An open letter warning, warning what? What could they possibly have to say?

"This filth should not be tolerated on ATS or anywhere else imo"
I often disagree with Neo and i occasionally agree with him/her.
The above statements and the attacks by Immaculate are evidence of the intolerance and extremism and threat coming from the left.
"Those who oppose us must be silenced. By any means necessary."

This is the formula for a first class authoritarian dictatorship. The goon-like thuggery and ideological bullying, "enlightened" or not, is a sign of danger to anyone who approves of reason and freedom.

See Soviet Russia, Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan, Maoist China, or any George Orwell book for examples of this behavior.

And the sad part is, it is all based on lies and/or ignorance. You want massive amounts of government spending? Fine. You must then rely on defecit spending. Which creates massive amounts of debt. Which requires borrowing from banks. Which makes banks very powerful. Who does OWS work for, because they seem to be in a movement that will ultimately create more power for the elite (And there is no way to sustain said debt, so guess who's going to suffer? not bankers, that's for sure)

How did European socialist economies get to the point of insolvency again?

Buy me a megaphone, pedestal and a bus ticket and I'll go down there and remind all of wall st. the treason that has been committed against our countrymen.

Oh wait... I can't, I have to work to support my family and myself.

We have to get behind Ron Paul.

Paul is not the saviour so stop putting him up like a God. If he really cared he wouldn't've backed every single draconian GOP policy that has gotten us into this mess. He would've voted against it instead of for it. He is owned by the banks.

Have you looked at Ron Paul's voting record? He never votes the party line, 100% of the time, he votes for smaller government and less intrusion. He voted against the recent ebt ceiling increase when 70% of Republicans voted for it.

You need to check out his record instead of just assuming he voted the Republican Party line. There is only 30 years worth of evidence to dispute your statement, it should be easy enough to find.

Ron Paul is not the savoiur, he will not do jack and have his hands tied the same way Obama's is. There is a reason why his son is a Tea'r, to keep tabs on Daddy. our golden boy resigns from Congress next yr anyhow so it ain't going to matter.

I do not trust nor like people who've been in the Congress as long as I've been alive, can you say he's owned by the same interests he's claiming to be against.

Links and proof please of Soros funding/control.

I was wondering if this was happening, but I want proof not speculation. It has been proven that his organizations operated in other countries to facilitate their "populous uprisings" then he came in and raped the country.

So if you have proof I want to see it.

No proof needed. MoveOn.org joined this movement. MoveOn is funded by Soros. MoveOn is scheduled to host an online video march today.
Sounds kind of silly... Look it up

“Together, we’ll add hundreds of thousands of voices of solidarity from the American Dream Movement for the protests across the country and show just how widespread outrage at the Wall Street banks really is,” MoveOn wrote in an email blast to members.

front.moveon.org...

Soros has his wick dipped in a lot of candles. Just look up his war mongering group "Responsibility to Protect" Study the countries they are involved in. They are all headliners in a volaltile region. I put nothing past the man whose main desire is for an Open Society and for all of us to speak Esperanto.

The American dream movement (Van Jones pet project) mentioned here is all Soros all the time. His money and his direct support. The AFL-CIO, SEIU and Soros groups Campaign for America's Future and Center for Community Change have all signed on to "help" the American Dream Movement which is backing OWS.

WAKE UP PEOPLE!!

Oh brother, more BS from Jibeho. Prove where Soros paid one dime to fund OWS. He made one comment on one program that he sympathizes with them, and you twist that into "Soros is funding OWS" - I guess that is how the right-wing idiocracy is now trying to undermine OWS with lame aspersions like this.

See the above post please. It's all his money. all of it. Time to wake up Junior. Oh brother more ignorance from Blackmarket Boy

I'm not a fan of his son, and I also don't like people who have spent their entire careers in politics, but Ron Paul has a stellar voting record to prove he isn't bought and paid for.

No, he isn't a savior, and he may be a lame-duck in office like many of our past and current presidents. Everyone talks a good game until they are shown the JFK video, and reminded that Hinckley is about to be released, LOL!

BUT, out of all the current candidates, do you see anyone else with more potential or more integrity?

Many peeps all over ATS keep pointing out to those supporting the protest the FUNDING STINKS. As long as this group is funded by radicals of the far left and spouting socialist rhetoric nobody is going to stand with them except socialists and communists. Or those who are sincere and searching for some group to stand with, but haven't done their homework. To all those young people asking this question, WHY aren't we helping?

Answer: We abhor socialism and communism.

Here is some wisdom for you though---

Agreed. It's sickening to come to a "conspiracy" forum and all you see are defenders and shills for the powers that be.

