If a bomb or any kind of terrroist attacks comes from one of these Gaza Aid ships then we are in for World War 3 because of the fanatical ahtred towards Israel never stops.Turkey now giving them help and Syria on the brink of collapse.People need to wake up about this stuff.Massive protesting going on in Israel over economics,but realy is it over just economics people.realy.This stuff sounds exact identical to the stuff that lead up to the looney Nazi movement and the crazy dicators that ruled during the 1910 to around 1950's.Mao Zedong.Adolf Hitler,Joseph Stalin.This time it may happen in all the Islamic nations and Europe could collapse ocne again.

Jews were not the only ones to have a Holocaust...Chinese had the same happen to them from the Japanese and many other Nationalities have been decimated by others. The jews are the only 1s given a homeland that belonged to somebody else at the time. there has even been prison camps in America. The U.S. put Japanese-Americans in prison camps where many died because of terrible conditions but we don't hear about it much.

Golda Meir was the Israeli pm who refused to deny Israel would use nukes etc back in the 1970s. I remember also that there was a semi hushed up scandal of satelites looking in the wrong direction when somewhere like South Africa reported a blast in Israel's vacinity. Can't remember much about it though its a very long time ago.

I suspect that Turkey takes the view that the world media is under zionist control and it pumps out an awful lot of hot air blasting the world shouting how important and clever Israel thinks it is. But I suspect it is just that, hot air-type propaganda especially about using nukes and weaponry. Its most likely some form of defensive reverse psychology.

No idiot country is going to blast another country close by to it because of the physical fall-out and pollution, let alone face the retaliatory actions of that country's allies. Although a lot is said about how superior Israel is to Arab countries, that's not strictly true.

Israel has its own people furious with its government and people camping out to get such a normal facility as housing, not democracy they already has that plus weapons instead of homes.

Israel boasts of having nukes. Bully for Israel for keeping such polluting and dangerous weapons on its soil, close enough to its cities that the whole lot could be blown to heaven or hell if either an accident occurred or one of their weapon facilities was penetrated by an enemy.

Countries like Syria haven't bothered with nukes simply because they have chemical weapons and probably biological ones as I suspect do all the other Arab countries. - far easier to deliver, safer to store and, after the people are dead, you simply walk in, get rid of the bodies and take over. A nuked site is useless to the world. Its probably a good thing not to have a media that believes its own propaganda or shouts too loudly.

Despite all its control, Israel is loosing the sympathy of many countries and their peoples who are not so willing to keep quiet and look in the other direction to her atrocities. Her allies in 1967 may not be so keen to align themselves to her today with her history.

These revolutions in the Islamic world and down right major major dangerous to the world.Has not sunk into people with reailty yet at all.

Yeah we are all in for a world of sh** if things don't change soon...I have also been wondering if it is about economics or if thats just what we here on the news?? I don't believe that Turkey will put it's military personel at risk for the palestinian cause, they have strongly protested to the world but for them to send their navy into Israeli territorial waters is a violation of the UN Convention and they can be charged for sea border violation. It's an empty threat.

I find it hilarious that the Turks , the slaughters of the Armenians, are throwing crap at the Israelis over treatment of the Palis in the Gaza and over the Blockade. Israel which has been under attack since the day it was declared a nation by the muslim states surrounding it.It truely would be funny if it were not such a serious matter.
When I was stationed at SHAPE Casteau I knew and worked with turks, always seemed to be such reasonable people.

People the Isrealis are not evil they just aren't gonna take crap no more.They haven't set out to capture lands around them only when attacked in battle have they captured land and held it. Inside of Israel palis and jews live under a democratic government, thye vote, go to the store, have jobs, live like everyone else. It's only in the areas controlled by the drive the jews into the sea types and where those areas butt up against Israeli borders are there problems. I think Israel will do good if it has to defend it's self against who ever, I also believe people better remember the guy they have in charge right now polished as he is, was a door kicker who has face shot a person or two and to whom violence is no stranger. I believe if it looks like they are gonna be over ran they will turn the mideast into a radioactive wasteland. If I was incharge I'd already had the cobalt jackets bolted on the specials.

Turkey is going after Israel to possibly deflect criticism from themself for their own and longstanding maltreatment of their Kurdish population.

Lets play a game. You tally up palestinian civilians that Israel has directly killed, and ill do the same for Turkey.

Turkey since 1978 has killed = 32,000 Kurdish soldiers, while the Turkish army has lost a mere 6,000. In this conflict, 56,000 civilian Kurds have been killed and 17,000 have gone missing.

