So this guy cant seem to keep his mouth shut nor adhere to orders to quit mercelessly killing his own citizens. If you ask me this is by far the most antagonistic rhetoric to come from this guy to date. Quite interesting.

Especially considering Syria's involvement with the Palestinians (note the mention of Gaza in the last portion, and the mention of Philistines, whom some of the Palestinians claim to be descendents of).

Can u give the modern names of those cities? I always did think that the palestinians might have been what was left of the philistines. I would have thought after God slew Dagon that would have been the end of them.

Isaiah 17 is unfulfilled prophecy of the utter destruction of Damascus so that it cannot be occupied again. Damascus is the oldest continuously occupied city on the planet. I don't think we will enjoy any of it. Death is never good. Destiny is unavoidable.

Yes I thought it quite intresting he said he would have rockets in gaza in 3 hours and american warships targeted within 6 hours. Hmmm we would have their entire country destroyed by moning break

I think most of us dont belive in your religeon I for one do not. It has been stated many times that you can arrange any book of the bible to make it seem a prophesy. This is a little more than a fictional book, this is real and your right about one thing, IT WILL BE UGLY

Assad is barely holding on to power.....he knows just one missile in to Israel and it's all over for his country!

Proof right there of the Lord's existence. Prophecies over 2300 years old about to come to pass. Hallelujah, for our Lord is soon to return . Praise be to God.

Not taking up for Assad but the protests against him have been far from peaceful. This is a western backed armed uprising just like Libya. The US actually has the nerve to send diplomats there to speak to the opposition. lol.

See, thats your mistake right there. You hear God's children warning you of the disaster to come and you stop up your ears with your fingers and harden your heart. On judgement Day there will be no excuses. God is not going to sit there and listen to your "but, but, but Lord i didn't know you were real!" because He will say "I have given the prophets to you, and my children begged you to listen, and you did not". He has given all the unbelievers ten thousand upon ten thousand chances. I beg you to open your heart and reconsider. Go into your room, close the door and ask Him to show you the truth and open your mind to Him. You may not believe in Him, but He believes in you.

The Bible says that in the Ezekial war where they attack Israel and Israel destroys all of them...they will be cleaning up bodies for 7 months and weapons for 7 years. I think it would need to start soon because all signs point to the world being at the beginning of the 7 year tribulation.

The Bible also said that people would be saying what you just said before His return:

2 Peter 3:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

It gets annoying.... Makes me think this one is going to be a " I thought we were going to go but really I just jumped to conclusions and we didn't go anywhere" thread.

I've been saying for a while now we were in the time of sorrows, what is known as the "birth pains" of the tribulation.

If this war happens between Israel and Syria (and i believe it will because i believe the prophets), then there truly is not much time left. The Last Generation began in 1948 and we are told that it will be less than a generation when the Lord returns. The typical OT generation lasted 70 years and we are in year 63 and it is supposed to be less than a generation so i cannot imagine the Lord will tarry much longer. God does exactly what he says he is going to do everytime, in his time not ours but to forewarn us of these events he gave us the prophets and the signs to look for when he begins to pour out his wrath on mankind.

Personally i dont care if i get dragged out of here on a tractor beam, i don't want to be here to see God pissed off and anyone reading my post if you knew what was good for you, you shouldn't want to be here either because i can promise you that you will not like it.

What happens to Israel in the end of the story?

The tribulation is known as a time of Jacob's trouble. Things are not going to be easy for Israel or anyone during the tribulation. It does say that God will help them during the Ezekial war when all their enemies come against them. All their enemies will be destroyed that come against them in that attack. Soon 144,000 Jews will become witnesses for Jesus Christ during the tribulation. There will be a 7 year peace treaty signed with the coming antichrist and the many. They will rebuild the Jewish temple and in the middle of the tribulation the antichrist will cause an abomination that causes desolation. At this time the Bible tells them to flee to the mountains. It all ends with almost everyone on earth being killed. It says if Jesus didn't come back when He did at the end of the tribulation there would be no flesh saved.

There is an escape though...Jesus is coming soon to take His followers...His church away from here during the 7 year tribulation. After that we will return with Him for the 1,000 year reign of Jesus Christ.

If you are left here during the tribulation you can still be saved, just call on the name of Jesus Christ. He says He would be with us til the end of the world.
