Back in 2010-12 I was one of those photog waterfall hunter's, not just the roadside waterfall attractions, but hidden waterfalls that few know about or really difficult to get close. In Oregon & Washington if you find a waterfall that is not listed on the geological survey maps (USGS) then you get to name it. I never found one, but it was alot of fun & extreme off-trail hiking. Out of the 1600+ waterfalls in Oregon alone (Washington has over 3,000) I photographed close to 900. I spent most of my time in the Columbia Gorge & Mt Hood area and had contributed to the World Waterfall Database.

EMN - 460 waterfalls in both those states amazing! Colombia Gorge, I looked it up, so nice. Here's video I watched :
