One hears that not only has the "fuller figure" returned for female fashion images, but in SA there are campaigns for "truth in advertising" (which
are against photo-shopped images), and sometimes I wonder whether drag images have fed back to mainstream fashion.
Lets face it, a lot of Rupauls "drag race" competitors are plus sizes around the edges - figures that could not compete in the Western fashion
industry for women at the time.
