Coincidences with words im reading being spoken to me from various sources around me

People often mishearing you even though you know yourself you spoke clearly

When you think about things you often look into your mind to see what your describing. Your eyes dont see the world around you and when you're done thinking and refocus on seeing around you someone nearby often coughs

Hearing things said on the radio/tv or even people saying things exactly as you are thinking them. Sometimes a couple seconds before or after you think them

You become very aware of your surroundings sometimes and distant sounds seem/or are much louder

People sometimes copying your movements eg they move their arm exactly when you do.

Birds flying past while driving when you've had a deep idea you believe to be true, i can get it happen many times a day but only when deeply thinking. Otherwise its quite rare.

Strong shivers up your spine that feel good when listening to music or seeing a feel good movie scene for example.

Did you start seeing 1111 before all this stuff started?

Time seems to be going much faster than it used to? Cant get as much done as you used to in a day? An article says scientists have proof our days are now about 16 hrs long.

I also see static, more in darker lit areas and also little lights/stars that i can follow with my eyes and also sometime control their path. Its said to help open the mind's eye.

There are more things like this but if we all see and experience all or most of these i may know why. I think Heaven is preparing to come to earth soon and preparing us for it. Possibly altering out mind/perception somewhat to make it easier to handle when it happens. Its also said that "Heaven is within us"

Seek and you will find, I'm seeking Heaven to come here and these are some of the things I'm experiencing.

My close friend said he has this same phenomenon happen to him all the time. Specifically associated with thinking about something and then it popping up on TV or somewhere else. I get that to a certain extent to, but definitely just a general sense of synchronicity everywhere, pretty much. Usually associated with the phone. I send a text to a certain friend and expect a reply shortly after from him, but instead get one from someone else entirely. As though the thought forms are rippling out into reality, but maybe in the past the ripples went on and out for longer - but now the return ripples are much faster. In fact instant. Most synchronicities I personally experience usually have to do with music coinciding with things happening in the world. Like climactic song build-ups coinciding perfectly to something happening in the physical world around me. I attribute much of these types of phenomena to the notion of sacred geometry and fractals, since everything is essentially 'mathematical' in nature. Things can happen in unison. But for it to be so linked to words implies it is inherently connection to the collective unconscious... and "life is but a dream".

Hi!! So glad to find you!! This has happened to me for about 3 years, every day. Today I had 5 totally random different words read/said same exact time as tv or iPad. Freaky huh. I've even had my daughter run up to me a second before the girl on tv did the same. Crazy huh! a reply to: camouflaged

This is the power of focused attention.

The more attention you give something, the more related detail it creates. That's a rule when it comes to dream control, and it also works while awake. Synchronicity isn't random, it follows your focused attention. Get cut off in traffic, let it get to you, focus on it too much, and next thing you know you're getting cut off constantly for the rest of your drive. Same thing with what's being described in this thread.

What's important to note here is that the real world manifestations occur in response to what your attention is focused on. Focus on the words you're reading, you'll hear them around you. Focus on getting being stuck behind a slow driver, and you'll get lots more slow drivers in your way.

Learn to recreate these seeming random events on purpose, and your on your way to learning magic.

I just decided to look this topic up and came across this site!

This has been happening to me for a number of years. I would say a word or phrase, be thinking it or reading and it would be repeated on TV, radio or by another person passing by.
Also sometimes I'd be in a convo and the other person would say the word, phrase or number(s) and it would be repeated on TV, radio or by another person passing by. I'm the only one that will notice it.
So I also noticed that when I want to hear a certain song or see a certain movie it happens quickly. I usually forget that I wanted to hear or see it and I'm pleasantly surprised!
At one point I started writing down words, phrases and numbers that were repeated. None of it made since. So for a few years now I take it as I'm aligned, you know in sink with goodness of the universe. Because I noticed that when it happens I feel happy. So now my mood has become the most important factor.
So happy to have come across this site and all of you guys!!!

