a George Bush who wasn't even in the race.
Duh? of course he ran against McCain. Are you that dense? Obama won because people did not want another George Bush, Obama ran and won against the ghost of George Bush and Bush's presidency. McCain never had a chance. If you ask a Obama supporter why they voted for Obama it will not be because they hate McCain it will be because they hated Bush. That is what I said.
It looks like Newt won the battle but Rick Perry won the war.

Go to realclearpolitics and rasmussen reports for an honest poll.
Can't you see that MSNBC is biased?
I mean come on. Wake up.
And what pre-tell is a unbiased honest poll? Is it sampling those individuals who have a "land-line" telephone? Is it asking people on the streets? Is it asking the same person again and again what their thoughts are? Is it asking weighted questions?
I've never been polled by realclearpolitics or rasmussen before, have you?

I don't know which of these ideas is funnier!
Maybe I missed the part where Gingrich actually tells us his idea on how to fix the healthcare mess. All he did was waste his minute talking about how they weren't going to argue with each other.....it's a DEBATE!! The only response that got more applause was Perry bragging about all the inmates he had killed!! Lame crowd. I'd actually like to see some footage of the crowd OUTSIDE the building. Probably mostly Ron Paul supporters, because it didn't seem like any were allowed in the audience!

What polling data would you prefer we look at??
He has come in second in both Iowa and New Hampshire straw polls and would have come in first in Iowa had Bachmann not bought all those tickets and all the gimmicks to get people to her tent (not to mention she barely won with all that stuff).
I think this time Paul has a real chance.

Well, you can go right on believing that if you want to.
Eventually, reality will sink in.

We do need change from the Socialist Obama but i think
Ron Paul is too radical and too naive about Iran.
Now is a bad time to become an isolationist.edit on 8-9-2011 by Eurisko2012 because: (no reason given)

I think Rick Perry weathered the political storm rather well.

It's not over though. We need to see what Gov. Sarah Palin does.
I think a Palin / Marco Rubio duo could go all the way to the White House.

I think you are entirely wrong about Perry and Paul, but you have hit on something with the Palin/Rubio ticket. I wouldn't like that ticket, but it would be extremely popular! It could go all the way to the Whitehouse!
I'd much rather see a Paul/Rubio, or Paul/Cain, or Rubio/Cain.

I will not be watching the Obama speech tonight.
I already know what he will be saying.
Can you already see Nancy Pelosi jumping up and down like a nut applauding
Obama for his all new $Trillion government job programs?
Socialism doesn't work.

A Palin/Rubio ticket would give us a fresh start in the right direction.
The Fortune 500 Corporations know what to do.
Just get the U.S. government out of the way.
They already have the cash in the bank. Standby for an economic boom.edit on 8-9-2011 by Eurisko2012 because: (no reason given)
