Yes, the video was made by an operative. His only other upload is a video of kids playing soccer. Are they pilots for these "rectangle ufos" you see? Wait a second, they're all kicking a round orb!! Conspiracy!!!

Not the Tesla beam for saucer pilots but on the beam of the anti Tesla
cartel operatives. Who's going to let out free energy, no one we know.
They fly around with the greatest of ease and not all photo captures are
by agents but why not some. Sure hoaxes are the cartel agents mainstay
to ward off any thought that Tesla ships are real.

Tesla had nothing to do with Texas Tumbling Tumbleweeds... I have to admit that I do believe they can possibly generate enough static electricity to jolt the heck out of you on a dry windy day.
