Marshes...Swamp gas, is what you most probably saw.

Why did you not approach and take pics if you thought it was a alien craft?

those blurry balls of light pics are completely and utterly worthless.

Dont bite my head off but do you think it might have been Chinese lanterns. They are very similar to your pics. If they were lanterns you might see them again this year especially if they were released for a birthday.

What a pointless exercise this has been, I suggest any genuine person with images or videos they are desperate to show the world, do yourself a favor keep it to yourself's - its not worth the abuse of the trolls on here, this site has gone down hill. Bye

it hovered in the same spot for 10mins, before shooting down to ground level it was fairly windy, but didn't move in the wind, so no def not lantern.

Cheers for the pictures mate.

Interesting.

Hopefully they do follow a yearly cycle and return, fingers crossed it's not a 10 or 100 years cycle eh!

Set up your gear for high speed recording, rapid movement mode, it'll go through the memory much faster though.

Let us know if they come back.

My Mum and dad are in S. Wales too, and have a clear view over the Preseli mountains from their back garden.

Lanterns can be blown back to the ground in strong winds so I wouldn't rule them out. Loads being let off in the last year.

I've no reason to doubt you, but sadly your photos are so poor that they provide no proof one way or the other. If they do return every year, next time have a better camera and a tripod at the ready.

appologies , but having examined :

this pic

it is my belief that each orange / red " number nine " is a seperate stationary light source

the exif data shows a 1/4 second exposure - this is motion consistant with attempting to take a handheld pic of a light souce

also - there is no hint of any link between each " number nine " and each "number nine" is almost identical

i vote street lamps most likley - boat lights - relativly unlikley - but there is a marina @ barry port

also - if as you say - you are looking north from landimore , where are the lights of penburry , barry port , llanelli etc and the streetlights on the a484

look at the 1st picture, and tell me why the picture is so poor? is it because you can't tell what it is? that does not make it a bad picture, I think the sun like appearance shows us how these craft are powered, fusion plasma blow the image up and you can see it better

No, blowing up a blurry out of focus picture doesnt make it any clearer.

Like other people said, these photos are rubbish. Out of focus and show camera shake due to the long exposures with no tripod.
Even if the UFO is a real genuine Alien Spacecraft from another galaxy, people here are perfectly justified in saying these photos are rubbish.
Because they are.

This in no way means they are trolling.

your getting all agitated and defensive but take a step back and look at it like i was presenting you blurry pictures and telling you it was bigfoot.. how would you react? what would you say?

you cannot blame people for being skeptical, im sure your aware of the crap that passes through this site..

no one is calling you a liar and you are actually getting quite alot of support considering how these things generally work around here.

btw nice house and nice views...

Unfortunately mate, it's ALWAYS the same on here these days.

You were there at the time, and we still have posters arguing the toss with you about lanterns and a complete piss taker having the incredible cheek to say swamp gas of all things!

(have we gone into a frigging time warp here or what?!)

Any sighting reported here, attracts the one's who immediately try to either rubbish it and then you, in one way or another.

I don't really blame them, annoyed by them, but they can't really help it...they are just the propaganda success stories, who can't cut through the conditioning.

If the thing had been crystal clear and in sharp focus, with an ET waving to you from a window, it would have been labelled a fake, if it's not perfect quality it's discounted as 'poor' and nothing can be proven by the image...you can't win mate...and that is NOT an accident.

I still can't believe swamp gas was mentioned.

You now need to clarify what we see in your photos.

Is the "UFO" the larger white object?

Is the string of orange lights distant street lamps or are they too part of the "UFO"?

Photos 160, 191 and 193 are dated 27 January 2010 and are directly from the Fuji FinePix S2000HD camera. The others are dated 8 October 2010 and have been processed in Paint Shop Photo Album. Can you explain this date discrepancy?

The thing is if you really did see something not of this world then you are incredibly lucky pictures or no pictures. I saw something in the south of France a few years ago that defies belief and couldn't take a picture of it. But that doesn't take it away from me and I will probably never find out what it was. Keep your eyes peeled you may get lucky again someday.
