Fox News Pulls Poll Showing Ron Paul Debate Victory, Claims Mitt Romney Won

www.infowars.com

The establishment media’s relentless campaign to denigrate Congressman Ron Paul’s presidential campaign has manifested itself once again, after a poll showing Paul had won last night’s Orlando debate was pulled by Fox News who later published an article claiming Mitt Romney had instead claimed the victory.

This is nothing new. Actually, the last time Fox News hosted a debate they removed their poll within hours (www.abovetopsecret.com...). Atleast this time they actually waited until sun up so that they could praise Romney on their morning show. But the question is, why would you even have an online poll hosted on your website if you only plan to delete it within a few hours without posting the results? Doesnt seem to make much sense.

The problem is the mainstream media, not only Fox, is so against Ron Paul and his anti war policy, that they will go to unseen lengths to keep him hidden from the public. Let us not forget about Jon Stewart's wonderful rant on how the media refuses to give him equal air time with the, at the time, top three 'front runners'.

Of course once Paul actually slid into the top three the 'top tier' became the top two.

It doesnt matter if you're for Ron Paul or even agree with him at all. The fact is the media is actively attempting to bury his name and you have to ask yourself why. This could possibly sum it up:

The point is, you only get one vote per IP address on these online polls so why exactly are they creating polls if they never plan to post the results? Beyond that, if Romney (or Perry for that matter) actually won the poll, do you honestly believe that the talking heads on Fox News wouldnt be praising it instead of deleting it without mention? I wonder.

There is another poll on the Fox News main page that still shows Ron Paul way ahead. I am sick of how every single one of these news agencies just lies about the results when it clearly shows who was voted the winner. To others that complain about Ron Paul supporters coming out and voting for him, what is stopping the other contenders from having their supporters do the same? Maybe they just really don't have any, or nearly as many?

Another one of these? Really?

Once again, it would be news if Ron Paul didn't win an online poll. It's what he does. It's also why it doesn't get reported on. Everyone knows it's a sham. Thousands of Ron Paul fans sitting back forwarding emails letting other of the latest polls they need to spam. Great organization, but it doesn't translate into results when it comes to State Primaries.

So Ron Paul isnt reported on because he wins online polls because he has a huge following? I like this logic.

Yes I'm sure all the Straw Polls he won as well are simply shams and chain emails.

Funny how an equilibrium is struck. MSM avoid and denigrate a candidate who they fear by trumping up another while Ron paul supporters own the internet domain. Seems fair if not tipped in the favor of the MSM. But i guess the internet message continues to be spread and grow in popularity. More people prolly follow the internet than Faux News anyway.

Just because Ron Paul supporters act like donkeys and rush to spam a poll does not mean the supporters of other candidates have to act like donkeys, too. That's what we have going on here. Everyone seems to know this EXCEPT Ron Paul supporters, who seem to believe if they spam a poll, then that means Ron Paul is REALLY ahead. He isn't, of course. Any poll that takes a realistic sample shows Paul from 8-12%. If you want a realistic view of where Ron Paul stands, click here. If you want to remain delusional, just keep believing Ron Paul is the front runner, then complain bitterly when he loses--again.

So WHY have the poll? How does Fox decide Mitt Romney is the winner if the ONLY way to determine the winner is by polling/asking people who watched the debate? How did they determine who won? As a non-American, looking from the outside.. i would think anyone that doesn't question this is conveniently ignorant. Whether you like him or not.. The issue is people in the US actually believe Fox News. They think it's real.

Come on guys.

The same thing happened JUST 4 years ago.

We all know how that turned out.

What has changed? Ron Paul has a very limited but loyal following of anti-war kooks, and pot heads. This does not translate into results when it comes to a Republican Primary.

We are not talking ancient history here....simply look back 4 years and you can make predictions from that.

So showing support for someone is being a jackass? Good to know! So public polls don't show true figures? Then tell me then what polls should we believe? The ones you say are reputable? Look when the polls that you people keep pointing to start taking their results from a demographic that is not skewed I will start looking at them. Until then I will not trust the 1000 "random" people that they choose to poll.

