I never alluded to or implied that race/ethnicity had anything to do with this case. I did make a tongue in cheek statement that the case was not black and white ( as you stated) but rather Italian/American with a black dude in the middle.

You can no longer use this report as fact since Half of it was deemed wrong/incorrect/tainted by courts which allowed her to have her sentenced overturned. This was the reason she was even in front of a judge again. Because said "Facts" in this report were false. Lies and theory's the Prosecution made up

I suppose you are discounting, Italy's Supreme courts ruling on this?

They ruled there was more than one person involved.

So takes me to what I commented on before. Who else was involved?

In the end, I discover we are BOTH on the same page here in knowing Amanda and Raffaele are innocent but maybe we just didn't read properly.

Re the Italian Supreme Court. Therein lies one of the problems, apart from the fact it is an ITALIAN court ( which is the problem..lol) they rule on evidence provided them which was tainted badly handled evidence/ DNA amongst other things.
As I mentioned in an earlier post...young American girl goes to her dream country, there 6 weeks and meets an Italian boy. Two weeks later they decide to commit a sexual assault and murder, and hey!...lets do it in my flat, to my flatmate, and lets get that homeless dude to help out. Then lets leave all the evidence here, dont move/dispose of the body and just hope for the best.

I have always believed that Amanda Knox is innocent based solely on the huge lack of evidence that she was even in the room where the murder occurred. The evidence that she was even in the room where the murder occurred is so minute as to be inconclusive. The knife thought to be the murder weapon was not the one used according to comparative analysis with stab wounds on Kirchner's body. Amanda Knox was questioned and coerced and even "cuffed" about the head from 5:30p.m., until 10a.m. the next day and only changed her story once. She is guilty of slander, which didn't assist her defense. A liar has a harder time maintaining their innocense, but when beaten down to such a low degree, some will say anything out of desparation, especially the young. Honestly, I didn't like her at first and didn't think it appropriate for her to be doing cartwheels at the scene when a friend of hers was brutally murdered in the next room.

I think she has grown and matured and will be a strong, young woman that will take away much more from the ordeal that she can imagine, besides speak Italian fluently. She worked four jobs to get the opportunity as an exchange student to go to Italy. Yes, I believe she's innocent and so does the FBI agent that has studied the crime.

An innocent (by court) person should pay the victim when said person was a victim herself???

And the cops never found the murder weapon, so what????
They did find HIS DNA all over the murder scene. And only his.
They also heard multiple connfessions from him secretly and to the police.
He also was a convicted armed robber with multiple attacks pending for attacking women with knifes.


So you believe he is innocent how???
Or are you just another commenting on a thread that you really don't have much knowledge of??

WHy are on earth would you BELIEVE she even did a cartwheel the morning of the murder????


The only video I know of is her in the comforting arms of her boyfriend as they stare into each others eyes and passionately kiss as if telling each other..."OMG, can you believe this happened, and I am so glad you were not home"

Very good outline.......

I would like to add.....(just to further clinch anyone's doubt....)

1: No DNA evidence was Actually found of Amanda's or her boyfriend's on any knife or Bra clasp.
This came out in the independent study granted this trial.)

2: Both of their alibi's were easily verifiable......until police made a "mistake"
Alibi that she spent the evening with Sollecito, smoking marijuana, watching the French film Amelie and making love could have been easily proven with their laptop BUT was "accidentally destroyed" by the police during handling.

3: The Prosecutor has a WELL KNOWN history of being a conspiracy theorist, and a documented habit of believing that all murders have to do with Sex fueled, drug crazed satanic devil worshipers.
In fact, when the this tragic murder took place, said prosecutor was facing charges himself of misconduct and mishandling of cases due to another high profile murder where he used the exact same theory as to the crime and the defendant. It was proven he LIED, FALSIFIED EVIDENCE, and stated they had forensics that they didn't.

4: He may have in his warped mind thought A.K. acted "strange" the day of the murder, but when Rudy was caught, The prosecutor REFUSED to admit he had made a mistake with Amanda and her boyfriend instead choosing on pride and ego to continue their prosecution regardless of concern for taking ANOTHER innocent life.

LASTLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY AS A TESTIMONY TO THE CROOKED PROSECUTOR'S ETHICS:::
5: The ONLY reason she was persecuted in the public's eye as a "sex-crazed foxy knoxy" is because after several months in jail, awaiting trial, a member of the prosecutions office dressed up as a doctor, (at the Head Prosecutors direction) entered Amanda's cell around 2 in the morning, waking her, and told her she had tested positive for AIDS. They then told her she was required to make a list of all the men she had slept with, the times, and the type of protection (or lack thereof) used. This had absolutely NO MERIT involving this murder case, and was only gained to immediately release to Italy thru the papers resulting in her being publicly judged by everyone before the trial and for the same "behavior" MOST 20 year old college students engage in. I have seen her diary entry from that morning. She stated she would "gladly spend the rest of her life in prison for a crime she DIDN'T commit as long as the AIDS test was a mistake" She was fearful of dying, and begged for her higher power to give her an answer as to what she had done to deserve to being wrongly accused of such a heinous act and then in her words "punished by death of aids" for only being guilty of being "easily able to fall in love"

Yes, I am discounting it...for the following reasons..(And so did the courts as most recently witnessed by her release)


The courts made this ruling of "multiple people based on the following...


Tests revealed the DNA of at least three other unidentified people on the bra
fastener .

Discounted by the courts (and me) because....


Investigators made a mess of Kercher's room when they went through her belongings. Police video shows that the fastener was kicked or swept to one side and eventually became mixed with a pile of clutter, which exposed it to numerous potential sources of contamination.


The police video shows that the item was handled extensively by two investigators
before it was bagged as evidence, further increasing the risk of contamination.


The courts also made this ruling of "multiple people" based on........

Witnesses
A man claimed to have seen the three suspects together on the night of the murder..

Discredited also by the courts (and me) because......

A man claimed to have seen the three suspects together on the night of the murder, but he was utterly discredited in the pre-trial hearings. A woman who lives in a nearby apartment claims to have heard a scream followed by the footsteps of more than one person outside in the street. A homeless man claims to have seen Knox and Sollecito lurking in a publicarea near the cottage on the night of the murder. They have come forward recently, more than a year after the crime. All are either unreliable or deemed to have no testimony incriminating to Knox or Sollecito.

Lastly, The courts based the "multiple Persons" theory on.......

Convicted Murderer (whose DNA was all over the scene in multiple places) Rudy Guede's testimony that he struggled with a man who he believed ""could have been Sollecito and saw a shadow outside the apartment that he thought was Amanda""

Discredited by the courts (and me) because.......

This was the 3rd DIFFERENT story he gave to multiple people when he was being secretly taped and during a known taped interview with police. He NEVER mentioned Amanda or her boyfriend for months or during the first two stories he gave. This story was only given when AFTER his conviction and during a fast track court hearing to REDUCE HIS SENTENCE to 16 years if he would testify against Amanda and Sollecito. Pretty good reason to do what a crooked prosecutor is asking of you, like say someone was there when they were not.... And all he has to do is change his story a 3rd time and voila'......his sentence is reduced to a number where he will still be alive when he gets out of prison... Come on, this guy has been found guilty of multiple home invasions, robberies, attacks on women, etc......his morals and values are trash to say the least...

I was sticking just to facts BUT you couldnt have read my mind any better!!!!!

Common sense is common sense.....And statistics, while not facts, are still useful. And the number of women committing a sex crime or murder for that matter make up roughly 10% of all murders and the percentage of those said women being TEENAGE GIRLS are less than 1%. Factor in said murder being a rape related murder OF GIRL ON GIRL and you have yourself an almost non existent crime. I couldn't find ANY. The closest I could find was a female involved with her husband, raping teenager girls but even SHE (the killer) was 29.

Then factor in all your common sense points and you have to wonder how anyone could even think this girl is guilty??
