Wow, some people really do like to read their own fears into everything.

Why 11-11-11? Why not? It's a really cool date. If you're into any kind of numerology, it's fairly obvious why someone would pick a bunch of ones if they are intending on making a statement about starting something new.

and what's with the screen shot? Is there something suspicious there we are all missing?

Why don't you RESEARCH and figure out why anyone would have a hard time bringing free energy into the world instead of discrediting those who have tried. I can come up with a few reasons myself:

1) Money. It's incredibly expensive.
2) Fear. This should be obvious to you. How many scientists have died in the name of free energy? Hello?
3) Timing.
4) Development.
5) Marketing

Seriously folks....there are some people here who see a conspiracy in a flower. I think it's great that you have learned to employ your analytical skills, and that you don't take what you see verbatim. But sometimes people just look really silly to me.

1. Okay, so free energy is "incredibly expensive". Sorry, I should have known that!

2. Right, so they're not afraid of actually talking about free energy, and claiming that they understand how free energy works, they're just afraid of.....actually demonstrating it working. Makes sense!

3. Yep, a working system of free energy really needs a strong marketing campaign, or else nobody would be interested in it. Why would people want free energy, they love paying bills! You'd have to get some celebs and a serious ad campaign to try and sell that alright!

But as someone who has followed Greer (go ahead and puke if you want, but I happen to know and like the guy), I understand what a long road it has been for his company to investigate, develop and campaign for donations to get their ideas off the ground. I can't imagine why you'd even bother disputing this one.

As a marketing and communications major once upon a time (and I have a journalism degree to boot) I understand perfectly well what sort of MARKETING campaign it would take to change the way people do things. Assuming anything less is just pure silliness.

Ya know, Ive been thinking an aweful lot about these "movements" ie: "Thrive" and "Zeitgeist" and well

I agree with some scepticism, I reserve my "joy" so as not to be played the fool. Having said that I have been on the fence long enough to get a pretty good view of both sides and I keep coming up with one nagging thought...

What if the "NWO" concept that has been beat into our "conspiratorial" or "alternative information" minds and was planted as a way to get us to REFUSE and FIGHT IT...

What if the conspiracy of ONE WORLD being a "bad thing" is the real conspiracy. I think deep down people know and feel a connection with humanity on a worldy level...

Cultures break that connection, the idea that ANY NWO or ANY WORLD ORDER is a BAD IDEA breaks that connection, maybe the real conspiracy is to try and "break that connection" that we all have with eachother. Divide and Conquer and all that...

Ive been thinking long and hard about all this and have tried to stay as objective and indifferent to it all since we all know the best perspective to see what is really going on is when you are "sitting on the fence".

I honestly think there is a behind the scenes battle for the direction of humanity and its progress.
On one side there is a very progressive united direction of progress and on the other side its the same old divide and conquer direction...but were falling for it because the "united world" concept has been completely bastardized and tossed in with ideas like "Totalitarianism", "Dictatorships", etc...

It is good to be sceptical but not to the point you refuse to believe in anything positive. The messages being presented by "Thrive" are very conflicting with the way a "BAD NWO" would opperate...the idea everyone would have free energy pretty much cuts the chains of power...The idea everyone would be educated to provide for themselves this "free energy" (for lack of a better term) is definitily a problem for people who are obsessed with control...

Just something for all the sceptics to keep in mind when their ALARM BELLS go off anytime the "United World" concept comes up...

I am finding this extremely confusing.

The "hopey-changey" part of me wants to believe that someone who gives a damn about the world is coming out with a video that could educate the masses---and be another rung on the ladder to positive evolution.

The skeptical part of me (taught to me at ATS) is confused.

If what you're saying is true, that the very people trying to screw us are now trying to "save us" with a video so that they can further screw us...

That's just so diabolical.

It really is this confusing...understanding and making sense of the world doesn't necessarily get "easier" as you learn and educate yourself about it...

I too saw the all too obvious 1 EYE...but really that is all they got. The 11-11-11 isn't strictly reserved for TPTB...I thought about having a house party on 11-11-11 does that make me some evil man intent on "screwing" those I invite?? not in the least.

I understand the "sign" and "symbols" are really imporatnt to learn and follow or at the very least be AWARE of...however every time 1 eye is present doesn't always = hidden hand...it implies it and may provoke further investigation but it does not always = TPTB

having said all that, I think there is a lot of intentional confusion being placed around any form of positive movement or progression of the human race as a whole...

Basically you and I are confused because the information/disinformation ops are WORKING! We don't know what to think one way or the other and this leaves us "paralized"...

When I first saw the zeitgeist movement I joined...thinking HURRAH, then I slid back the more and more ominous it looked to me. There were "holes" in the idea that I didn't like being there...holes that would allow for us all to be screwed once again...

Thrive looks promising and the message in the trailer so far seems very positive, but I don't know enough to make a decision one way or the other...on 11-11-11 I will be better educated and might hop down off this fence I'm on...

I agree, it has become so hard to discern the true intent of any movement. I feel this growing weariness when subjects like these are brought up. Who do we trust and why? I've come to a point in my life where I am so aware of various deceptions that I box myself into my own little world. However, I know this is not how man was meant to exist and I am trying to trust in humanity again. I believe we have been turned against each other purposely and that our true strength lies in our ability to communicate with each other. Without relearning these intrinsic values we cannot "thrive."

Wow. Great response. I'm right there where you are, trust me. The more I learn, the more I remove myself from mainstream life. It's not good, I'm afraid, but it's so hard to relate to people on a superficial level when you're walking around feeling as if you know something everyone else does not. It's hard to just chit-chat.....

Exactly I'm with you, but I always try to remind myself that those at the top have probably only let those below them know so much. We here probably think we know a lot more than "mainstream" people but this is most likely not true. When I remind myself of this fact I can talk to other people on the same level because I realize I'm just like them. We're all just trying to live life while walking around a darkened room.
