A jury cleared Amanda Knox of murder and other charges on Monday, nearly four years after she was arrested on suspicion of having killed her roommate in this picturesque Italian university town.

Finally, Italian Prosecutor Giuliano Mignini will be once again recognized for the Imbecile and Unfit Prosecutor he is. I was shocked to learn recently that the real killer, Whose DNA was found all over the murder site, and who ultimately confessed was convicted and jailed months ago.

Amanda Knox is a perfect example of how the main stream media persecutes people before the trial and also how over zealous people in power, like this prosecutor, should be held to a higher standard when given such power. Now after this second embarrassment to his career, hopefully the Italian people will call for his removal.

Uneducated ? Um sure half of those down at these protests probably have more education that you do. And maybe half of them would not be out protesting if those bankers did not steal the money from them in the first place. While they loose their jobs the bankers still give themselves big bonuses. As for Knox, well I cannot say I am shocked or anything. The Prosecutors case, had more holes in it than a cheese grater. So with these two, being cleared. Has anyone been convicted of the murder?

I agrea with you there 100% look at her she is a smug vindictive spoilt bitch that couldnt get her own way so killed a innocent woman and now she is getting let off WLF!!!! just goes to show how pathetic the worlds courts are now

There is still something incredibly dodgy about this girl. Yes, there were holes in the case, but there was also a lot of things that made the pair suspicious. Even if she didn't take the knife herself and murdered her, she still had some part to play in it.

Well if you ever loose your job and are on the breadline maybe then you will know how it feels for those, whom are protesting.

As for those who say she done it. The Prosecutor did not have the evidence which proven she was guilty. Their Evidence was contaminated, false. They needed a scapegoat she was it. As for the Dude how ever, now there is a question mark over him.

Amanda Knox certainly has mental health issues, but she has been cleared on appeal, because the evidence could not stand up to further scrutiny.

Personally I feel they both had some involvement, to what extent, nobody will ever know now.

A question to all those who are certain of her innocence? House share with Amanda?

It's the Kercher family I feel sorry for more than Knox. To lose a daughter/sister/cousin, must have been a terrible ordeal. To then sit through the first trial and subsequent appeal, absolute torture.

Because those are the only ways your statements would have any validity.


Mentality like yours are why we have a legal system, so people don't go to prison based on your feeling.

Well you more than entitled to your opinion but lack of evidence says otherwise, she might be a spoilt, smug looking bitch but I wouldn't want to be convicted of something when there was no evidence and a #ed up investigation.
You begrudge her now wait until the compensation payout for time unnecessarily served!!

I agree, this is how innocent women got burned at the stake for witchcraft.

I think its good that Knox and her ex-boyfriend have been cleared. As we have been hearing in the news, with the mishandling of evidence and such, the benefit of the doubt should let them be free.

Even so, the family of meredith kurcher shouldn't be let down by the courts decision, as there is still somebody being charged with her murder (as they are saying on bbc news right now). I believe this is the drug dealer involved with the case.

That is the crazy thing. If you rely on Main Stream Media for your news it has not told you that Months after the murder the DNA evidence came back to a local "Flagrant" who had a laundry list of armed breakins-and assualts against women. He confessed and was sentenced to 16 years I believe. The Prosecution just didnt have the nerve to say then, I made a mistake and release the two teens.
