Authorities found Guede's DNA evidence inside the murdered roommate. Where is Amanda's boyfriend's DNA? And those here who say no, the two of them were involved, explain exactly their involvement?

Your geologists argument is not reasonable, they should be held accountable. It is their job to predict these catastrophes along other things. If a meteorologists didn't predict a tornado and it destroyed a town, the obvious blame would lie with the weatherman.

Without all the American equipment they would have been beaten in a year. Lend/lease saved Russia and the rest of Europe from the Nazi's.

I've been to Russia many times and WW2 history is very important to them. They call it the Great Patriotic War, and just on the edge of Moscow there are giant monuments showing how close the Nazi's got to the city itself.

Did you know that in 1944 over 60% of the Russian Armies equipment was American?

We also gave them massive amounts of food and medical supplies.

All allies contributed, but without American help Russia and England would both have fallen. 2,000 locomotives and 11,000 railcars were supplied under Lend-Lease along with hundreds of thousands of trucks (many still in use today). Likewise, the Soviet air force received 18,700 aircraft while the British got transport airplanes and the ammunition for their fighters and bombers.

No, the russian winter mixed with bad military planning had more to do with the nazis failures...that and the fact that we sent financial aid to europe before we actually intervened and finished what you all couldn't.

European (and other) colonizers from multiple nationalities destroyed native populations.

At least the Europeans treated them with more dignity your own people did.

Though it could still be pretty lousy, you were probably somewhat better off if you were colonized by British and possibly Dutch than you were if you were colonized by Spanish, Portugese, Germans, Italians, Turks, Arabs or Mongols.

with her "new" boyfriend, her parents not around to object. Doing hashish, goes with
the life not of God. Anything is fine, right? There are consequences secularists, nonbelievers are blind to when you go against God's plan, He knows what is best for us.

You may object with "off topic" but looking at the whole story, American youth shouldn't be running free to do as they wish on another continent. Okay, they could do it here... Have you noticed a lot of twenty somethings are not mature these days? They need the
guidance of their parents.

It's back to morality, mortal sin isn't even considered a sin anymore.


p.s. I have a child graduating college soon who may be offered a job overseas. I don't want to her to go. These are grave times.

Normally an occupying army doesn't permit the native army to exist any more, and doesn't get permission from a democratically elected government.

I do have a question for you, though - where was your outcry when Troy Davis was executed? When 7 out of 9 eye witnesses recant their testimony and complain of police coercion, and the man is denied a further hearing and summarily executed, maybe you should be making noise.

The West Memphis Three lost 18 years of their lives, not to mention Damien was so close to being executed. Did you make noise back then?

What is it about Knox that makes you so mad? All of the above are American, too.

You know, I honestly believe that Amanda Knox, as pretty as she may or may not be, is guilty of murder. When you commit a crime like that, you take the consequences that come with it. She wasn't raped.... The guards just made suggestive comments to her...Get it straight.

Hold on. Europeans didn't start the slave trade or start the conquering of native peoples around the world and land stealing. Everybody who could do that did it since 5000 BC. It just happened that since around 1500 AD (battle of Lepanto) the Europeans were winning. Previously other groups were winning.

The British Navy ended the overseas slave trade.
