Either you did not watch the video or it just destroyed your ability to defend Alex. This video both includes context and full debunking. How do you respond?
By calling anyone that believes Alex an idiot?

Glad we agree on that.

Here is another video that can be debunked as well....

www.youtube.com...

This man claims to be from Ireland and says he has done a lot of research into the Irish orders. He mentions the "secret societies". Let me debunk one that the man specifically mentions is The Ancient Order of Hibernians. This is something that I know about. The Ancient Order of Hibernians is also headquartered by a man named James Moore, this man is an ancestor of mine. This is not a secret rites fraternal brotherhood and they take members via their website and in person, the only thing is you have to be Catholic and Irish.

www.aoh.com...

The last time I checked, secret societies do not take memberships that way, you have to be invited and if it takes membership openly then it is not secret. The Ancient Order of Hibernians was an organization to help Irish immigrants in the United States. My own great-grandfather belonged to the Ancient Order of Hibernians, he eventually made his way to work in the coal mines of West Virginia via Pennsylvania. I can assure you right at this moment that my family has not been nor are they now part of a fraternal secret society that is part of the global takeover.

Now is Alex Jones really being honest here in his agreement about the Ancient Order of Hibernians?

You do not have to believe Midas or Berkey are big and bad. That does not matter. The point is that the claim that he needs your money because he has NO corporate sponsors is demonstrably false. So yeah, proving that is a complete lie is the best I got. Can you do better?

And that's compared to what? Who sponsors mainstream? Coca Cola, Pepsi, Bank of America, Busch, McDonald's, General Electric, Boeing, companies that fund wars, government defense contracts, kill millions of kids overseas etc. It's all about perspective my friend, and that is something you clearly do not have.

After further investigation I stand corrected. The "residential center" in Jesse Ventura's video and the alleged FEMA detention center in Hardin Montana were both private prison projects of CCI www.corplancorrections.com... and operated by CCA. www.cca.com... I don't know that they have any emergency contingency contracts with FEMA. Do you?

How great for you. Really. I appreciate that you actually took the time to think about this a little. How long will this realization last?

However, like in Seattle, and other unused detention facilities, they could also be used in a state of national emergency for civil unrest.

That was fast. Seriously. You just admitted that what Alex has been pushing about these facilities is completely false and then you go on to say "but some other places could be." Uh yeah right. How do you even do that in your own head?

"Turns out that you are right, Alex lied about this stuff but hey, he is probably not lying about the ones I cannot check out on my own."

Huh?

Explain that logic to me.

I have discovered an identified FEMA detention facility near me was already investigated by others in this video.

Too bad that video does nothing to prove it is any kind of FEMA detention facility. That would have really made it a great video you know.

I will acknowledge that I have learned something today and will remain skeptical of Alex Jones' information until corroborated by other sources. He is entertaining. I still believe that he has a good heart and is truly interested in motivating us to take action against government corruption and tyranny that can lead to a loss of our liberty.

So you admit he lied to you about some FEMA camps but you still believe in other FEMA camps and that Alex has a good heart and good intentions? Then why the hell does he never issue corrections? He is STILL hosting the fake body scan pictures on Prisonplanet that have been debunked and Alex has been shown they are fake. His good heart tells him to keep them up and pretend they are still real. How do you acknowledge someone is misleading you and then give them credit for trying at least?

So many TV/Radio/Internet media pundits have their own spin to suit their agenda. All information has to be questioned. It is sometimes difficult to find the truth. I have found this ATS resource is a good place to question information. Many times, we are still left at taking our own "best guess" based on a lack of empirical information. Sometimes we must agree to disagree.

Sean Hannity does not spend 15 minutes telling me that I am going to need survival gear and gold, then spend every commercial break selling me - survival gear and gold. How do you guys not get this scam?

Amazing how he has that kind of knowledge. Of course all secret societies are child raping Satan worshipers. Thank god Alex woke me up to all that.

You're right. All my posts are exposing Jones as a fraud. That's because he is. I made the effort to post this video with 123 precise lies, and all you can manage is a generic response.

Now let's talk about PR. Alex Jones is repeatedly promoted by the corporate mainstream media, connected to billionaires Rupert Murdoch and Ted Turner.