I've experienced this too, it hasn't happened in a few years now and I miss it. When it was happening the coincidences weren't so much a coincidence as they were a synchronicity. Like I was in tune with the universe in some way and things would flow effortlessly in the right direction. I was also getting a lot of dejavu.

For me, it started when I was reading stuff on my computer and listening to the TV in the background or someone talking. But it wasn't words matching up with words, it was like the TV or person would comment on what I had just read. For example if I read the line "it's a cold rainy day" I would then hear something like "you might need an umbrella" in the background. These coincidences increased in frequency and soon it started happening with my thoughts. I would think of something and then I would get a response back in that moment pertaining to the thought I just had.

Now a confession, I am actually a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic and this is exactly what people mean when they say they are getting messages from the TV or radio. It's like you relate what is happening to what is going on in your head in the exact moment it happens. But in this case with synchronicities you aren't just making it up and looking for some way to relate it to your thoughts, or looking for hidden meanings. Instead, its more like a perfect match that you weren't expecting.

I think a lot of these schizophrenics who get messages from the TV or radio are actually just really tuned in to the universe around them and can easily pick up on it. They get so caught up in it that it obstructs their normal behaviour and they may vocalise some of the events and therefore people label them as crazy.

Funny thing is you can actually practice this like a skill. If you're the type of person that has a lot of thoughts running through your head next time your sitting down watching TV, listen to your thoughts and try to relate what is being said on TV to your thoughts. Each thought you have at the exact same time hear what is on TV and find the hidden meaning about what the TV is saying about you. The more you practice it the greater that things move into synchronicity.

I have been searching high & low on the Internet to find if someone else is experiencing this phenomenon. I finally found it here. All my life I've been told that I was highly intuitive & now that I'm older I'm beginning to think I am clairaudiant. For the last 5 years I have noticed that if the TV is on or the radio as background noise & im talking to someone, the last word of my sentence will be repeated immediately over the TV or the radio. At first my niece & I thought it was funny. But now it happens all the time. And naturally I have witnesses who observe this because I'm talking to them & wham! the same word I've spoken is said on the TV & radio, whether it's a show, movie or commercial. I'm so glad that other people are experiencing this very odd synchronicity! Since this has been going on awhile, I've been doing research on the clairavoyant field where some people have psychic gifts through different areas such as sight, hearing etc. I think there might be a link to this. Maybe this happens a lot more than I know & there is a name for it. Does anyone know? I've noticed that some people experience the same thing while reading. I have not. My own experience is from sound only. And I also have the same capabilities that clairaudiants have. Thank you ATS for being here! I was wondering what message (if any) would have spelled out if I had written down each word that was repeated? Of course I never thought of that until many occurances later! Could this have been Spirit trying to tell me something?

i know it's been more than 5 years since this thread was created, but omg, i googled this with disbelief, without believing it would actually give me any relevant results. i'm so glad my random, clumsy google search made this show up!

It has been happening to me all throughout the last 2, 3 weeks, enough that i noticed the pattern. A teacher of mine used to say; "one time is an incident, two times is a coincidence, 3 times is a pattern", which pretty much applies to this situation.

It has been noticeable enough that it pushed me to google it because i'm pretty creeped and confused about this phenomenon, because as other users have stated here, the probabilities are insanely thin.

exactly as the OP said, i listen to a podcast, or song, or just some form of audio, and i'm reading or writing something unrelated and the exact word syncs. it's unsettling. but reading this thread made me feel more calm about it.

One evening during a snowstorm, a young lady got stuck in front of our house and then accidentally locked herself out of her car. She knocked on our door and asked if she could use our phone to call a tow truck and also have someone pick her up.

Over the course of the evening we eventually learned her full name and realized that she had been in this house years before as a toddler as we had babysat for her and her siblings. We had not seen her during the years in between so hadn't recognized her by sight.

