again, you are making a good point with logic behind it. but this is the GOP debate and paul has to play by the rules if he wants to win over those outside of us loons here at ats. he shouldn't have made that move with the website right now, it can't help him. those who support him already believe and those on the fence will not be swayed by such a controversial claim.

You can call these people idiots all you want...but these are the people that will or won't vote Ron Paul as the nominee.

You can say don't filter "truth" all you want as well...but that isn't going to win an election.

He has said it before in previous debates, even this year in New Hampshire I believe. Unfortunately the CNN crowd aren't exactly people who get their news from drudgereport and believe every bit of propaganda they hear from CNN, Fox and even MSNBC.

Ron Paul doesn't need a fake TEA Party.
He doesn't NEED to win this election. WE need him to.
Truth is, he may be too good for this country. A country that cannot even come to grips with the truth about 911.

My dad is a Chief Master Sergeant with the Air Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal. He was overseas for Operation Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, etc (the pyramid effect keeps him over there). He has been telling me for years that the people of those countries have been telling him the same thing. While they're glad that we are building schools and stuff there, if we continue to place bases and occupy their countries we WILL be attacked.

Ron Paul says he will bring "common sense and Austrian Economics" to the WH and Perry says he will bring his "gorgeous" wife....
