Wow! Looking at those pictures makes me want to visit Cyprus even more! My mum travelled Europe as a child because my Grandad was in the RAF and she spent a few years in Cyprus, I really want to go there sometime. It looks absolutely amazing.

I have been offline for a month now and my 56k modem is struggling to download the 3 new pages which have appeared since I last checked. I am pleased to see this thread expanding ever more and in many positive directions.

I am curently faced with a slight dillema; I have been taking so many pictures that I no longer know what to post here. In any case, I will try and add to the wonderful collection we are starting to assemble here tomorrow.

ps. I love the "metallic" water-splashy-thingy pic you took Enron.

Gorgeous sunset turbokid…

The right-click and view method works like spacedoubt suggested…

But - I’m thinking the problem is that the private site you’re hosting the images on is interfering with the link….

For any future shots you’d like to share, try using your member upload section….or….simply head on over to ImageShack, and host them there

I’ve got some neat ones from this afternoon I’ll post later once I’ve played around with them a while….

Hey, nice thread. Surprised I haven't noticed this before.

Anyway, here are a few select photos, mostly from my photo blog (at least one photo a day from me and a friend of mine - though he hasn't posted lately), which is linked in my signature if you'd like to view more. (it has over one hundred photos as of this posting, I believe)

And here's one well suited for ATS:

Wow - I really love those deeply saturated tones, that sense of depth and the crisp DOF so many of your shots have...

You've certainly found a style that suits you well and can call your own....

Awesome work - I'm bookmarking your site so I can go through them again at my leisure sometime

Thanks. I use a Canon EOS 10D with a 28-90 lens and occasionally a 70-200 when I'm able to borrow it. I hope to get several new lenses of my own in the near future, though.

Here are a few older photos:

And finally, a fun one. Spotted in New Mexico.

Very dramatic subject matter....I love it...Perfect composition

Here's a few of the highlight reel from a nature hike I took with some friends earlier today....

We didn’t realize this was a praying mantis for a while b/c of the odd position it was in - To camouflage itself to this bench it became as thin as a piece of paper….Nature is truly incredible…

Very nice - I love the yellow of the glasses. And the praying mantis is awesome.

Nothing too special here; I need to learn how to tilt my pictures to get those perfect angles... anyhoo, about a metre to the right of the image were a bunch of kids about to run onto the dock thingy and disturb the serenity of the image, so haste-post-haste photography was required.

I couldnt quite capture the 'vast' feel of the lake here amidst the hills, this was the best shot I managed. I definately need to get my hands on a wide-angle lense or something.

More comming soon; need to access my other camera...

Awesome pics LoganCale! I really like your style; you manage to get nice depth with your macro shots, something many struggle with, but I especially like the black and white ones... really emotional images. What equipement were you using to get the one of the buck (the mammals with horns)? And where was that?