Anyway, all of you TPers need to realize that while OWS is more than likely infiltrated, just like your Tea Party, there is room for common ground here amongst the people that are not agent provocateurs.

www.msnbc.msn.com...

the above link is to a video interview from yesterday between Dylan Ratigan(one of the only mainstream media guys who tells the truth) and Karl Denniger, owner of market-ticker.org... and an original TP member, speaking about where the '99' movement(I'd prefer to call it that since I am now wary of OWS Soros links) and others, like the true TPers and not the corporate sucking pro business GOP shills(like the ones that run around on this site), can find common ground.

As Denniger(and I'm sorry if I butchered his last name) stated, we ALL should be demanding the end to the money in not only politics but other areas as well, such as housing, healthcare, and education. I think that's a great area to find common ground amongst everyone.

Regardless of your ideology and beliefs, aren't you sick of the corruption, theft, and manufactured high cost of living? Or would you prefer to keep things the way they are because the person next to you doesn't believe in Jesus, and doesn't mind paying into social security and medicare?

Except one fact...OWS has no visible leadership and few articles of unifying agenda. It is a visceral movement against something that is brewing in the world. We can feel the oncoming SHTF and are boiling in a preemptive manner. It’s instinctual. It’s visceral. It’s species-wide.

This first way may very well find itself extinguished at gunpoint, but the second and third waves will grow stronger with the horrors unleashed upon its previous ranks. This, and TPTBs disproportionate reaction to it, will tip the hand of the invisible masters and slap the rest of the world population across the face with its emerging occult agenda.

The curtain will slip out of haste and carelessness and we will see the nature of the ruling hand. That is, perhaps, the purpose of this movement. We are compelled, as by force, to attend and act. Maybe we were born to this end. Its alright if many of you are not sharing the same urgent drive...your part may include "seeing" the true nature and reporting accurately to the masses, as mainstream antics will undoubtedly increase along projection-of-the-absurd lines and celebration-of-innocuous- minutia-as-entertainment and news.

Just be there for yourselves as observers and take copious notes if you are inclined to stay at the periphery for now. Keep a record of the first wave so our efforts don’t fade or become twisted through media interpretation.

A press release for Occupy SLC was released to every media outlet in Utah three days ago. No one, except KRCL, is covering it. I find that very interesting.

Final breath before the storm tonight. Be there 

One thing you guys are going to hate: You are EXACTLY like the "teabaggers". They began as a nonpartisan, grassroots group feeding off social and political resentment as well. They truly believed in their "revolution". If Moveon.org and Soros funded groups are becoming a part of this, you are compromised. America will never buy it. Socialism is anethema to American culture(Even if many Americans are dependent on programs, they will never ally themselves with blatant or open socialism - maybe hypocritical but true...). Sorry.

But,as someone who was never a tea partier or a OWser, and who is working to make change through practical means rather than fanciful ones -- have fun! Enjoy your chanting and dressing up and all that just like the Teapartiers. If nothing else, gathering with like minded groups can be fun. And since the weather's changed, it won't be so stinky.

It's funny that the MSM doesn't report much on the Occupy movement except to remind us that it's being organised by commies or socialists. Just because George Soros expressed an understanding of the movement doesn't mean he is bank rolling the movement.

The MSM are all part of the machine that keeps us enslaved to the system, along with Corporations and Banks .

You don't think the system is being run by professional thieves and an anonymous organisation, pulling the strings of the puppet leaders?

OWS is nothing more than the progressive answer to the tea party. if you pay close attention, you will notice that they want the government to come in and regulate wall street. as another stated, when you have Van Jones, Kieth Obamaman Michael Moore, etc in support... it cant be good.

besides, the government doesn't need to regulate more, there was already stuff put in place, like glass-steagall

if you support OWS your asking for Obama to get re-elected. like i said, listen close and look for the interviewers/interviewees

This movement is being funded by Soros via a variety of his sponsored organizations. I detailed his involvement further up this page. SEIU and the AFL-CIO are also involved in this. This reality is actually Soros long term dream come true. His Open Society wet dream.

Have you been to an Occupy event?

There are Republicans, Democrats and Independents alike...you are using Saul Alinsky tactics

Go ahead and join the rest of the hypocrites here who complained about people using the same tactics
against the Tea Party. Demonize, Marginalize, Repeat!

"Protect the governments financing arm at all costs, protest is futile!"

"Save the Elite Banking structure, they are so honest and forthright"

I actually love it because it really show American conservatives true colors, nowhere else in the world
would a conservative segment of the population be so opposed to such a thing.
