, that is the point we are at..

Ok, I’m still sucking down some coffee so the brain isn’t in full gear yet.

As to the first two questions, no I do not understand the difference between laws and statutes or the concept of enforcing statutes. However, after some brief reading, it is something that I’m interested in learning; you have peaked my interest in a topic that I’m ignorant of.

Yes, I do realize we, the U.S., have an insane amount of people in the prison system. It’s probably safe to say that if we released those that committed drug related crimes, the prison population would drop by half.

When you say bankster elites, I immediately think of the Federal Reserve as the main problem. I don’t disagree with your statement. We are living under an extremely corrupt system that I believe was designed to benefit those with ties to the banking system. If I remember the year correctly, the problem would have started in 1913 with the creation of the Fed.

Another topic I’m unfamiliar with, the kings agents or the patriots. But just off the top of my head, I’ll pick patriots, sounds like a safer bet

Native New Orleanian here. That is pure propaganda. An NG unit from another state took it upon themselves to do that in one area, but, in general, firearms were not taken away from citizens.
The major problem during the 1st week of Katrina was that there were not enough Guardsmen or cops present. You want a police free society, move to Somalia, bud.

I am surprised that the LEO supporters are not here repeating the old "it's just a few bad apples." line.

Most of the posts are right on the money the system is broken, the uniforms are filled with emotionally stunted individuals who rob and abuse the people they are supposed to be keeping safe.

I remember when a cop gave me a "display of speed" citation. When my time came in front of the judge, I caught the cop in the biggest lie that the judge had no choice but to let me go. Needless to say, that cop was pissed, not just because he got caught lying, but the 40 or so people trying to fight their tickets that were ahead of me were all found guilty.

The problem with police is that they are a perfect example of what happens when someone is given power and trust at the same time. Everyone lies, everyone steals, everyone gets corrupt and everyone will do anything to get away with it. Cops are people too and have their flaws, but cops are given extreme amounts of trust as if they can do no wrong. Unlike major crimes, traffic offenses are easily abused by police officers because the judge will almost always believe them (unless they say something like a 4 cylinder Accord leaving a 30 foot skidmark you dumbass LAPD). There needs to be extra burdens of cops to prove traffic offenses and cops need to be held responsible if they lose out in court.

SO, when the Police chief of NOLA said in a press conference "NO one will be allowed to be armed"..He was actually a National Guardsman?

The video of National Guardsmen saying they can't believe they are consficating guns. Those guys were behind the Gun consfication?

The video of POLICE disarming people was just an optical illusion or lens flare?
Care to dispute that police were also looting. Boy those reporters filming it must have been using CGA (computer generated animation)

Or how about the story of the NG unit from Iowa (i think) who refused to consficate guns was bogus?

The video to dispute your delusional position posted below.
And, I have close family friends from NOLA who confirm my statements..

Im saying the way things are is VERY WRONG...And awareness is a beginning step in rectifying a growing problem. kinda like Denying Ignorance

I've lived abroad where police are nowhere near as harmful to society. And you honestly find everything A-OK with my Op statements?

Little Old lady from the video "if you see six to eight POLICE...." boy you said it was NG..wtf!!!
ARE you unable to see, hear and read?? there shirts said POLICE..

Wayne Schum from video states "Coast Guard ( i was one btw), st taminny sheriff's dept,.......AND NG"

third guy Richard Styron "but not the SHERIFF in St taminny, they just wanted to confiscate..."

###SNIPPED###

from wikipedia..
The Somali Police Force (SPF) (Somali: Ciidanka Askarta Soomaaliya) is the national police force and the main civil law enforcement agency of Somalia

Not sure why I'm even bothering typing this, but what the heck...

In reading through this thread, I've seen multiple stories of people who "know" that this cop/that cop are doing "bad things"... Really?

If that's the case, what are you doing about it? Other than whining about it here, I mean... Most municipalities have organizations that do nothing but watch the watchers. Have you contacted them about this? Or is that too much work?

If you want to change society, and its laws, you have to be willing to work at it. It takes getting off your ass and actually doing something...other than whining about it, I mean.

I have been a policeman for 15 years, Police officer/PA Criminal Investigator. We do have bad cops, but we have good and bad in every profession. Who is the first one you call when you are being robbed, the IRS?
We all have faults. When we caught a bad cop, we made an example of him to send a message that people have to rely on law enforcement. A few bad apples does not make the whole basket rotten. Please think before you come up with atrocious statements like this one.