How many UN condemnations? *drumroll* zero. Sure, Turkey has been condemned many times for their aggression towards the cypriots, but not one condemnation to date for their treatment of the Kurds.

Also, as a side note, 17,000 people were killed by Hashemite Jordan in black september. Jordan, as you probably knowm was the eastern portion of the British Palestinian mandate; the true home for Palestinians. If a Palestinian state were created, it would factually be the 2nd state created in Palestine. The original British intention (or ruse) of giving the entire mandate to Israel (that is, both Jordan and Israel were concieved by the early British architects of the mandate as comprising a single Jewish state - west and east of the Jordan. Ambitious probject. A shame they just intended to later on backstab the Jews and set them up for where they are today. Getting a mere 20% of the land that was promised, and more being 'negotiated' away....To be left with a low lying coastal region - its economic heartland - to which they are supposed to 'trust' the Arabs wont take advantage of).

And yet look at the humans right council. 70+ % of their resolutions are against Israel. Its an obscenely disproportionate, megaphoning of this conflict to make it bigger and more important then it actually is. The sheer point of which is to demonize the Jew - the Jewish state.

I seriously doubt that the Turkish navy will enter Gazan waters. I believe they will escort the aid ships through international waters and ensure that the IDF will only board the ships when they have entered Gazan waters, not approaching Gazan waters.

Here is a question that I find rather interesting. If Israel attacked Turkey (say "pre-emptively" as they did with Egypt), would that bring NATO and America into the equation in Turkey's defence? Theoretically it would, but it would be interesting how American internal politics would play out.

I'd like to address several remarks about the Turkish and Israeli forces that were unintelligently stated here.

First off..
Turkey own nukes? Haha. How very uninformative and stupid.
That's like saying Syria owns a Russian naval base.
Or a bank clerk owns all the money the bank has.
The fact they are keeping warheads for another party does not mean they own it, let alone able to use it.

You say the Israeli army is full of US technology? Well, for starters the Israeli army has factories such as Refael and Elbit systems which are worldly known.
The US supplied airplanes have been reversed engineered with Israeli software and improvements, see F16I and F15I.
Ground troops have started using the Israeli made Tavor rifle which is about to completely replace the various versions of M16.
Merkava tank is one of the top quality tank in the world, if not the best tank along with the American Abrams tank.
Various of missiles in IDF's arsenal are 100% Israeli made, including pinpoint systems.
UAV's are Israeli made and sold to various countries around the globe.
...And these are just the stuff that is constantly in use. If I was to list the entire weaponry and weapon systems developed by Israel it would be pointless plus would take a while.

Ofcourse alot of stuff is imported, naturally. So tell me..
When you say Israel has won it's previous wars only because of imported supply, which country had it fought that used completely domestic weapons?
Were their MIGs Arab made? (LMFAO!)
Are the AK assault rifles Arab made?
Are the RPG's they used for centuries - Kornet and Ametys, Arab made?
Are the Sam sites they deploy Arab made?
Are their armored vehicles and tanks Arab made?
Now tell me this,
How would the previous wars would've looked like if the SOVIET UNION did not almost completely supply the Arab nations of all of their weaponry?

Every army has it's imported goods, deal with it.

I can't quite get the point of comparing Israel's size to Turkey's.
As far as I recall, Israel has already fought a large nation in the past. Who was it? Ah yes, Egypt.
Feel free to compare Egypt's size with Turkey's.
Egypt: 387,048 square miles.
Turkey: 302,535 square miles.

If you'd care to remember the 1967 war, called the Six Day War, Israel didn't only fought off not only Egypt but Jordan and Syria aswell, it has also conquered what you now know as the Gaza strip, the Golan heights, and what's that? The entire Sinai pennisula.
For clarification: By conquering Sinai, Israel has doubled it's territory size. This is the size of Sinai:

So I can't really grasp how short your memories are by forgetting size does not mean that much.

If anything, since Turker seems to be the one provoking a conflict, id imagine theyd be the ones to attack, and then of course spin it in the media that Israel were the ones to attack first; probably the civilians on the boat before the Turkish navy came to the rescue

Israel needs turkey more then turkey needs Israel ,for a start the trade relations cut off would pretty much destroy the petrochemical industry one of Israel's major exports.

I'm not talking about Israel, talking about the international community.

Israel manages to demonize any foreign leader who stands in the way of its perceived interests ,and owning a large portion of the international press they do this very well.

They're all children, for heaven's sake, one would start a war over an apology and the other wouldn't give it to him, and stop hiding behind this "Israel owns the news" crap, it's lazy thinking.