So, the synchronicity part of the story is as she was telling us about how she was about to take a job in some other state as an au pair the word au pair was spoken on whatever show was on television at the same time. Not a terribly common word so it really caught my attention.

Also, it seemed strange that the coincidental word, au pair, which is a fancy word for babysitter, was a description of the only connection we had previously had with her. Every so often I think of this event and try to figure if there was a deeper meaning for this but haven't been able to come up with anything so far.

I have this a lot. In general, which seems nothing, when a video I have on in the background syncs up to a conversation. It seems different where the words that stick around in memory end up being names of prominent figures in current events.

this happens to me almost every other day....for the last 4 years....i call it KilometerPost......because everytime it happens its like its telling me that im in the right direction. i have already accumulated abt 200 pages worth of incidents. i always write them down...

It happens to me too. My only explanations are that my devices are bugged, or someone is reading my thoughts.

This is occurring so much lately and sometimes it sends chills down my spine because it's not adding up, it felt like a coincidence the first 6-7 times but its happening so much lately ive lost count and now im feeling like theirs more to it. Be careful with that. Might be obsessive. But I know what you mean. Sometimes I wonder if different elements in reality are in fact linked. I'm thinking I think of Mandelbrot? He or someone said how different scales of the universe resemble each other. That made me wonder if maybe whatever represents our universe has certain sections dedicated to multiple things. For example, I might exist now at 3846X-110298282Y (assuming it's 2d), but maybe drips of icey water above an Alaskan lake are linked here, as well the motion of particles in a common but obscure physics principle, strange birds on another planet resting on a mushroom canopy, and many other things, including a song playing 50 years ago at a gas station. So why would space/time be interlinked like that? Maybe because ti's conserving something. It shares to conserve.

However, if something is on your mind, you're more likely to spot it if it occurs again. This seems like magic sometimes, but if you stay reasonable you may conclude it's coincidence. But is that always the case? To keep your sanity, you might have to wait until science catches up. Just consider how many religious people thank God for what's otherwise good fortune or coincidence? Aren't they making the same mistake attaching significance to it without examining it empirically. It's like that movie Interstellar when she's telling her father about the ghost and he essentially says to use the scientific method to prove or disprove it. Of course, sometimes things are out of reach.

I signed up on this forum for this simple thread. This exact thing has been happening for YEARS, it got to the point that I am making a log everytime it happens with the word, what I was doing, and the date/time. I don't know what to think of it, but it's definitely beyond any possible coincidence and obviously very spiritual, maybe some sort of "god"?

Think about what is involved in directing these to all line up in perfect order, would have to have power over triggering you to do things, know the future so it knows how (how was just spoken on TV as I typed that word!)

Only thing I can think of it's way of "letting me know" of it's presence and power.

I can't believe others have spoken out about experiencing this. We should all get together sometime and try to figure out WHY ?

Hi everyone, I've tried dozens of times to find any site on google about this but only successful today.
This has happened to me for such a long time and more and more frequently.
I've also experienced totally mind blowing coincidences with triple numbers eh 333,666,555 including dates, times, phone numbers. In fact a really freaky dream I had about those numbers manifested the very next day back on 3/3/03. My dream the previous night involved two police officers coming to my house as in my dream my kids had been kidnapped. When I opened the door to the police I noticed they didn't have numbers on their sleeves, like all police should in the UK, so I tried to # the door and told them they were fake police. One ran off but the other put his foot in the door and leant in and whispered 'if you want the real police you need to dial 666 not 999'.
Anyway, the next day when I woke an incident happened with my ex partner breaching his injunction by leaving threats to kill me on my voicemail. He had our son over night. I rang 999 and told them, I then rang for a cab the number for that ended with 666, my ex partner in questions phone number ended in 777 and the incident happened on 3/3/03. Those numbers have followed me everywhere ever since. I'd love to hear any theories on this please.
