OS'ers are correct, the vaporized kerosene will ignite readily upon impact with the tower. The fact that the impact was so great meant that it was
well mixed with air.
That is why, according to the "official version", something on the order of 90% of the fuel was burned up in the initial fireball, leaving precious
little behind, just enough to light an office fire that could be knocked out with "one or two lines" as the firefighters at the scene observed moments
before the collapse.
