Ideally you should be uniting with your fellow citizens, whether right-wing or left-wing, in common bonds against any tyrannies of government/markets/organized crime/big-business, foreign or domestic.

however, if we see an American rise of right-wing fascism, you will want to be very well armed (and trained) so that it will never be allowed to happen here without being brutally neutralized. Anybody with half a brain/heart/conscience, whether right or left, will also resist fascist hunts of left-wingers if neo-fascist right-wing ideologues successfully brainwash/scare enough right-wingers. Don't let them divide us, the poor/powerless, against each other while they (the rich/powerful/authoritarian) escape unscathed.

It was liberals who intimidated and threw rocks through the windows of researchers.

The two Black Panthers who stood outside polls intimidating people with nightsticks were probably not right-wingers.

Every time the G20 gets together, it's not conservatives who destroy property and cause chaos.

A fair number of your examples are QUITE FINE by me. Nothing wrong at all with many of those. There IS something wrong with people like you miserably failing to see the related causes as noble and the targets more/less deserving tyrants considering the circumstances.

Left-wingers are NOT talking about killing conservatives anywhere NEAR as much as conservatives talk of killing liberals. And when liberals have attacked, they attack POLICE, GOVERNMENT, BIG BUSINESS, ENVIRONMENTALLY DESTRUCTIVE TARGETS, FAR-RIGHT-WING AUTHORITARIANS, CENSORS, AND THOSE WHO ATTACK OUR CIVIL LIBERTIES. And the vast majority of "attacks" are against PROPERTY, which it can be argued is NOT violent as harming a living thing is. Once again... nothing wrong with any of that.

Also, I'm a former airman in a family of Marine war vets and I can tell you that they would never align with the left in this country. Not in a million years. We see you as the enemy, but only after years of arrogance and threats.

I saw if the liberals want to disarm, let them... it will be easier to defeat them when it comes to conflict that they will bring.

If it came to it, I think the liberals may have the upper hand.
Many of them (not all) have little regard for human life. They feel that humanity, as it is in this day and age, is a plague on the earth and the other creatures that live on it.
With so little regard for human life how could you win against them without adopting the same mentality?

I for one hope it does not come to this. I do not believe the tea party or any true conservative will be the one who fires the second "shot heard around the world".
We may or may not have more guns, that's not the important question. The real question is who is more likely to use them against a fellow American.

That would be the ones who are going to "send them to hell", and who are calling them "son of a bitches". That last, by the way, is an incorrect usage - the correct grammar is "Sons of bitches" - see, both are in the plural, since you can't have a single son produced by several different mothers. What else would one expect from a union thug, though. After all, their first language is violence, not English.

I also wonder how many of the ATS conservatives agree with him and Michael Savage that also thinks violence is an answer.

Violence as a defense against violence goes a lot farther than just going along poking flowers into THEIR gun barrels.

It could be that Breitbart is right, and they really ought to reconsider who they pick fights with - or at least consider not bringing a pick handle to what would likely be a gunfight!

Neither is the violent rhetoric the correct path to civility. The problem is, when these "mere words" spark it all off, and "a" crime is committed, there are going to be a WHOLE LOT of crimes committed, all at once. The best hope is that they remain localized, since I don't see the rhetoric slowing down any time soon.
