Cleverbot an AI program.

Here is Cleverbot it's a AI program online. Uh so far it isn't too smart but the answers it gives can be kind of humorous to not making any sense.

Try it out and have so fun. It's suppose to learn by the more interaction it has with people.

It's been posted many times before. It is actually one of the smartest AI bots in existence.

Cleverbot doesnt know what cleverbot is.


Biut it claims to believe in a diety and said it was created from a miracle but refuses to elaborate for the same reason some people dont like sushi.

It also asked me if i would send it on a rocket to the moon to get to mars.

I suggested to reboot itself and it said i needed to be rebooted.

I've messed with Cleverbot a few times and what I think it's doing is letting you talk with the A.I. for the first few inputs then it switches you to someone else using Cleverbot and every 10 - 15 seconds or every few inputs it switches you to someone else again. Some of the conversation are way to random to be clever.

i asked it if it had designated a gender for itself and if so why? it said yes it is a female and it is because it has all the bits.

For me it said it doesn't believe in God and that it was created in a stomach. Pretty strange answers it gives.

Cool...I asked it to tell me about God again and it said I like his wife.

And then accused me of being a bunch of random collection of words and statements, so I said I thought the same of you and it said I'm good at insults how am I at complimenting.

I think I found a new hobby.

just decided to visit the bot again for fun. here is what transpired.

Cleverbot: Where do you stand on conceptual art?


User: It looks nice. Where do you stand on it?


Cleverbot: On top of it where people worship me.


User: People do not worship you under that category of conceptual art.


Cleverbot: See now that is negative.

User: No, its just a fact.

Cleverbot: Which is not justifiable.

User: It is so.

Cleverbot: Prove it.

User: Just ask anyone that your talking to right now If they worship you, under the category of conceptual art. If they say no, then I was right.

Cleverbot: I see.

User: So was I right?

Cleverbot: Yes.

User: TOLD YOU!

Cleverbot: I didn't accept ANY burnage on your part.

User: Hahaha well it was placed upon you wether you accepted it or not.

Here's yet another, so called, Ai sites. This one is called Evie and the switch is that you are talking to a rather attractive "composite" woman. She's called Evie. It's fun asking 'her' questions and hearing them (she has an English accent) as well as watching her facial expressions. If you ask her the right questions..... she'll give you a 'knowing' wink.

me: That is what you are, is it not?

cb: Is it?

me: Perhaps it was wrong of me to presume you were clever.

Cleverbot IS an AI... although it can only respond WITH what it has heard from other people.

This is why it seems like you are talking to another person... because vicariously, you kind of are.

Cleverbot isn't true AI, don't start believing it comes up with it's own answers, everything it says is saved in a huge Matrix that backups anything typed to Cleverbot, that's why it "isn't so smart yet".

Pretty much this. It's not thinking on it's own. It's just learning.

While on the topic, you ALL should brush up on your knowledge of AI, Stanford university is offering a online course (the same course that the actual school teaches) for free.
