I for one am on the "NWO's" side when it comes to our population growth... As our population increases, we all suffer in the end me thinks...

A bed? I think you are getting a little carried away. They had beds thousands of years ago. And they had clothes too.

I understand what you are saying but like a lot of people who want to slam their point home you exaggerate.

No I'm not. Beds aren't made by hand anymore and unlike thousands of years ago where something as simple as a hand made bed could only be affored by the wealthy, today everybody has one and they're mass produced. A shop that sells a couple of beds a month goes broke. No it's not crazy at all and the point being that we only have our level of living because of all the people stands.

If you're like most people and bought your bed brand new from a shop here's an idea of its journey. It was made in a factory where hundreds are made everyday. The components of that bed were made in other factories and shiped by transport to the bed factory some of which were made overseas.

The matresess and the conponent for them were made in other factories some of which are from overseas.

There's thousands of factories with thousands of people all over the world and they're all being shiped locally and worldwide.

In order for them to be shipped and dilivered to show rooms and homes and factories they had to use ships and trucks and fuels and oils and roads and so on an so on. And the people doing it had to eat and sleep and move around.
No it's not crazy at all and thousands of people got you your bed.

If you truly think I'm exaggerating then you must be one of those people who thinks milk comes from the fridge.

We would still have beds even if they weren't mass produced. We'd just go back to making our own. It isn't like we would all stand around scratching our heads wondering how a bed was made.

No, milk comes from a cow. And we'd still have milk too if all of a sudden there was a population reduction.

For colonisation?

5 astronauts landing on a planet isn't a colony. If you want to colonise a planet you need to tranplant hundereds of thousands of people in oder for it to maintain the technology and level of living that it knows.

If you colonise a planet you need to also take with you industry to give the colony a fighting chance. If you put say 500 people on a planet and forgot about them they would revert to hunter gatherer very fast because they wouldn't have the structure to maintain the level of technology they arrived with. And a small colony on another planet would be of no help to our population problem. It would take the transplant of hundreds of thousands to prepare for an immigration of millions. And no one country could achieve that.

You are just being a troll. You know what the point is and you know I'm right you're just using a lame argument.

If we were hand making things we wouldn't be at the current level of living and technology which is the point..

If we were milking our own cows most of the current 7 billion wouldn't have milk on any given day.

Your concept works well for the middle ages or earlier but not today.

The education system has failed you. Or you chose to not take notice of how the world worked when you were at school.

What? Are you saying that out of 500 people no one would remember how to plant seeds? Sorry, that's ridiculous. Agriculture would be a huge part of any colonization. There would be no reverting back to hunter-gatherers.

That is rich.

I know you're right, do I? LOL

You are entitled to your own opinion. I'm just disagreeing with it. Why do you have a problem with that?

No I didn't say that at all and you know it.

This was about colonising another planet to solve the population problem on earth. And a kid with a calculator could show you that 500 people with seeds could not do it. And yes they would become hunter gatherers if technology and industry aren't transplanted with them .Even with the colonisation of America and Australia the technology of the time was transplanted with them. I know what you're about to use as an exmple and I'll beat you to it. When the colonies of America and Australia started they were actually still farmers for the most part. And their buildings were made out of wood and sandstone and thier tools out of woods and metals. And easy to get from the enviornment with mimimum undustry.

It's not like that anymore and 500 farmers couldn't build landing stations for starships or provide enough to feed thousands of people in wait for millions of immigrants.

And what? Earth waits for 10 thousands years for this colony to become industrialised in order to solve our population problem? You're guesing and your'e not being realistic.

No you were being sracastic and rather than put your pc to good use and look to see if 'm correct. You chose to make a sarcastic statement and that is trolling.

And they're not outlandish claims. Studies of population growth with technology has shown this to be the case which you would have discoverd had to checked for yourself.

Obviously they would have whatever technology that civilization has achieved up till the time of the colonization. I didn't suggest that they would drop people off with a Swiss Army knife and a bag of seeds.

You said they would revert to hunter gatherers and I maintain that is false. That is all. Besides, what are you going to hunt/gather on Mars or the moon, the first two places that will probably be colonized?

Yes but the most obvious hard to miss point I'm making that you're missing is that without the support they could not maintain that level of technology or industry so it would take a transplant of hundreds of thousands.
Which goes back to the point I made in the first place that you obviously chose to ignore.

If you weren't being selective in what you read you would have seen that I said that Mars should be terraformed

Don't be lazy and ask me to find it for you. You can use a pc so google it.

Lazy people are always the first to dispute something.

LOL

So, I'm lazy because I won't look up the 'studies' that you claim exist for your own outlandish assertions?

Please. That's just ridiculous. You made the claim, you provide the evidence. I suspect there are no studies on this matter so I'm not going to go on a wild goose chase looking for non-existent material.

Thanks anyways.

I wonder why the population growth is slowing so much? We added 1B in the past 12 years, by 2025 we will add another 1B, which is 14 years. Then, to add another 2B they are saying 2100, which is 75 years to add just 2 more billion.

I think these numbers are made up.

Interesting statistics, but the elite will probably wipe off 90% of the human population if WW3 kicks off in this decade.

Tigers? in Africa?...

The world is overcrowded, we need a population cull. I think everyone should be worried, nature will prevail if we can not self regulate.

Wow talk about conditioning from TPTB ! Culling humans ? Restricting who can have children? Sterilization ? You sheepeople should be ashamed of yourselves...

The world is not over populated , its just some of the popular areas are crowded. National Geographic Magazine says that if all 7 billion people on the planet stood shoulder to shoulder, it would fill just the city of Los Angeles. If all 7 billion people were invited to a dance party with room for your best moves, we would only fill the state of Rhode Island!