BTW Real skewed politics is hardly a reputable source. They pick and choose what polls to include in their numbers. I could do the same and show you hands down that Palin is winning by a majority of 10 points or more.

So anyone who isnt for undeclared illegal war or having 900+ military bases all over the world is a kook now? How wonderful. Of course we all must be pot heads too as if pot is a bad thing that kills people on a daily basis like cigarettes or alcohol which are legal. Thank you for your wonderful insight and contribution but we arent talking ancient history here are we? No, only the fact that freedom and liberty arent the norm for our species and that we are slowly, but surely, reverting back the same tyranical rule that has plagued mankind since our birth as a species. Couldnt have to do with ANCIENT HISTORY at all. But lets look back 4 years and see the growth in both respect and base in the Ron Paul movement. Yes, please lets do just that.

Sorry do you have any technical understanding of how easy it might be to at least DETER people from voting more than once? It's REALLY REALLY not that difficult. Sure, someone that was motivated could spend a bunch of time and circumvent the most basic deterrents.. But we are talking about Fox News visitors..

If one uses the results from the 5 Straw Polls (not internet), Ron Paul is the frontrunner:

If we take all 5 Straw Polls and combine the totals, we can view a glimpse of the national picture. Awarding a first place finish 5 points through a fifth place finish of 1 point, we get the cumulative totals below from all five official Straw Polls thus far:

Ron Paul – 22 ranking points = 4.4 average finish

Rick Perry – 15 ranking points = 3.0 avg finish

Mitt Romney – 11 ranking points = 2.2 avg finish

Herman Cain – 7 ranking points = 1.4 avg finish

Michele Bachmann – 7 ranking points = 1.4 avg finish

Again, the above ranking includes the results of all 5 state Straw Polls officially held and recognized by each respective state party (IA, NH, GA, WI, CA).

Glad you brought up another Ron Paul strong suit!

Problem is the straw polls are being ambushed by Paul supporters just like the online polls. If straw polls were so important why was the Texas straw poll cancelled? Seems like Paul puts heavy emphasis on online and straw polls but doesn't have a plan when it comes to votes the actually count, the actual state primaries.

You cant be serious. Straw polls dont matter because people vote for Ron Paul? Seriously, what kind of logic is this? Next elections wont matter because people vote for Ron Paul? Im sorry, but whatever credibility you had you just went out the window. If Ron Paul supporters turn out with these numbers to vote for a straw poll, whats stopping them from voting for him in the primaries? Your entire arguement is just gone.

The Texas straw poll was more than likely cancelled so that Ron Paul didnt embarrass Rick Perry in his own state.

Even if we go based on your bible, it STILL has Ron Paul in third place! His numbers have been continuing to rise even on that site. Have you checked the latest polls there?? I don't get you lot that continue to post that poll as if it's some kind of proof that Paul's numbers are bad. If anything it's proving his numbers are steadily increasing.

He's got a big following that continues to grow. Get over it!

This thread is not about the credibility of online polls. It's not about the insane supporters of Ron Paul. Re-read the title pal. Ron Paul won another foxnews poll, while foxnews credited mitt romney as the winner. It is yet another example of mainstream media bias.

Moderators, I've had posts removed for much less.

p.s. it was nice to hear from Gary Johnson last night! I had never heard of him before; when they let him talk for the first time, I was like, "great, another bought-off fool taking away more of Ron Paul's time!" But he made a lotta sense. He kind of talked like Mr. Rogers too. I can't imagine a person who talks with such eloquence giving the ok to invade another middle-eastern desert country.

Brief Overview of Congressman Paul’s Record:

He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.

He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.

He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

Congressman Paul introduces numerous pieces of substantive legislation each year, probably more than any single member of Congress.
*******************************************************************************************************************************
And that folks is why Ron Paul is starting to get the Libs and the Republican machine's panties in a wad! People are starting to see that this is the type of person we need in DC as President!
