Unions have destroyed just as much of our industrial base as wall street has.

When I would go to school every morning and stand up in class to recite the pledge of allegiance to my flag it was not to recite any allegiance to the elites who run our country. I was pledging allegiance to the flag of Jefferson, Franklin, and Washington, to the millions of men who laid down their lives in the Revolution, War of 1812, Civil War, WWI, WWII, and all the other wars to protect and preserve our Republic. That is what the flag means to me, which is what I pledged allegiance to. My blood, honor, and treasure are invested completely in this Republic, not the ones who have pillaged it.
Our best chances for changing anything in this country is to agree that there is only one thing we need to do; assert our God given rights guaranteed to us in the Constitution. We do not need to try and change that, we must change who governs us both in public and behind the curtain.
I fear many people at this Occupy Wall Street because they are not doing this to assert our Constitutional and God given rights, many are Communists, Socialists, and Radicals. What we need to do is all take up the battalion, all the proud Liberal, Moderate, and Conservative Americans who love this Republic and its Constitution, and march down to Wall Street and tell them that we won’t take it anymore. Do not leave the protests to the extremists on either the Right or Left, it needs to be Joe Public or else nothing will change.

A member of TWU Local 100 told a reporter that they would join the protest Friday at 4PM.
Here's more about them from their website:
Sweet! Let the American Spring begin!

The watts powering your machine were created in a powerhouse built by Union Craftsmen. The power was carried to you on lines built by Union Linemen. When a storm knocks down those lines at 3am it is Union Linemen that leave their families and risk their lives so that you can charge your cellphone while you sleep. The data network you use to share your opinion goes through data centers build by Union Wiremen. When you bought your computer, it was brought to you on Union freight along with your food and your panties. When hurricanes destroy our Oil refineries, it is Union Craftsmen that travel across the nation to rebuild them while living in tent cities. Sorry that we have done so much to "destroy" your comfort zone.
Or maybe I'm completely wrong and you have built your own self sufficient power generating plant on your property. After which you built your own computer from parts at radio shack and somehow miracled your post onto ATS servers.