Alex Jones has spread his lies on Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, The History Channel, TruTV, and is constantly on establishment radio shows.

This is somebody who spends listener donations on $100k sports cars, yachts, and million-dollar mansions. All while claiming he's "funding his operation" or just trying to feed his family. This is a guy who invited notorious telecommercial scam artist Kevin Trudeau (Wikipedia his name) on his radio show.

So let's talk about PR. If I am being paid to attack Jones, then I am going against the full force of the corporate mainstream media and their billionaire founders (search YouTube for "Alex Jones is a Globalist". He boasts about knowing loads of billionaires).

Now, paid PR does not make videos like I do. They make propaganda pieces with big bold headlines, high video production, and some charasmatic fat guy screaming 100s of lies into a microphone.

So you know... just think before you type, OK?

So THAT was why my great-grandfather said all those strange words

I tried to edit my post a little because I had a sentence that made so sense. I was trying to say it was headquartered in New York City founded by James Moore who is my ancestor. If you go downtown Manhattan you will come across a street that is called James Moore Avenue that is by the headquarters of The Ancient Order of Hibernians.

I think I will send this link to all of my cousins. I think they need a laugh as well.

I made the effort to post this video with 123 precise lies, and all you can manage is a generic response.

Not all of them are so precise. You should probably take out some of your weaker points. For example when Jones says "Kids are 8 ft. tall.", it's simply a common, everyday exaggeration. In this case, it's fairly obvious that Jones did not mean it literally. (Although the man exaggerates so much at times, it's hard to tell what he thinks is real or not)

Overall, your video is excellent.
Most of Jones' 123 claims you picked also set alarm bells ringing in my head. You're right - a quick Google search would probably reveal many, if not most of them to be false. i.e. Jones claims that Zbig "admits" to funding Pol Pot:

"I encouraged the Chinese to support Pol Pot. I encouraged the Thai to help the Khmer Rouge. The question was how to help the Cambodian people. Pol Pot was an abomination. We could never support him. But China could.

Zbig isn't dumb. Jones could've done five minute of research online and found out Zbig himself denies having said this. Who was accusing the OP of slander again? Clear case of Jones defaming right there.

Jones really showed his true colors and at the same time his fear of intellectuals in his disastrous interview with Noam Chomsky. (followed by a shameful and libelous rant against Chomsky AFTER the later had hung up.)

I'd love to see a prisonplanetwatch/alexjoneswatch type group/page around. Food4though seems like the man to do it!

It frightens me how many people think it’s ok that 10% of everything Jones says is BS. Jones himself says that 95% of what David Icke says is true. A truly scary notion. isn't it?

It is clear to me that the 10% AJ is referring to isn't disinformation. Food4though proves that it isn’t disinformation so much as it is plain old lack of fact checking.

This is somebody who spends listener donations on $100k sports cars, yachts, and million-dollar mansions.

Do you have a source for this?

Wasn't Kevin Trudeau once in prison? I think I had heard that. He is not actually a doctor but in the beginning of selling his book he said he had patients. I remember seeing him saying that.

And for people who think pharmaceuticals are going to kill us, most of the things Alex Jones sells on his show are pharmaceuticals. Well it is time for me to eat and brush my teeth, I think I am going to be brainwashed by my flouride toothpaste.

Wait, that begs a question, if flouride brainwashes us (flourine is flouride by the way) then why are there millions of un-brainwashed people walking around with clean teeth? Has Alex Jones done any scientific study of the millions of tap water drinking, tooth brushing people? Show me the numbers. Ah, there are none. I wonder what brand toothpaste Alex Jones has in his bathroom?

If my argument seem a little random this morning it is because I just woke up.

The actors were drawn from “some of us darker-skinned employees,” he said.

1. Newsweek: The case for killing granny

All you did was link to the Newsweek article. Yes, the article exists, but it doesn't call for forcibly exterminating grannies. If you listen to Jones talk about it, he says it's a quote, "eugenics argument for killing granny" (that precise quote wasn't in my video, but I have multiple clips of him saying it).

The Newsweek article is about VOLUNTARY death, which means the granny can choose to die if she's in too much pain. That is already legal in a few countries. It's not eugenics. Eugenics is when the government forcibly kills you, usually specific races, like the Jews in Nazi Germany.

2.Outdoor Light bulb Spy Camera.

Yes. Of course it's possible to create a piece of technology that looks like a lightbulb and has a camera on it.

Jones was implying that the government is spying on you right now with the lightbulbs in your house.

And actually, the full context is not your link. Jones was talking about a Minnesota story about lightbulbs being used for data transmission.... so basically, as Internet WiFi routers... These are gadgets one company was using. Jones turns this into a conspiracy about the government monitoring people with lightbulbs.

3.Al Gore says Climate Change deniers are racist.

The 3rd point in the video was, quote:

"Government plans to use racial division to bring in world government".

OK. (1) Is Al Gore a member of the government? No.

(2) Has Al Gore called for a world government? No.

(3) Does anyone even listen to Al Gore? No. The US has an appalling history of climate change denial. Almost every single Republican denies it. So, by the way, it's actually a very establishment position when Alex Jones denies climate change. He's basically just a Republican... but that's a side point.

4.Internet Controlled Thermostats.

Yes. Once again, it is possible to build a piece of technology that CAN be controlled via the Internet.

But Jones says the government IS controlling your thermostats remotely.

There is a reason I used a picture of a MAGNIFYING GLASS in my video. You have to listen CAREFULLY to what Jones says.

I've noticed his audience will do stuff like, drive to their doctor, ask if a vaccine has mercury in it, and when it does, use that as proof that vaccines are poison. No. That just proves an ingredient. It doesn't prove poison. This is a very fundamental lack of critical thinking on the part of his audience. This is why I earlier hypothesised that his audience had a lack of education. After all, David Icke dropped out of school at age 15... but again, side issue.

5.A Brave New Wikiworld, by Cass Sunstein

Cass Sunstein briefly mentioned Wikileaks in this article. He did not announce Wikileaks, as Jones says. Again, listen carefully. I feel that you're only half-paying attention. Jones says this is how successful propaganda works, by appealing to people who are half-paying attention. He says the establishment is counting on people half-paying attention. Think about that.

6.Military Cops arrest Civilians

OK. That's a link to Infowars. You're not allowed to link to Alex's site to prove his point. You need a credible source.

Now, if this is true, it's one example of people being arrested. It's not the Pentagon saying martial law will save the US, as Jones says.

I want you to find me an article where the Pentagon says martial law will save the US. You can't, because it doesn't exist.

7. CIA admits to making fake Bin Laden video

This was about the CIA saying depict Saddam Hussein and Bin Laden as gay, or doing derogatory things, to make radical Muslims look down on them.

If you read the article, the CIA never released the video, because they said it was a stupid idea and would never work.

------------

You've done better than most, by at least attempting to research things, but it's sloppy and false. Sorry

I think I said in the first page of this thread that Alex Jones himself admits he goes off the deep end, but I'll just comment on the CIA thing. They did say they created fake bin laden videos, which is exactly what Alex says. As for the Al Gore climate change = racism, YOU have to be only paying half attention to not know what this means.

The eugenics argument for killing granny is found in the news week line. They are saying there is a "case for killing granny" which has to do with lowing the social security entitlements by "killing" old people, Sarah Palin even mentions that the health care bill includes "death panels" which of course most people just dismiss because it's Palin, but that's the goal. Alex Jones says that if you don't stand up to tyranny, then these problems will occur. It's not that they are doing this now, it is incremental.

How am I supposed to now Jones is saying the government is spying on you right now through light bulbs when you only have a 1 sec sound byte followed by a DRRRRP!

He says "the government can THEN turn off the thermostat" he's speaking the future tense not present tense. Otherwise he would say the government CAN turn off the thermostat, no THEN required.

First announced wikileaks to the MSM. Can you find someone who announced wikileaks sooner to the MSM?

Infowars links have links to outside mainstream news papers.
edit on 20-9-2011 by filosophia because: (no reason given)

Alex Jones sometimes reads into things a bit too much, and will often grandstand the fear as something that would happen if you don't stand up for your rights. As I already mentioned he uses mainstream tactics against themselves, so he does fear monger a bit, but ultimately the truth is so outrageous that that is why this all seems like a lie. Even if he is lying, if you researched what he says (like I just did) you would find that the CIA DOES ADMIT TO MAKING FAKE BIN LADEN VIDEOS.

edit on 20-9-2011 by filosophia because: (no reason given)

If you don't want to trust Alex Jones, that is your right. But to lie and say the CIA never created fake bin laden videos because they didn't release them to the public is showing that you are trying to call Jones a liar when in fact he did not. The mainstream is not going to just put on a headline "We commit conspiracies" although they do that sometimes when they say "And now for World Government," but the majority of what Alex Jones says is informative. And there is actually more to the CIA fake videos than just that one link. The bin laden videos have a gray beard in an earlier video and a darker one in a later video, so that means it was an actor. Was that the CIA? Who knows, but we do have the CIA admitting that they made fake bin laden tapes, so go figure, it might be them doing this.

I stopped when I got to the "Trilateral commission will use debt to enslave the world" or something to that affect. It's not even worth looking up, I know it is true because I see it happening, the bail outs and the deficit spending is designed to create a debt that will lock the country into a need for a new world order.

If you were telling people to avoid Alex Jones because he tells people not to vaccinate their children, that would be one thing, although he never really says not to get vaccinated. But instead you (or whoever made the video) is saying Alex Jones lies because racial division doesn't exist. That is on its face untrue because everyone knows racial division does exist. Plus your video is just a cheap trick of using a buzzer sound to "prove" what he is saying is wrong, when that only works because what he says is beyond mainstream mentality, but that doesn't make it untrue.

Even when someone offers you the proof, you say "well, that links to infowars," or "well, the technology exists, but he says it's happening now" when for the most part he is not saying it is happening now, and even if he were saying that, how can we know when you only use a 1 sec sound byte?

I applaud you for the effort, because this video could basically be called "123 Alex Jones Truths" but the video is ultimately not going to stop Alex Jones' 16 year career of investigative research. If what he was saying was all lies he would have zero ban base as opposed to having the top fan base.

Another line of thought, going along with your hypothesis, if Alex Jones says lies and uses propaganda, well the msm uses propaganda, and people watch it not to be informed, but to see what the enemy is up to. So, equally so, if Alex Jones lies, we should watch him to see what his propaganda is.

If Alex Jones tells the truth, we should listen to be informed.

If he lies, we should listen to find out what the ulterior agenda is

If he says some truths and some lies, we should listen to the truth but correct or interject in the lies with some facts of our own.

Going along with the line of thought that he is a propaganda artist, what is his agenda?

Money? If Alex Jones is some type of diabolical genius, is this really the best way of making money? He could just work for Goldman Sachs (after all he must be an "insider" right?). Or if he likes the attention, he could play right wing vs. left wing like Rush Limbaugh or Glenn Beck, both people making WAY more money than Alex Jones (which really begs the question, if Alex Jones is such a skilled propaganda artist, why isn't the government or a foreign government making use of him?).

The argument that Alex Jones is making funny is silly. If he wanted to make money, he would charge a price for his videos, which are available for free. He would charge for his radio show, which he doesn't. And even though he charges for his nightly news, he wouldn't broadcast it the next day, instead he would force people to pay large service fees. So if this is a way to make money, he's not going about it the right way.

Yeah. On that note, I would say, I don't actually listen to Jones anymore.

I spent a few months going through his old episodes, in order to put together these videos. They're all on my channel YouTube.com/AlexJonesClips

I don't listen anymore, because I've heard everything I need to. He's a liar, and I think he works for the establishment. You can't deny all that corporate media coverage he's got, can you?

Anyway, I'm about done with this thread. I do hope others will do some Googling to debunk these things. I've already debunked all 123 privately, but I thought I'd leave it to the community to figure it out. I'm out. Peace.

Alex Jones is an entertainer. Anyone that believes every word of his ramblings is ripe for the picking. But making a video of "his lies" is wasting electrons. He gets ratings, and that is why he is on the air.

How do you know the rest does not contain explosive truth?

So you see, after watching your video for a while, I realize that it was all true things he said, but taken out of context, with different words on the screen, and an annoying buzzer. So, I decided, from what I read, that the rest does not need to be heard. Exactly what you did with my post. So are we any different? No.
